I have been trying to make an appointment for a tattoo cover up, however I am unable to get through to the artist. This is the second time I have been trying to confirm my appointment and I haven't heard anything back. I would love to support this business since it is ran by black women, however my personal experience with the customer service was bad. I shouldn't have to keep emailing to get a confirmation and not hearing back or hearing back hours later and not hearing anything the day of my appointment. I'm very disappointed. Read Less

This was my second visit here and I love coming here! The stylist here are so friendly and attentive. I had Sharima (Locs by Rima) do my locs for me and she does an amazing job!
