Some of us NEED the cheese graters!!!!!! They don’t have them! Lol!!!!! I’m leaving with hard heels still!!! And this time I had no extra time for a massage to see if it was even worth it I was in a hurry I needed just the basic get my feet right for a wedding and that’s no good with hard heals! This place is horrible I went there for my first time and the service was okay but I went back today and it was horrible. If I could post of pic on here of my nails I would. The guy that did my nail didn't even put any effort into doing it plus the prices are crazy I will never spend my hard working money here again I was so upset I actually walked out before my nails were fully dry. I've been coming here for a year and I have never in my life been charged for taking nail polish off at a nail salon. I came in to get a manicure and they told me they were gonna charge me to take my polish off since I was getting gel. I tried nexgen since the girl who did my nails last time recommended it and it hurt. Then further to that as my nails got longer I could feel it start to tear and nails started to split and it was painful. I tried to remove it myself and that was impossible. So I came in to get my nails done again 10 days later and they told me they would have to charge me $5 even though I was about to spend $50 on my booked services. Won't be coming back. They didn't care to uphold price quoted and didn't disclose price change during service. Bad business. Won't be back. Been coming here for about a year and the price is the best in town. I don't know what other people are saying about it being expensive, it's just not true. It's very clean a d massage chairs are awesome. I get a pedicure and regular manicure with OPI infinite shine and it last almost 2 weeks and I'm rough with my hands. Always washing dishes. First off hygiene! I like that they use liners for the pedicures so no germs! Had pedicure with Tina. I like the pressure of her massage. John did my full set with "Healthy nails" overlay and I love it. I never get fake nails and it feels and looks good. $56 for the full set and regular pedi which is a good price. Bring cash for tips. I am a visitor from the UK. The initial treatment and our nails (my daughters birthday treat) were good. Very very busy and we were walk ins so in total were there over 3 hours. 2 pedicures and 2 manicures 1 of which was gel (mine) At the end as I struggled with the currency I laid out 20 dollars more whilst looking for small notes for tips. I was going to use the extra 20 and ask for change. I managed to find some and tipped. During my battle with my purse Lin scooped up the notes. Although I knew I had laid this out at the moment I forgot. A few minutes later when I realised I walked back in and was greeted with denial. Lin opened the till and took out 120 dollars. Showing me I paid the correct amount Lin also overcharged us..charging my 9 year old gel tips which she didn't have but also made 25 dollars tip the cost of a pedicure...not bad for an hours work! The girl got nail polish on my new Brighton shoes, didn't know how to polish my toes so I had to remove the polish as soon as I got home, my nails are uneven, and my feet are rough. $25 wasted and 35 minutes of my life I can't get back. Eagle Nail Spa has got to be my favorite nail spa around for so many reasons! They give each and every client their own personal box of implements that are used on their hands/feet so their is less chance of cross-contamination. They offer spa pedicureswith own liner in those chairs that heat up and vibrate and massage your back...heavenly!! They accept both appointments and walk-ins and htey even offer waxing services.
