My first impression when walking into the salon was hearing the receptionist whining and complaining about the credit card machine being down. My nail tech was Lorena. I currently had nexgen but wanted to get to go back to gels. Both the receptionist and nail tech went back and forth about how nexgen was terrible and they didn't understand why people even liked it. They made me feel bad about having to soak off my nexgen and even went as far as asking how much I paid for them because it was a terrible job. They used vulgar language and were talking about other employees and problems at the salon. I was beyond shocked at the lack of professionalism these 2 women had let alone the actual service. New location on sample, I should have left when I saw the front door open. It's 84 degrees outside. Hot water requires the a/c on.  I'm just not into sweating while I get my nails done. The receptionist ended all of her sentences with "but I guess you're ok"..for example, there was a customer who couldn't stop coughing and they had no water to offer her so the receptionist must have said 10 times, I could go next door for water, but I guess you're ok.  The receptionist also asked me if I needed help rolling my jeans but then said "but I guess you're ok", meaning she never really intended to help.   This place has NO dryers, NO water.  A lot of choices nearby.  Clean up the "new place" a bit. If you are reading these reviews you must be looking for a new salon and I can happily recommend Blooming Nailz. I had a 9:30am appt. and from the moment I walked in till the time I walked out, I laughed. The staff were very playful and welcoming. They were all in costumes ready to give out Halloween candy to kids who would be coming by later. My absolute favorite part was meeting Elena. I have been looking for a place to get a good pedicure.  Even though it is 20% more than I usually pay, it is definitely worth it.The place is nice, clean, everyone is friendly & they have a great assortment of colors.  They do carry different brands of nail polish including Essie which is my favorite brand.Brook did an awesome job on my feet and I will return to her for all my future Pedicures =) Read Less

This salon is incredible! It has been open in this location for almost 2 years now and I have been a customer for many, many years. It is the ultimate pampering experience for women (and even men) of any age. The nail technicians are great and always make sure that the customers are completely satisfied. The services offered are varied and the prices are fair. Nothing beats the quality of the work done and the assortment of nail polish colors to choose from; picking a color is a challenge!! I took my sister here as a birthday treat to get a pedicure. The people were nice enough, but she was very unhappy with her pedicure. She wanted a french pedicure and the woman did such a bad job, she blamed it on my sisters short toe nails.
