Although they do a good job here, Helen, the manager is always very hostile and unfriendly when I come in. I have even had family members complain about this as well. *She is not my nail tech but I have been serviced by her once and even in that moment she was very rushy/rough with me as if I was not paying for the service. By the way, I am a person of color so it makes me wonder if there is more to this situation... I am not sure but she could really just use a tip or two on customer service. Asian Nail Spa is the only nail salon that I will go to! When you walk in the door everyone makes you feel welcome! Everyone makes sure to take their time when doing your manicure or pedicure. Everyone at this salon is very nice. I personally always make my appointments with Kim. She is awesome and always makes the cutest design on my nails. Avoid this place seriously there are way better salons. I went there after Irma because I was in desperate need of a fill-in and my usual place was still closed. I called and a woman told me I could just walk in. So I get there and then she says she doesn't have time and I could come back at 2:30 for a pedicure and 5pm for a fill-in -________- so I just made an appointment for 5pm to do it all. Four days after the fill-in my index nail had chipped. So I went in today to ask if they could fix it and the woman who did them originally said "I can't, I'm too busy today". I guess she's the only one doing acrylics because I can't understand why she couldn't take ten minutes to fix my ONE messed up nail. So now I'm currently at my usual place having them fix my nail and do a color change. I can't understand how Asian Nail Spa has such high ratings. They also have a small variety of nail polishes. When I asked for a pink nude the nail tech told me they only had that color in gel...which was more $$ overall just a bad experience and bad customer service. Read Less

I'm really happy with this little place. I live right across the street, so whenever I'm in need of a quick pedi this place always delivers. Clean, quiet and reasonably priced. Upgrade your pedi to a deluxe for only $10 dollars- you get an orange scrub and hot stone leg massage! I was not as impressed as I though I would be. This place got pretty good reviews but when my friend and i went in, it was a different story. My friend wanted a Delux pedi and I got their standard pedi. The lady who helped my friend barly have her the time of day. She spend about 20 minutes on her and gave her the standard pedi even though she had asked for the delux. We noticed that one of her regulars walked in so she completely disregarded my friend. Clean shop. Never a waiting time when you have an appointment. Friendly and great attention to detail. I have been going to Helen for years now for pedicure and special attention to my ingrown nails.  She always treats my problem with personal attention and my pain is gone by the time I leave. I just love her. The prices are always great and I don't understand those folks that complain that you can't add a tip when paying with card. Overall, it's a pretty decent nail salon with a few good nail technician. I HIGHLY recommend Darlene; she's amazingly good! The owner..... needs a major attitude adjustment. I recently called to make an appointment for a full set and polish change. The owner stated "oh full set doesn't stay on your nails, so we can't do". I do not like when people tell me what I can and cannot get if I am paying my money for it.. Very bizarre. So I will not be returning back. I'll miss Darlene though! Great experience here. Mom and I walked in, and only waited max 2 minutes. Clean job, the man who did my pedicure was really nice and my toes looked great! Mom came in for french acrylics after having such a bad job done at Coral Square mall. I think, it was Helen who fixed it, and made the nail look so natural, unlike the ones before. Read Less

Really nice place and it was clean. Went in for a walk in service and the took me within 10/15 minutes. I got a full set acrylic manicure done with French tips and it was great, honestly one of the best I've gotten. I only paid 25 dollars and it was done in about 25 minutes. Needed a pedi pretty bad, I used this place based on a referral.  They were able to take me pretty much right away or so I thought.  I sat in the chair for a good 15 minutes (it was not that busy) waited and waited until they finally turned the water one..etc.  The quality of the pedi was OK, and the young looking female working there was just about less than enthusiastic about her job, but she was cool overall.  I will try this place again to give it a second chance. I started going here mainly to get my heels done because there were such a mess as many peoples are in south Florida who wear flip-flops frequently.  Mine were getting cracked and scratchy so I figured it was time to go.  After one of my male neighbors told me he did the same thing, I went to this local place.Helen has now done my feet for 3 months and she is great.  Professionally done feet look so much better than anything you can do for yourself, and at $20 for a pedicure, I think that's pretty good to treat yourself to this once a month.  Ladies might have to go more frequently to have color put on their nails but since I only get a clear topcoat, monthly seems fine for me.This place has unbelievable chairs to sit in, too.  They have massage in them that is almost like reiki!  I feel like I should be having a cocktail at the same time!  I love this place and recommend it highly.
