I went in to change my nail color. Just a regular manicure. My nails are long. I grew them out after years of not being able to have them long at my old job. So my nails are pretty important to me. I was refused service because they thought it was acrylic. They embarrassed me in front of the store. Claiming that a clear coat put to protect my nail was powder. If they actually took the gel off all the way, they would that it was real. They had me leave with half my nail color scratched off. Some worker there said he’s been there 21 years and clearly he does not know his craft. He then claimed that I was only trying to be cheap. I’m not sure who runs this establishment but this is god awful. I only went here because my other nail shop was booked and this was last minute. I will not be retuning, GO TO ALLURE NAILS ACROSS THE STREET! They are professional and treat people with respect. I might be taking legal action because I should not be yelled at to go somewhere else. That’s not good business especially when I was calm and respectful towards them. Work on your people skills!

My nail tech was so gentle and meticulous. I swear I could have fallen asleep during my pedicure. She always made sure to ask if I liked it, and always double checked the nails herself. When your nail tech is constantly checking their own work, it’s definitely a good sign. It means they care and it really showed that she cared. She was so nice and gentle, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The gel manicure and regular pedicure was definitely worth it for me. Will be going back in 2 weeks :)

Horrible from top to bottom. Rude staff, sub par nails AT BEST, overcharged us by $12, and it took the lady over an hour per client. Why? Because she literally spent 95% of the time on everyone's right thumb. Myself and the 3 people I was with were baffled at the behavior. Addiotionally, we were told it would be 35 minutes to get the nails done. We were on a schedule so this was important. After almost an hour we asked how much longer. They said 5 minutes. 15 minutes later we finally gave up and just asked for the bill. Thats when they overcharged us by $12. Small price for me to pay for us. Large price for the bad review they got in return. Stay away. Bad service. Bad nails. Bad attitudes.

First time visiting this nail salon. It is clean, great location, and the work done is definitely above average in comparison to pink nails, Venetian, happy nails, and a few others I have tried out in the springs area.
The reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 is because they women are not friendly at all. I don’t care if you speak a different language the whole time in front of my face but have the decency to attempt to smile or ask how I like my nails. I had to ask to fix a few things rather then her ask if I liked the shape of my nails & thickness of my french pedicure. After all $75 + a $15 tip is worth asking if your customer likes the product right? The only lady I saw who was talking to her customer and was very sweet was Tracy. I will be asking for her next time.

Steve does excellent work. His nail salon uses high end products for the best customer experience! I’ve been going to Armonds for 5 years and it gets better and better every visit!! The staff are super friendly and courteous, customer service oriented. They won’t let you go if you aren’t happy. They stand behind their work and it shows. Everywhere I go people compliment my nail work. Which is Steve’s art! I tell them go to Armonds. They are EXCELLENT!!!

Weird experience...As I was opening the door a man standing out front smoking a cigarette asked me if he could help me. I told the man no I'm just here to get my nails done; well it turns out he is there receptionist. After the point my nails were uneven and lopsided. The lady didn't understand me so I just paid and left.

There was no greeter or greeting when I arrived, the staff seemed a little cold, just a business-like "can I help you?". As a walk-in, my wait-time for a pedicure was short. Julie called me to her station and gave me a great pedicure, and became warmer as time progressed; although with her Asian accent, trying to understand what she was saying thru her sanitary face mask was difficult. I was happy with her work.The price was quite reasonable, and she gave me a small discount for being a new customer. But since they don't accept tips placed on a credit card and I don't carry cash anymore... no tip. Sorry... I'll make up for it up next time.

I LOVE ARMONDS !!!! I have no idea what the previous review is talking about ! This salon is immaculately clean. The staff is so professional and friendly. I've been going to armonds since I moved to Florida and I would not go any where else ! Every time I'm there Steve has done and upgrade, and they all know me by name ! he is always keeping the salon updated and inviting. The chairs are anything but old, he always has the newest best stuff. Would recommend this salon to everyone! Go go go! They are simply THE BEST !

I went in to change my nail color. Just a regular manicure. My nails are long. I grew them out after years of not being able to have them long at my old job. So my nails are pretty important to me. My nail tech was so gentle and meticulous. I swear I could have fallen asleep during my pedicure. She always made sure to ask if I liked it, and always double checked the nails herself. When your nail tech is constantly checking their own work, it’s definitely a good sign. It means they care and it really showed that she cared. She was so nice and gentle, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The gel manicure and regular pedicure was definitely worth it for me. Will be going back in 2 weeks :)

The staff are super friendly and courteous, customer service oriented. They won’t let you go if you aren’t happy. They stand behind their work and it shows.
