I went once time and owner was amazing then when I came back for my new set of dip. His wife did my nails. They were overlapping around my finger, uneven, lumpy and my nails all were crooked. I asked her politely if she was done and said yes. I asked agin if she was going to leave me looking like that. She immediately was upset. She started yelling and I got up and showed the owner (her husband) the horrible job. She asked me to sit and started arguing. I said relax lady. She proceeded to cut down my tips as well as my own nails which I had been growing w the dip and she was so upset she was sweating and cut my finger. I was left alone to soak off the nails and start over. About 30 mins passed by so I got up washed my hands crying went up to the owner and that led him for the services. The lady ya a horrendous attitude and cdt take constructive criticism. I would never go back here and will attach video that even though i toook after she cut them down u can see the un eveness and how harsh she was drilling in down part and not in others. If I could rate a 0 I would. No one should walk out crying embarrassed in front of a store full of customers

I've been here a few times and it's always been a pleasant experience. I read a few reviews and I would like to know what does education has to do with them speaking their native language with each other? I don't go to Vicky's Bakery and get all mad when they're speaking spanish to each other infront of me. They're fast and super nice. Obviously if its packed, expect to wait, specially if you don't have an appointment. And be prepared with cash for tipping (if you pay with card, you don't get the option to leave tip).

I was recommend first of all. I called to make an appointment, and you they said it wasn't necessary caused they weren't busy. I asked for Tina or Anna, they said Okay. When I arrived it was packed. They directed me to way for Anna, than before you know it I was force to be attended by this Chinese man, that finished before Anna. He was knew or I don't know what. He was horrible and cut me a few time. If that wasn't enough, they don't have any education, because all of them would speak Chinese within themselves, like it's all good. Never ever again.

I love going to PT Nails for over 3 years now and they have done an amazing job each and every time I do my nails. Very clean salon and friendly staff!!! Definitely recommend!

Love when my nails are done by Anna, Michael or Tina. They know what they're doing! I'd recommend scheduling an appointment it gets pretty busy

My nail lady did an amazing job, took her time and very friendly. Refill was pricey, $40, but it was worth it. Will definitely come back again.

Great salon and great prices! It's almost always busy, but the wait is never too long with the amount of staff. All the technicians are nice, listen to my specific requests and do excellent work.

Dan is wonderful! He takes his time and does a great job. I will continue to do my nails and feet with him. He gets 5 stars. The place...well not so much. Every one is very friendly.

I really liked this place at first; however, safe to say I will not be going back ever. I got my nails done here with shellac/ gel polish and acrylic. This should last for several weeks. After a few days I noticed the corners were chipping and coming off. I went back when I had the chance, not even a week later and they told me it would be $30 to fix them. I was a loyal customer for months and this is how they handled the situation. They are money hungry and don't allow you to leave a tip on credit card payments so the employees just try to rack up as much as they can get you to spend (probably because they work on commission).

I've lived here for 3 years, this is the BEST nail place in the Gables by far, and trust me I've tried them all! You can tell how well liked they are by how busy it is. I suggest calling ahead and making an appointment or walk-in early morning. Prices are cheap, very friendly staff, they even know a little Spanish!

I recommend this place, i have been doing my nails here for about 8 months now. I do my nails with Michael and every time it's a hit, never disappointed. I only go when he's there, if I had to go when he's not there I would do my nails with the owner, her husband, or Michael's wife, that's just my personal preference.

I've been coming here for YEARS BUT Until this 5-22-17 they lost all respects and me as customer... they always suck but they got the job done and price was fair... you get what you pay.. but that day 5-22-17 they decided because I looked all messy, mind you I just came out the gym they decided to treat me different, as if I was a poor no life having Ass lady. They decided to give me a half ass job and my boyfriend ALWAYS sits next to me Appereantly on Monday after noon that was disturbing them.. my boyfriend sitting next to me on a chair wasn't not allowed... I let that go until they said "your paying full price of service for sitting in that chair"I've never felt more shitty so because we're not well dresssed we're not allowed to sit where we want??? Those people honestly discus me cause they were all screaming at eachother in their foreign language. I only payed for my eyebrow with tip and not my pedicure that I wasn't even half way thru cause of their customer service... they were horrible. I always tip 20% but now honestly go somewhere where you're treated with dignity and not by how you look also remember oYou get what you pay. My bail polish always comes off fast. They use OPI instead of shellac which is better Quality. Trust me I'm an nail tech, I should know. It's more expensive but worth the money time and experience

I went once time and owner was amazing then when I came back for my new set of dip. His wife did my nails. They were overlapping around my finger, uneven, lumpy and my nails all were crooked. I've been here a few times and it's always been a pleasant experience. I read a few reviews and I would like to know what does education has to do with them speaking their native language with each other?
