I had an overall positive experience here. I haven’t had their hair services but I had a walk in for gel manicure and pedicure. Zuli (sp?) did a very professional job with my nails. They look great and she was a very sweet person.

90 min, $40, and a busted bun for NYE I could have done in 10 min myself. My boyfriend helped me fix my "professional" updo. You know it's bad when a sweet woman getting her hair done a few seats over whispers "I'm so sorry" as you get up. Absolutely the worst experience I've had, and I'm a frequent satisfied client at the Tampa location. When I told the girl at check out I was unhappy she said "it's New Years, we're busy."... It's unfortunate I can't include a picture in my review because it speaks for itself. I'll add it over on Yelp. See More

I recommend 'Adam' he did great with my long hair. Best place to get a 'fishtail' style for the hot summer in Miami, in beautiful Merrick Park in Coral Gables.

Great service. Friendly staff. I didn't have to wait my hair stylist, Ariel (my stylists) was there, ready. Ariel (my stylist) listen to my wants and delivered an amazing hair do.

Amazing!! Their location is centered and easy to get to. It is beautiful, clean and and extremely welcoming to new clients and returning clients! Their stylist and manicurist are definitely the best of the best and are very easy to communicate with about your preferences! It is a breath of fresh air to have found a place with great prices where your needs come before theirs! Definitely the BEST blow out in Miami! Punctuality and customer service are my two biggest priorities as a client and I am elated to say they nailed both! Their app is easy to use and quick to book a blo. If you are looking for a last minute blo out for a special occasion or if you just want some me time, this is the place to go!! I will definitely be recommending all my girlfriends to this sweet spot!

I should have made this review in June when my HORRIBLE experience occurred. I was attending a black tie (formal) wedding that evening and had made an appt. because I had heard great things about this company. I asked for big, loose curls and what I received was not that. My hair was frizzy, flat and had dent marks in some of the half-assed curls from too much heat on one spot. The whole point of going to get my hair done was so I did not have to do it, and like I said it was for a very formal wedding. The worst part is I was crying, they didn't offer to fix it AND MADE ME PAY FOR IT! I ended up going home, washing my hair, and then going to Sephora because I had a makeup appt. and thank god for them because they did my hair for me, FOR FREE! AND did what I asked for. Serious Blo Dry Bar Coral Gables is a JOKE and a waste of money. Truly disgusted, and the best part is I emailed corporate and the actual store AND have NOT HEARD FROM EITHER. This company has HORRIBLE customer service. It was truly the worst blow out experience of my life.

Their stylist and manicurist are definitely the best of the best and are very easy to communicate with about your preferences!
