The polish stays wet for 6+ hours. They warned me to be careful since it was their own custom formula but even after five hours it was imprinted with light touch. It's a relaxing, little slice of heaven in hectic Miami! I stated coming shortly after they opened. I immediately appreciated the ambiance. Unlike other Miami salons it's actually relaxing and quite. First let me mention what it doesn't have...A dozen nail techs yammering over each other, the toxic smell of acrylic in the air or half broken vibrating massage chairs. What B'livinn does have that makes it stand apart to me...Organic polishes and products, amazingly comfortable peacock-style pedi chairs with bright white blankets, a spotless place to rest my handbag, friendly nail techs (Hercilla gives an amazing French!) that are truly talented and enjoy what they do. The services here also include an espresso, cold water or a glass of wine. Who doesn't appreciate that extra touch? Katrina at the front desk deserves a shout out as well as Ally (nails, facials, eyebrows). Everyone here is talented, they have healthy, organic products, its open on Sundays and it's beautiful. As much as I would like to give this place five stars a couple of things knocked down stars for me. I'm not very familiar with the Coral Gables area and I didn't anticipate construction work that was being done on the same street where B' Livinn was. So unfortunately I did arrive a little late but I called them in advance to let them know I was having difficulty parking. Once I finally arrived, the employees there greeted me kindly and I emailed them a snapshot of the Groupon, which was the $70 something dollar offer for full set of lash extensions. The lady that did my extensions was really nice and personable! She took her time and started with my left eye on the extensions. I felt a noticeable difference in the amount of attention she started on with my left eye and had a gut feeling my right eye was going to be rushed. Finally after she finished both my eyes, I was thrilled with the results and left happy. This will be the third time that I get eyelash extensions through Groupon, my first time at this spot. Day two of my extensions, I know how to care for them I'm aware that you cannot touch them or fiddle with them too much. As soon as I wake up, I notice about two or three lashes fall out from my right eye. I don't freak out, but as the days go by my left eye lashes stay intact and my right ones continue to shed multiple lashes making my eyelash extensions look severely uneven. Now I'm kicking myself wishing that I could've bought the slightly more expensive Groupon for the refill but I don't think it's normal for my right eye to be shedding a lot more than my left eye :( I know it's not the aestheticians fault but I can't help but notice she dedicated a little more time on my left eyelashes resulting in longer lasting results and now, my right eye lash extensions are suffering & look uneven :((( I don't know what I'll do once my right eye is almost fully shed. Let me start by saying if you don't have 3 hours of your life to spend getting a gel manicure and pedicure don't come here. Never in my life has a mani & pedi taken this long. This is coming from someone that goes every two weeks to get my nails done, so I know the usual amount of time it is supposed to take. I had two different people do my nails and I'm not quite sure what either of their names were. Neither of them knew what they were doing, hence why it took 3 hours! The lady doing my pedicure did not speak English, which is fine, but it became a problem when she was kept hurting my toes and didn't understand what she was doing wrong. She kept jamming the metal and wood tools into my cuticle over and over again trying to dig the cuticle out instead of just cutting. The cuticle on one of my toes is now infected today because of this pedicure and the lady torturing my toes. The girl that did my gel manicure could not have been nicer, but it just took forever to do my nails. I had to pick my boyfriend up at 7pm and I let her know that at 6:30pm she said it would only take another 15min, but in reality it took another 30minutes. So I was late picking him up, and on top of that I got a parking ticket because it took an extra hour to get my nails. So my nails look great, but my toes are a mess and infected. A few friends and I decided to check out this spot for a mani/pedi. We did the summer special for $45 mani/pedi. Overall the experience was delightful. We came in on a Tuesday afternoon without an appointment and only had to wait a few minutes for each of to have three different techs take care of us. All of the staff was super personable and friendly. My tech spoke limited English but, between my broken Spanish and her English, we had some funny conversations. It was nice to not feel like there was a barrier. Overall the experience was pleasant. The polish does take longer to dry because it is organic and natural. I think each technician is a little different. I noticed one friend definitely had a great massage both hand and foot. I was getting relaxed just watching while I had minimal effort to massage but time taken on my color. Read Less

Had a really bad experience. I only reccomend this for an emergency case, if you really want to relax and pamper yourself this is NOT the place!!! This girl Sheila  received me with her hair all messy, super disrespectful, the word unpolite doesn't even begin to describe her. I will never go there again. This place is AMAZING! The staff and service were both top-notch. I went in for a simple manicure, and I was treated like a queen. All of the staff seem to be very concerned with making sure I got the best possible customer experience. And I definitely did! And I can't say enough about the peaceful and calming ambiance in the place -- it's pristine and beautiful and still feels calming like a spa should.My nails are beautiful and the manicure has lasted over a week already. I've gotten so many compliments on the color I picked, and I'm glad I went with it. They have like 100 colors to choose from, so it was NOT an easy decision. But the color I picked, called "Rain" is SO beautiful!I ended up browsing their huge selection of all-natural products and bought some yummy-smelling soap to take home with me. They have all kinds of hair and beauty products too so I know I'll be going back.I told my friend about it so she just went there to get her eyelashes done, and sent me a picture when she was done. WOW. Her eyelashes are so much fuller and longer than before and her eyes REALLY pop! I'm so jealous that I'm going back next week to have mine done too. :) Definitely give this place a try! I was due for a mani pedi and had heard about this place that just opened so my friend and I decided to check it out. It's a great location with lots of street parking around and a few nearby parking lots.The salon is very nice inside, with a great, relaxing vibe. We walked in to only one nail tech and an otherwise empty (of customers) salon. Another nail tech came in shortly after.My friend and I both requested the take a moment (the middle option) mani and pedi. We planned to both get gel nails for the mani, but I bailed on that when I saw the color options. Basically, the only pink gel was a very light pink and I wasn't in the mood for that. The regular polishes are available in a ton of colors and lots of them are appealing, with many different shades.The nail techs were very nice. Only one spoke English but that was ok. For some reason I had one person doing my mani and then someone else doing my pedi. The mani was ok but nothing special. The person who was doing my pedi initially was not doing a good job (seemed afraid to cut my nails, didn't clean up around the toe nails well, etc.) and was slow. Sheila was doing my friend's nails and doing a great job quickly. Luckily because Sheila was so much faster than my nail tech Sheila ended up finishing my pedi and I am so thankful for that. She went back and cut my nails, cleaned up the dead skin the other nail tech had left behind, etc.Basically, my friend and I agreed that if you book with Sheila you will have a great mani pedi and be completely willing to go back. If you have someone else, while it still should be a nice experience, you may not be as happy with the outcome and might still feel like you need a proper mani pedi. As a result, we can't go back together because neither of us wants anyone other than Sheila to do our nails. Read Less
