The male nail tech is rushed, doesn't properly clean the cuticles and barely even cuts the dead skin off. Ive never been to a nail salon and had no cuticles cut off of my nails, when i know i have cuticles to be cut. He rushed the process of the gel mani and made me remove my hands from the uv light before the time was over. over all horrible mani i will never be going back again. do not get your nails done by the male nail tech. the male nail tech did a horrible job, he didn't clean or cut my cuticles properly, which I don't understand because I know I have cuticles that need to be cut and cleaned up. Omg!!!! I usually go to Hi Tek Nails. Today, I was able to meet the nicest girl by the name of Kim. Not only did she do an amazing job on my nails, but I am obsessed with nail art and she took her time and did the coolest Halloween nail art on my nails. I contemplated writing this but here I am.  I had the worst pedicure here that I have had in a long time!  To be fair, I've had two here, the first one was ok. I got the upgraded one but I'm never satisfied no matter where I get those because I always feel like the regular one would have been fine, but anyway... 2nd pedicure I got here was absolutely horrible.  The guy rushed and talked to a co worker which usually doesn't bother me but when I walk out with uneven nails and cut cuticles, it's a problem.  Sad because this place is close. I don't usually recommend a nail salon, because I've been to many and they pretty much are all the same. However, yesterday I went to Hi Tek Nail Salon instead of my usual place (of the last 7 years) and I was thoroughly impressed. Kenny, the owner, did my nails and a pedicure. The salon is extremely clean, the staff very pleasant, and the Super Deluxe Pedicure was the BEST I've ever had! It was better than any spa or salon pedicure I've ever had. It lasted about thirty minutes and worth every penny. It included a scrub, massage with lotion, warm stone rub, and paraffin treatment, AND a foot buffer using a hand mixer... in addition to the typical pedicure. I didn't want to leave....and now I want my husband to experience it! I'm going back for good now! The prices are reasonable and typical, my nails look perfect and my feet have never been this soft! I came here to get a regular manicure (not gel or acrylics) for my friend's wedding. When I removed the nail polish, I discovered that the tops of my nails had been filed away almost down to the nail beds. It's extremely painful, and it will take at least a month to grow out and stop hurting. I'm worried about infections, and it hurts to type on a laptop or wash dishes or do any other crucial everyday activity. I called the manager, and he said they would not refund me. He said to come in so they could look at what "I" had done, claiming it could not have been the fault of anyone working at Hi-Tek Nails. Stay away from this place. Read Less

My daughter and I walked in to have a mani-pedi together, Bonding time and also preparing for her prom. Thank G-d my daughter got the guy who spent a lot of time with her, massage and the whole thing. I was envious. I also brought my own polish. There was no massage here! The nail poliah was bubbling on my nails. I asked the lasy who worked on me and she said that it's the brand of poliah because it's made in China. The polish was so bad on my toes and my fingers that I  asked if she can redo it. She said that it's  $10 for redo. I was wiling to do it because it is embarrassing. I can even do a better job than herjob! In the end she did not do it. I still gave her a freaking tip! I am  gave more to the guy that worked on my daughter's. I will NEVER go back there EVER AGAIN! Horrible. No pampering in getting your nails done here! It is like a factory and you are just a cheap cut of meat sitting there.  The woman was RUDE and ROUGH (grabbed my hand, hurt when filing). I have NEVER not tipped a person providing a service in my ENTIRE life and today was the first. She was speaking about me, inher language, and was not even discrete. Another woman came over grabbed my hands to see the polish and then dropped it down. My first NEGATIVE Yelp review as well. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!  Stay away!!! Read Less

They are quick and clean well. Mani is 12 (regular), +5 for french. Mani Pedi combo is 30. I love the way they do my pedi. They are moving to a bigger location, but it is in the same shopping plaza just a few doors down. Tips are only done in cash. They do accept most credit cards. Read Less

I have been coming here for 7 years! I can always say that the service is stellar! Nail salons can be tricky because you have to worry about the cleanliness, here that is NEVER an issue!
