I'm always happy with the great service I get at Nails Rock. They are quite busy, so make sure you call during the week to get a weekend appointment. The pedicure is awesome! The customer service here is awful. They overbook the appointments and then scramble to find a tech to do your nails and when you finally get the service, it is tough and fast. My pedicure was so brutal, it bruised my toe nail and now I have a black toe which may need medical attention. On top of everything, the guy who did my manicure was mean and kept making fun of my short nails and made rude comments. He would speak in Thailanese or whatever language, so I wouldn’t understand. Really like this place. I have gotten services from Billy and Mandy and both of them have been very nice, patient and helpful. This is the first Salon that I tried the dipping powder and they walked me through what this process will look like and really attended to my needs. I am so happy with the outcome. Love coming here - best and most affordable nail salon in the area. Extremely clean and recently renovated. If you'd like to try NexGen (I recommend it to everyone - my nails which have been tragically thin all my life - even with all the biotin in the world - finally grew out and were strong!) ask for Billy or Lucas. Both great nail service and great customer service! I have always had such a hard time finding a place to my nails right and good. This place here too me late at 630 and stayed until after 830 until I was done and everything that I asked for was done and I was completely happy. I will be going out of my way to come back again. I was really excited to come here because I was in the area but also because of the rave reviews and  who doesn't look forward to getting their nails done right!?. When I first walked in I was greeted warmly from a particular lady who works their , who was extremely nice, warm and friendly. The one lady and front desk lady  went out of their way to find a color for my hands as close as possibly to my feet which was really nice of them. Since I wanted a nail design and she couldn't do it the one lady told me to go to the man, which is fine.  The man wasn't friendly or warm or anything he was very stone cold. I picked out two colors for my nails and I wanted to see how they'd look on my finger tips because some colors do not look that great on me. He put it in on his finger tips then he put his fingers on mine to show me this is how it would look, seriously? I've been to several places and they had no problem putting it on my finger. He rushed a lot with my nails. Every gel manicure I have received has been very clean around the cuticles. He did a very messy job and was rushing. I was really nice so I asked him to fix it somehow so he went over it with a 3rd layer some nails look fine others look messy. He said oh it can't be clean because it's gel. On to the design (ring fingers only), I understand pictures you find online won't look the same when you imitate on your hand,  which is understandable, however the issue is when the front desk lady was like oh it won't look the same we are doing it FREE for you so it won't be the exact same, she was a bit rude. He were trying to find a particular color for the design. I told her I understand it won't look the same several times even before, but to be rude about it is uncalled for. In my head I was like free this is great, one perk from this bad experience. Well I was wrong. I went to pay and she's like oh the designs are $5.00 extra I'm like fine, I just wanted to get out of there and not make a fuss because it was the worse nail experience ever. Also the guy yelled from the back 5.00 extra like he did some amazing job? The job he did was laughable. Although the lady stated and I heard correctly we are doing it free for you so don't expect it to look the same. They aren't very consistent in what they initially say and what the end price is. I saw another review that said the exact comment. Maybe this place works for some people but not for me, maybe I'm spoiled by nice people and consistent service and prices.  Going on vacation which some so so nails, instead of great nails! Thank you for a terrible experience. I think as a new comer they don't treat you well but for people who are regulars they might be nicer. Decided to come here based on google reviews and I'm very happy I did. Both owners (husband and wife) are very nice, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I had outgrown my nexgen set and needed a pedicure. The wife soaked my nails with acetone and wrapped them in foil while I sat for my pedicure. I didn't get the young girls name that did my pedicure but she was very nice and did a nice job on my pedi, I love that they use liners!After my pedi I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with the nails on my hands since I thought you could do fills on nexgen (apparently you cannot or shouldn't really) Billy the husband reexplained to me the pros and cons of each service and recommended what I should do in my particular case. Because my nails underneath looked nice and healthy once all the old nexgen was soaked off; he said I should continue the dip powder and give them a break in the coming months without anything on the nails but a store brought nail hardener to keep my nails naturally strong. No ones ever gave me advice like that from a nail salon so I'm sold on this place for their honesty and services. I'll be back for sure! I have been stressing for months now not being able to find a person who knows what they're doing with Nexgen. I hit the lottery with Billy. He's great, he listens to your particulars and also uses his knowledge to give you awesome looking nails. I got a pink and white new set and they're smooth and have a natural looking curve even though my natural nails grow upward.  This is the best set I have had yet! Read Less

I've been here a few times and always had good results but not today! I walked out with rough, thick and poorly polished coffin shaped acrylics! They were filed down to the skin on the sides too...ouch!!! I walked back in after getting over the embarrassment and fear of asking for a manager. The lady that did my nails said she was the manager and said it was my fault they were rough because I did not scrub them enough when I washed my hands! I asked her why she polished them instead of fixing them and she just kept arguing with me. One of the guys that works there offered to fix my nails and did the best he could but unfortunately, no one can glue back what has already been filed away! Love this place, I get my nails done by Billy. I usually call the same day and they work with me about getting in. Always does a fantastic job on my nails. The salon is always impressively clean also. I love the fact the pedicure chairs all have liners also. If you're looking for consistency with great looking nails and great people, this is the best place in town . Read Less

This nail location can be a quick fix for some, a restful moment for others, or a place to grab some friends and get your toes done at the same time. It is casual and not pretentious, priced for repeat and upgraded business. They all do a great job and they have all the colors but you'll go there because they are safe! I went the other day during my lunch hour to get a pedicure.  The price was right at $22 and the girl that did my pedi was nice and did a really nice job.  The only thing though, the nail polishes, although they had a large selection didn't seem like they were new and fresh especially the pretty blue one I chose was ready to be thrown out since it was so thick.  Overall, a nice place. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! We walked in to smiling faces.  They sat is right away. Theresa is more like a foot doctor than a nail technician.I received a pedicure, gel manicure and eyebrow waxing.  I am beyond pleased! Theresa did little designs on my toes.  When I asked if I can have designs on my nails she said next time they are too short I don't want you to waste your money.  What nail salon do you know would turn down money???  Her and her husband make a great team! I cannot wait to go back to get the Deluxe Pedicure with my husband!! I'm so glad this nail salon is walking distance from my house. Staff is friendly and honest. I went in for the Nexgenails thinking they were the next big thing and I was talked down about the hype. Pleased they were willing to be honest with me and say there wasn't much difference about them. I still got them just to try but I probably will consult with them next time about what to get. Cute little place with nail stations, pedi stations and a wax area in the back. I can't wait to come back and get my nails done again, I thought I'd never replace my favorite nail salon but since I'm so far from them now, I can come here without too much heartache. Read Less
