This place is the EXACT opposite of "luxury". Seriously, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I had an appointment at 5pm. Didn't get helped until 5:47. Went to put my shoes on after my pedicure to see that all of my skin was painted, as if a 5 year old painted my nails. I pointed it out and the lady acted like everything was fine. I had to call the owner over and he didn't even apologize he just spoke to her in their language and then with an attitude she proceeded to fix them. I'm in disbelief that a luxury nail salon would even paint nails like this. And of course this place is on the expensive side due to location but definitely not due to quality. Terrible customer service. Went for a nail change after having a terrible job done a bliss nail.and spa. The manager basically turned me away because we only wanted a nail polish change. Will never go back. I will give my money to someone else. Good business practice..lol Read Less

I have tried this place a few times and each time is a disappointment.First experience, appointment with Tee for pedicure and Ty for acrylic fill.  Tee and Ty both did a great job on the work.  Ty was about 20 minutes late for the appointment.Second experience, same appointments with Tee & Ty. This time Tee was about 10 minutes late but Ty was over 30 minutes late.  The owner Don is non-apologetic, offers no discount for delay, etc.  Just seems to think he is doing you a favor by allowing someone to work on your nails. Eventually got so fed up asked for someone else to do the work.  Again, no apology. I was just told we run behind.  Well why take appointments then????? Third appointment, pedicure with Tee and switching to Nex Gen with Ty.  Pedicure was good.  When time for my Nex Gen, Ty is nowhere to be seen.  Don tells me he is on his way, only 5 minutes.  I am waiting, waiting and waiting.  Another 10 min and still no Ty, Ask Don what's going on.  He said he will be he shortly.  Now its over 20 minutes again.  I ask for someone else to do the work.  About 10 minutes into this, Ty finally shows up (about 35 min after appointment time).Fourth and final time. Scheduled for pedicure with Tee and Nex Gen fill with Don.  Get there and Tee is still working on someone else.  Another wait, luckily only 5 minutes.  She begins to set up and plans to use the tools she just finished using on a man that looked to have infected feet.  There was no cleaning of the tools or change of tools.  She said she washed them with soap and water.  Meanwhile, not once did she leave the pedicure chair area, so no way were they washed.  Regardless, soap and water are not going to sanitize the tools.  I got up and left and will never go back.  Be careful - they are not cleaning all the tools - you will get fungus and infection.  Do not recommend.  Go to Parkland Nails just up the road. This is the best nail salon in Coral Springs/ Parkland/ Coconut Creek area. Very clean and every nail tech is amazing. They just renovated the place and added more pedicure chairs. Very good prices and I Highly recommend. I would never go anywhere else! Read Less

I had a wonderful experience today! Very nice gentleman in the front greeted me asking what I would like. First time here and I have to say VERY pleased!!! I have been to almost every salon in the area and had no luck. So happy to have found this place. Clean, professional, and friendly! Lisa did my nails and she is wonderful!! This used to be one of the best places in town to go for nails, now they have hired really young and inexperienced nail techs who do not do a good job. I can't say I will be back. Had my eyebrows waxed today. The girl left some wax on my eyelids after I told her to make sure and wipe them off good. My eyelids are red and burnt.If you can't wax then don't wax. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!!!!! Read Less

They don't let you know when they are going to charge extra for certain services and nail polishes until you're done and need to pay! I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they said they could do it and it didn't turn out anything like the pictures and charged me extra without warning! Read Less

I just had full set of acrylic nails, short and square by Don. He did a great job. I also had a pedicure by young lady that i would rate 3 stars. The instruments came out of drawer, not sanitized, still have ingrown nail and toe nails were not filed straight sctoss as i asked. No massaging either. My husband and me have been coming here for years. T did my husbands nails. Kelly did mine. Sometimes don the owner would do mine. My husband has been very sick over the past few months. To keep my spirits up I would go for a manicure every 3 weeks. And pedi. Last week my husband was in hospital and I called to see if they could fit me in. Even as a walkin   Remember I m a regular customer for years. They couldn't. How disappointing. My husband wanted me to have it done. This was Saturday and Sunday. Been going here for years, never had a bad gel manicure or pedicure. The owners are as sweet as can be. Came here because they were open at 9 when most places open at 10! Loved their variety of opi gel colors . The lady that did my nails was very nice and quiet of course lol the place is very nice and nicely decorated and you can see they use quality stuff which is nice. I got a gel manicure with the opi color mod about you and she did it beautifully without making it so thick it looks like a fake nail! I went to this salon out of suggestion from my hair stylist. I will not be going back. The salon looks run down and out dated. The hispanic lady that completed my nails seemed to be watching the tv more than watching my nails during my pedicure. The pedicure itself was rather painful as she filled my nails very low. She seemed very rushed to complete the service. My manicure was not any better. She cut my cuticle rather well with the file on my thumb. Her polish job looks worse than when I do it myself. One of the workers Stephanie did my eyebrows and she did a very good job since she actually did the arch the way I wanted to. Also she did my nails (while giving me a nice hand massage) and they lasted me a long time, about 2 weeks or so. It surprised me since my nails usually start chipping after 3 days. Regardless of the bad reviews, I have been going here for the past 2 years on and off. I see Kelli only so I have no one else to compare to. She is super sweet, nice, and funny. I enjoy going in for a day of beauty. Gel manicure, pedicure, waxing. I am late sometimes  and  she has never rushed me. She makes sure I am satisfied and she has learned what I like without me having to say anything. I don't like traditional and I love "bling bling" as she calls it. Yet in a professional setting I still need to maintain a clean look. Kelli does this for me. Sometimes I let her pick colors because she knows what I like now. Prices are reasonable. This is my first time here and the lady that helped me was very nice. Not the best manicure I have ever done but it was ok. Until 24 hrs later when I added a coat if my top coat which I always do to preserve my manicure and my nail polish started to crack. Literally I have lines all over my nails! Sooo dissapointed. I do recall her putting some liquid/drops of something inside the nail polish, maybe to water it down? It totally ruined my nails and I'm on my way to a wedding, not happy!
