As an American nail tech with 30 yrs experience I take pride in my professional trade. Once again working in an Asian shop, I was taken by surprise while working in this Salon Lovely nails on Lyons Rd, Coconut Creek . While I worked there I was not paid compared to the other Co workers, they were pd cash under the table and not require a state license as nail technicians with no state required education of this trade.When I started to question these subjects the owner would not respond
The shop was very, very dirty and infested with bugs. I watched them just wipe their nippers and place them in a bag.never used hospital grade streilizer to kill bacteria. Polish and gel polish is very old and watered down. Clients would tell me their complaints bc I spoke English and the owner would get very upset and jealous her & her sister would act out at me.
When she acted out she would skip my turn for a service. Unfortunately I had to learn the hard way and could not work in this filthy unlicensed salon. As a nail tech and an insider of this field I would hope my review will help you as a client learn to ask the right questions for your own health safety. Salons such as this spreads infections.Be wise to be safe

I went to this nail salon one week ago. The lady that did my nails was in a complete rush and did not take her time at all. My nails were sloppy and not well done but I was in a rush that day because ...
I went to this nail salon one week ago. The lady that did my nails was in a complete rush and did not take her time at all. My nails were sloppy and not well done but I was in a rush that day because I was running late. I waited not even a week and all of my nails peeled off and they were gel. Gel costs more and it was unbelievable that they were off before 3 weeks. So I called and asked nicely if they could redo them since they all chipped off in less then a week. They said yes so I made an appointment and went in and the lady sat me down with a different guy. The guy filed my nails down so low that my nails hurt. Then he did a horrible job and when you look at my nails you can see streaks and clumps. I could not believe the fact that they were talking about me while I was sitting right there. It was horrible service and both times it was horrible results. I will not ever be returning to them.

I have been coming here for several years. I only go to Debbie. She is pretty amazing. Her work is perfection. If she is not there I rather re-schedule with her. The owners are also quite pleasant. I have only had one not so great experience and that was because it was the one time I decided to not re-schedule and go with another staff member. She was kind and personable but her work was not as good. Outside of that one experience, I have nothing negative to say about Lovely Nails!

Very desappoited...the guy could not concentrate at his work...was get up walking doing girl eyebrown doing bunch things aroud..i was forced be waiting...i get very upsad nervous..so i went to another manicure to continue do my nails....i ask him to shape it aroud..he left my nails sharp like crazy caty..the girl pedicure was fast e agressive .dovv.she hurt my foot .though they schow not respect to the costumes...i used do my nais Spa nails in Lake worth..at Angels Nails..go there monday to fixe .this mess..look terrible.

It can take awhile waiting and actually getting the work done, but compared to other places I would rather take longer and be happy with my nails as opposed to getting out faster. Everyone is nice and friendly, they always talk with you. Love coming here and highly recommend. Besides, getting to sit and get my nails and toes done is my rest and chill time, I don't mind soaking for longer. :)

I found David some 3 + yrs ago. He and his wife are good, loyal, hard-working people. Their employees are friendly and do good work, too. I definitely recommend to anyone, go here!

I have been coming here for several years for a manicure and pedicure. I am not the easiest to please but time after time Helen has been continuously good. David and Helen keep their place of business clean and bright.
As owners they are professional, respectful, kind and courteous. I have never had to wait and have always been greeted and treated like family.
I am a business owner for many years and I have to say there customer service is impeccable.
I have taken my husband there for his first pedicure (which was like pulling teeth) and now he cant wait for his next appointment.with Chau.

I have only had one not so great experience and that was because it was the one time I decided to not re-schedule and go with another staff member. She was kind and personable but her work was not as good. Outside of that one experience, I have nothing negative to say about Lovely Nails!

It can take awhile waiting and actually getting the work done, but compared to other places I would rather take longer and be happy with my nails as opposed to getting out faster. Everyone is nice and friendly, they always talk with you. Love coming here and highly recommend. Besides, getting to sit and get my nails and toes done is my rest and chill time, I don't mind soaking for longer. :)
