I was referred here by a friend (wonderful 20% referral program, by the way) and have not gone anywhere else since! Scheduling is easy through the website, I am emailed reminders of the appointment, and if an earlier time slot opens up Heather usually texts me to see if I'm interested. She asks questions, double checks, asks for feedback, etc. because she wants your hair to look the way YOU want it to. I love this because the last thing I want is to spend weeks waiting for a bad cut to grow out. I am always super pleased with the quality and affordability of my new cut, and I have no idea why I would go anywhere else after my awesome experiences here. I meant to post this a while back! Heather cut my long hair off and was absolutely fantastic in doing so. I was unsure about how short to cut it and she was extremely patient and cautious.
