The staff is very rude. They'll talk about you in their native tongue right in front of you and still makes you wait even though you've set an appointment hours ago. Not impressed!  Salon was hot upon arrival.  Too rushed even though it was only my daughter and myself there.  One hour for both of us to have a gel mani and reg pedi.  My toe skin was clipped during my pedicure which definitely hurt.Fast/minimal leg massage and second leg was maybe 3 minute massage.  My entire gel manicure took maybe 15 mins.  No attention to cuticles!  My daughters manicure looks awful.  Polish all over skin and bubbles. I went for a pedicure and manicure on Sunday 2/4/2017. First, I was told that someone would do my pedicure. Next, I agree with a lady that was going to do it as soon as she was finished polishing a customer that she was previously working with. So, I sat and waited. After, three ladies came out from the back. One of the ladies asked if I had an appointment. So, I mentioned to the owner, of the lady that offered to do my pedi/mani is occupied with another customer, she was free to get someone else to do my mani/pedi. She decided on one of the three that came out from the back and boy did I receive the worse service. She started on the pedi and didn’t have any tool available. She cut down my toenails and filed it. Next, she couldn’t find the cuticle softener white lotion, so she poured oil all over my toes. Never using any of the utensils. As I was getting out of the massage chair, my toes bumped something and she had to fix my big toe. She tried to fix it and eventually I had to tell her that she need to remove the polish and redo it. As she removes the polish, she never preps the toenail by putting on the base polish or anything. Now, I am not happy with the service because she is cutting corners. I went yesterday for my second time and had a HORRIBLE experience. The man that did my nails kept asking if I had a boyfriend, told me that my boyfriend wouldn’t mind if we went to the beach together and many more uncomfortable questions. After he asked all of the questions and I told him yes my boyfriend would mind he was rude and angry. He was rough with my nails and completely over filed them. They are as thin as paper now. The attached pictures are of my nails at the end. There is dents, black fuzzes on each nail, over painted, some feel and look like sand paper and the skeleton is horrible. I told him there was black fuzzes and he said I’ll paint over them you won’t see it. Overall his unprofessionalism and inappropriate actions are the reason I will NEVER go back. Read Less

I stopped by looking for a walk-in manicure with gel polish. I decided to have a brow wax as well. I was led to the back for the wax. Area was clean but the pillow for my head didn't have a paper barrier. The tech didn't ask how I wanted my brows shaped and didn't offer a mirror for me to check them afterwards. Later, at home, I noticed she had missed quite a few hairs on my left brow. Rather than go back I waxed the rest myself. The tech then sat me at her station for the manicure. The area looked clean and she used  sterile packaged tools. The file and foam file  had been previously used. I requested my nails be trimmed and filed square. She trimmed them well and filed them some. The edges were still rough and sharp when she moved on to roughing up my nails for the polish. I assumed she would finish filing them when she completed that. She didn't. Next, she sprayed my nails with alcohol to wipe away the dust. She polished them with my chosen color. There are no bubbles or smudges and I think she did a good job with the polish. I thought she would check the edges of my nails once the polish was done but didn't. I had to show here where the rough spots and nail filing bits were three times to get her to file them appropriately. I assumed she would recap my nail ends with polish, but she didn't. I went home and finished filing the sharp edges myself. After 3 days I have chipping at the edges because the polish was filed off . This just wasn't worth $38 plus the $3 tip I left. Had this been a better quality manicure I would've given $10 tip. Maybe this tech isn't used to working with natural nails. I won't be back to give her more practice . Read Less

When you walk in they don't look you up and down to see if you are worthy. Ladies did a great job. Listened to what I wanted. Massage chairs were spot on. Not a trendy place but I'm not of a trendy age.  And since it wasn't trendy, I got right in, as a drop in, and  they took their time with my pedicure. Didn't feel like there was a timer somewhere. If i was just rating the staff I would give it a 5, however the place is kinda dumpy and not what I would consider a "spa" The massage chairs are old and broken down and no waterfall or tranquility music or anything relaxing.The staff was very courteous and Amy was fantastic. I just moved to the area and needed a good nail salon. The reviews for Regal Nails were spot on. I was greeted quickly, escorted to a pedicure chair, promptly offered a water and my pedicure began. Pedicure: I purchased the deluxe pedicure. Honestly, I'm not sure if it's worth the extra $10 from the standard pedicure, but wonderful nonetheless. The water was scented with lavender and made the experience relaxing. The pedicure technician took her time and was extremely friendly. I enjoyed every relaxing moment and never deleted rushed. Gel Manicure:  Needless to say, there are no shortage of color selections here. The only downside is trying to select a color from many rings of examples. I would rather look at the bottles and make my selection. Chris, my nail technician was friendly and answered all my question related to their services. After talking about his capabilities, I asked him to paint a design on my nails. I am always skeptical with this, but Chris far exceeded my expectations. My nails looked like they were out if an nail Pinterest board!  The finale was the great message of my hands and arms!  The salon was clean and accommodating. When I walk into this place- I'm definitely reminded of an oasis. It's so tranquil that's it's easy to forget about the hell you were going thru prior to walking thru the door. The staff is amazing. Lena has been my gal since my 1st visit. She has a gentleness about her that is so refreshing. Not to mention a sense of humor that totally rocks!They also have their own personal app. Upon your 1st visit, you're given the shop code to become a member. Really happy with my pedicure and eyebrow wax.  Anna did a great job on my eyebrows.  Very impressed. The staff was extremely friendly and the facility was very clean.  The chairs are roomy and offer many massage options.  I chose the deluxe pedicure and they offered me a coupon which saved me $5.  Will definitely return. Going to this salon is very relaxing and clean. They offer you complimentary wine, mimosas and other drinks while you relax and enjoy your experience. Kim the owner is very involved with the customers and is so sweet! Her mom Anna is a doll and will give you the best pedicure. This by far is the best nail salon in Clermont!!! Read Less
