Nice place out in an area that is mostly strip malls on the outskirts of campsites and tourist areas south of Orlando. Staff was friendly. Shop seemed clean including disposable liners in the foot spa for our pedicure.They were decently busy on a Saturday afternoon but very accommodating. Waiting only a few minutes before they ran the water and let me soak and use the massage chair while I waited. My only complaint is that the service felt rushed so they could get to the next person waiting. We paid for the upgraded pedicure that included massage but the massage was very very brief.My feet got some light exfoliation (I would have wanted more) and my nails were trimmed evenly. Polish application was pretty good but not enough top coat or something as it chipped the next morning.If you are in the area Eagle Nails should suit your needs. Read Less

They don't understand much English and always end up messing up your nails. The staff has an extremely nasty attitude if you have an opinion about the service you request the pedicures are always a hit or miss depends on who you have. The picture below I asked the tech to match the color of nails with my toes and I somehow ended up with hot pink. They will force services on you that you didn't ask for and than make you pay for it. This will be the only place I go to to get my nails done at while I'm in town. I made a Saturday 3pm appointment and was seen right away when I walked in, even though it was packed. I went over to pick a color but I told them I wanted SNS nails and regular toe polish and asked for a wheel that showed matching SNS & acrylics. I wanted a regular pedicure and manicure, but I was talked into upgrading to the spa pedicure because it's only $5 extra. $5! That's so worth it it's not even funny. My nail tech, Anet, was super nice and friendly and was incredibly meticulous in doing her work. I was really impressed with the level of detail she took to make sure my nails had the right shape and were properly sealed and coated. On top of that, I had to keep clearing my throat because I accidentally choked on something earlier that day and she offered me a mini water bottle, and even asked if I wanted a second one when I finished it. It was the extra mile that I really needed. Overall my treatment was $65 and I was there for about 2 hours. I made sure to treat Anet to a great tip because I know without a doubt that this was the best job anyone has ever done to my nails! She made sure I felt happy and at home! I had an appointment for 3 on a Saturday afternoon to get my nails done for my engagement photos. They did take me almost immediately but my two friend had to wait around 45 minutes to get started. The color choice for just polish is poor to say the least. They don't have nearly the color range I've seen at many other salons in the area. Because of this I was forced to do a dip. The young woman who did my nails had her headphones in and was talking to someone on the phone in them. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. She made a mistake and one of my nails was rough from not being filed completely and blamed it on my. Also after 9 days my pinky nail cracked in half, so I have to get them done again sooner than expected. One of my friends picked on of the only purple polishes they had and the man doing her nails kept calling her "plain Jane" which was unbelievably rude. As my other friend was getting her top coat put on a hair was in he polish and instead of just fixed it the man doing her nails made a rude sarcastic comment "oh yeah it's always our fault." Overall I've never had such an unprofessional and bluntly rude experience while getting my nails done. They did have an extensive dip color selection (which is convenient since it's so much more expensive than just polish) but if that's what you like then it might be worth trying. Read Less

Went here in desperate need of a mani and pedi and was not disappointed! Maddie was amazing and provided flawless service to my hands and feet. The hot rock massage was an added bonus. My sister and I were on vacation and DESPERATE for a pedicure. We called at 5:15 to see if they could fit us both in for pedicures, and some SNS nails for my sister, before they closed at 7:00. We set our appointment for 5:30. Right when we got there they had us back prepping us for our pedicures. The pedicures we received and the SNS nail treatment my sister revived was UNBELIEVABLE! The staff was all super friendly and it was the BEST pedicure I have ever received! We loved the entire experience. Although we were there up until they were closing, we never felt rushed or like we were an inconvenience. We would recommend to 10/10! After going to other Nail Spas in the area, I finally found Eagle Nails & Spa to be the best practice in the area. I've been a few times for a Manicure, Pedicure, and Eyebrow wax. Prices are very reasonable, the staff does one heck of a job, and everyone is always so nice. I highly recommend asking for Cindy. She has always done my eye brows, manicures, and pedicures. She takes her time, really gets the job done, talks with you, and make sure you are comfortable. The last time I was here, I wanted to get my eyebrows wax. Well, then I decided to get my nails done since it's been a long time. Men are more than welcome to come here. I can't believe some men are too scared or embarrassed to get a manicure and pedicure done. I don't mind because my nails look great, no fungus occurs, and no hangnail occurs. I started getting my nails done years ago with my best friend from work. Since then, I've been getting them done as a pamper treatment. All the staff members here are friendly, welcoming, positive attitude, and ensure you are satisfied with their service before you leave. They don't rush through the job or torture you like some businesses. I highly recommend stopping here for some pamper time for both men and women. Request Cindy for the best treatment and service. I love Eagle Nails I've been coming here for about six months now, SNS is what i use on my nails it is a powder it is healthy for you nails my nails looked horrible when i started coming here. I love the pedicure spa special which included a hot stone massage and wax soak. Tony did a great job making me feel relaxed and great and I needed some suggestions on nail art for fourth of July and he helped me out and did a great job. I have short nails so I struggle getting art done but he did a great job! I am lucky to have found a good salon for when I vacation here in Florida. Blown away by the attention to detail. I brought my 8 year old niece in for a pedicure date - she had such a lovely first spa experience! They have a little child size pedicure chair that was just perfect. 'Andy' was very friendly and kind with her, drawing my shy niece out of her shell and making her feel at ease. 'Young' spared no effort and attention at making every little detail right with my pedicure - a rare find. He was very gentle and took his time and my feet look and feel absolutely fabulous! No easy task - my feet are often banged up and rough from wearing flip flops and walking miles. The standard pedicure even included hot stone and paraffin wax. The facility was very clean and pleasant to the eye - no unsavory corners anywhere. The staff are friendly and kind - 'Young' touched up my foot after I smudged it on the way out, even fixing a detail on a toe that had not been ruined. I am definitely switching salons. I have been using this spa for 4 years now.  Jason  is a master at gel nails.  Kim is excellent in waxing.  "MY" provides a meticulous pedicure.  The salon is very friendly and high standard of cleanliness.  The prices are extremely reasonable.  I am moving to Tucson, Arizona in July '15 and I will sadly miss my monthly spa day. Didn't expect too much out of a nail salon next to a grocery store. I only got a pedicure, but they not only massaged my legs with hot stones, but put my feet in paraffin wax. I've not had either one of these done at any other salon in clermont. Definitely recommend. I only put 4 stars because I think a little more attention could have been paid to my tougher areas, but to be fair, my feet are horrendous this time if year from wearing flip flops constantly. Came to this place on a whim and was VERY impressed. They were very courteous and spoke great English. The pedicure was only $25 and included parrifin wax and hot stones. And they didn't set a timer! (That's a pet peeve of mine.) The place was VERY clean and quiet. Highly recommend! Read Less
