I'm very disappointed at the service a received. I called the owner & said I'll be there before they closed. I showed up & was unable to be taken care of. I live very far & drive all the way to thus place, made arrangements with my hubby to take care of my kids so I can be there. I will be filing a formal COMPLAINT with the department of Better business bureau! You've lost a customer. The owner was not even apologetic, she all of sudden didn't remember I called her. Absolutely horrible. I asked for a full set with round tips and walked out of there with square nails. They do what they want to do and don't actually give you the type of nails you want. My nails were not polished cleanly, it was messy and had not cleaned properly. My nails when you look at it has bubbled in the polish and created little holes in the color on my nails. I took some pictures and will try to find out how to post them on here. When speaking to the owner she is so rude and nasty. I told her I didn't have time to sit there and redo my entire nails, she said oh well enjoy your time out. This is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to outside of going to an actual spa. It's clean, the massage chairs are so comfortable, you can see they use clean tools, and everyone is so nice. Their prices are a few dollars more than others around, but you definitely get what you pay for. I now find myself comparing every other nail salon I visit to here, and I have yet to find one that's even come close. I don't go anywhere else now. Read Less

They have happy employees but will not go back prices are horrible, they have false advertisement, is one price online when you go in person is way more and they do not listen, i told her i do not like fake nails and they did not listen, she painted my nails wrong, it looks like my nails have gotten long already, she left them wide did not file them right, rather stick to taking a drive to Winter Garden, , to Le's Nails,,never again will I go here, lady burnt my legs with the towel, put it down on my legs and just left did not bother to ask if it was hot or not. Just got back from E Nails and will never go back. The tech started to do my toes with unsanitized tools that she just used on another client. I stopped her and she went and retrieved a new package.  This is unacceptable, not to mention against the law. She started my pedi way after the lady next to me and I was done way before. Both of us were getting the same $25 pedi. She kept getting up and down while doing my nails, even sweeping the floor. When I left I told the owner about the unsanitary tools she didn't even apologize. She just said she would tell the girl.Sanitation is no joke. Being busy is no excuse for this kind of service. I have gone here on and off for five years.  Lately, it has become my go-to pedicure place.  The regular pedicure is great, but my favorite is the pedicure with the paraffin.  It is $10 more but other salons charge more and don't give the same level of service.  My job requires a lot of time on my feet, and this has made a world of difference in making my feet feel much better. This place is seriously amazing. I've been to so many nail places in Clermont and this is the best so far! They are very friendly, clean and do a great job. The fans and uv lamps for gels are in the tables so it keeps it all looking very professional. My nails havent looked this good in months. Very impressed! Read Less
