Is there ANY nail salon out there that doesn't nick your cuticles to death with the drill? I currently have 4 fingers with scabs from the drill nicking my skin! And they always do both my pedicure and nail services at once, which means constant reaching/stretching and putting my arms in awkward positions and I'm left with acrylic dust all over my clothes. And they constantly chatter loudly in their own language. Not relaxing at all. And not worth the fast service or lower prices. My search continues :( Read Less

Excellent service, accommodating, won't let you leave until your happy with your service AND guaruntee their services for several weeks or they will fix it for free! Tried this nail salon for the first time and was terribly disappointed. The nail techs were incredibly rough with my hands/feet, and didn’t even fully take my nail polish off before painting shellac over it. Both women took their time and aimed to please us. They met our skepticism and uncertainty with friendliness and the desire to truly make us happy with the artwork. They stayed open late to give amazing quality to my holographic stiletto nails and help my friends painful callus. The result was beautiful and virtually flawless nails and a much healthier foot. If I could give it zero stars I would. I went in as a new customer thinking I'll try a full face thread considering I just moved here from out of state and haven't found anyone near me that threads. I walk in and they take me right away EXCEPT for the fact this lady Kim - was sitting in a pedi chair playing on her phone and her with her toes barefoot. I didn't know this lady was going to do my thread. She just said follow me and sat me in a chair infront of the whole salon. This should be a pretty private thing I mean I've never had a wax or face thread infront of an entire salon. So anyway, she sat me down without washing her hands she started going full throttle on my face and grabbing my head hair with the thread. I kept holding my hair back and once she got sick of me moving she tried throwing a child's head band on me. Ummm GROSS no!!!! How many people have used that head band? Finally I told her it would be easier if she had me lay down instead of sit up and she started arguing with me over it. So I kept my mouth shut. She stopped 5 min later and got up and walked to the back like should I follow you miss personality or what?
