I would give this place zero stars if I could. Got an acrylic fill and a nail broke literally 2 days later. I go in to fix it, and they charged me. Kind of annoying, but okay. The nail is horribly misshapen. It's uneven, the paint is streaky, it was a rushed, poor job. As I go to pay, the woman was extremely rude, and told me how much I need to tip her. I specifically ask her, are all my nails okay? Like do any seem like they are going to break? She does a quick look and says they're fine. Lo and behold, another nail breaks the next day. I go back (stupidly) to fix it. The girl who does my nails rushes though it. Doesn't wipe the acrylic dust off my nail prior to painting, and while this is happening, the other woman who did my last repair comes up and starts talking about me. She's staring straight at me, making it clear what she is doing. I go to pay for the second repair in a week, and I pull out my card. The girl says "you don't have cash?" I said no, I prefer to pay with card anyways. She stares at me, waves her hand and goes "forget it", then stomps out of the salon. I ask another woman to ring me up. I ask for the manager and she tells me "she's not here. Bye." I will literally never go back here, not to mention several other nails have chipped in the past two days since this happened. Read Less

loved it!! Service was great - I didn't have to wait at all. I don't remember the tech's name that I had but she was gentle & paid close attention to details. I got a gel French on my hands which stayed on for a couple weeks & plain color on my toes (I think I remember it coming out to around $45) and they both came out just like I wanted. Ridiculously priced! $45 for a pedicure with shellac. Didn't even bother telling us the price either till after when we had to ask when they went to swipe the card. We didn't even get a deluxe pedicure. Great mother, daughter day out till this. Who spends $90 for two pedicures not including tip?!? Never again! Gemma does THE perfect spray tan - I wouldn't go anywhere else. It lasts for days & days and looks great. The waxing & nails are spot on too. Always great, friendly service. I use to travel from Tampa to get pedicures here.  This last time was the ABSOLUTE WORSE experience.  They were in such a rush and was going back and forth from us to other clients. Definitely was not a relaxing, enjoyable time.  My daughter got up and walked out in the middle of her pedicure, if I didn't have lotion all over my legs, I would have walked out also. Love Pink and white nail salon! I had an appointment and when I went in they were very busy and a couple people were waiting, but they put me at the front of the line and I sat right away. FYI it's always better to call ahead. I had a shell ace manicure done by Haa and he is the best! I am a little picky about my shellac, if they don't do it right it doesn't last as long, but Haa did it perfect! I've been here many times now and it is my go-to nail salon! Highly recommend! I had my nails done a week ago and they were awesome! Unfortunately a few days later, my gel polish on acrylic nails ($35) chipped and then peeled completely off one nail. Since they were done only a week ago, I just wanted it touched up since I am not ready for a fill. I have come within 30 minutes of their posted closing hours and they have been closed for the 3rd attempt. I literally need one nail painted, it would take a matter of minutes. Today, they literally turned the sign off as I was walking up. They did a great job on my actual nails, but this is the first nail place that I have gone to that closes early (regularly) or isn't willing to stay over a few minutes in order to not turn away business. Update: 2/5/17- I was just turned away for the 5th time. I came at 4:15 (they close at 5) for a fill and was turned away again. I came at 6:10p on Monday (close at 7pm) and the doors were locked. It has now been 4 weeks since I've had a fill because they can't seem to stay open for their posted hours. I will not be returning any more because apparently they do not want my business. Read Less

This place does a great job! Hae and Lee are both awesome at creating nails that look natural and elegant. I've been to many nail salons in Southern California to Pinellas County, FL and this salon beats the rest. I've been going here for pedis, full sets, and tips for 2 years and I have NEVER had a bad experience & NEVER been accidentally cut. Hae is amazing at granting my requests for thinner, narrow, well shaped nails that look more like natural nails. At other nail shops, no matter howmany times I ask them to narrow down the tips and make my nails smooth and thinner, I always leave the other nail shops dissatisfied with bulky, chunky artificial looking nails. I went to do a $30 therapy pedicure. Which on my end was less than satisfactory. On the Pamphlet it describes this awesome and relaxing pedicure that relieves tension. However, Im not sure if she was in a rush or had an appointment scheduled but the technician seemed distracted. I did not even notice the scrub on my foot as she did it within two two seconds. I had their deluxe pedicure, which was only for $45 a few months ago. I was so impressed with all of the services that they included, and detail paid attention to. They use hot wax paraffin they used other products that are usually costly and I had a relaxing time. They took their time and didn't rush to get the next customer and their products were excellent. I went to this nail salon after reading the reviews on yelp.  Unfortunately, I found this place to be very disappointing.  I got an acrylic fill with a French manicure.  My nail polish started chipping the day after my appointment, and the acrylic started chipping 3 days later.  I will not be going back to this salon. Trish was awesome! She's the first person to do a pedicure for me in a long long time that actually understood how to do my toes. She told me what needed to happen to help with my ingrown toenails. Went on Christmas Eve. Had appointment. Salon was not busy. Very little selection for colors. Johnny was rude,  rough with my nails, acted like he was in a big hurry, told me he didn't like my color choices and that it wouldn't look good. I have my eyelashes done with steph and have been so so happy with the result! They last for ever and make my eyelashes look fuller but in a natural way. I've never been so comfortable going out without eye make up on! Fully recommend! Read Less

So I'm terribly neurotic about my nails. Like, obsessive neurotic. It's not q quality I like about myself but it's true and I'll admit it. I moved to Florida and left my favorite salon behind which left a huge hole in my beauty routine. After moving, I tried 4 other salons, horribly unimpressed by all... Then I decided to try this place.... And I've found my new nail home! My acrylics are perfect. They aren't too thick (biggest pet peeve) and the perfect length. Kathy did my nails. My toes are equally perfect. Other places cut them too short or shape then funny. David worked magic. I got the lavender upgrade. It won't be something I do all the time at $40 but definitely amazingly worth it. I have extremely ticklish feet and his pressure was perfect. And to top it all off, they do them at the same time.
