The man that did my nails totally ruined them he filed my natural nails so thin 4 broke within 2 days later. it wasn't cheap either at £24 just for nail varnish. I don't believe this man has a knowledge of doing nails and left mine awful. I wish I could upload the before and after pictures. I'm so very disappointed. Read Less

Have been going here for well over a year for mani/pedi and the staff does a super job. I just "walk in" when I have the time to spend for some pampering and am not planning to work in the yard where my nails take a beating. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and able to accommodate me with little wait time even when their salon is busy with patrons. Read Less

First time I wasn't very looked after the lady made me bleed and didn't even give me hand massage and the other ladies next to me did but my nails were good overall and the second time I was very looked after and had a different lady very nice and friendly and did my nails amazingly. I have been going to Hollywood Nails now for around 3-4 years and have always left with a stunning set of nails.. I recently had a change and went elsewhere as the price of gel polish on infills was getting a bit pricey, but after a few bad experiences elsewhere, I went back to Hollywood Nails and left feeling so much happier! The prices had also been lowered since last time, so I was over the moon! Tina made sure I was super happy with my nails as always, and was more than happy to have me back as a customer! Awful! I used to go here all the time and never had a problem but today oh my word, was just awful beyond belief! Would never ever go back, has got to be the worse set of acrylics I have ever had! Left with my fingers bleeding and wanting to cry after she had done my nails ! I even had to go to another nail shop that day to have them soaked of then a new set ! Read Less

Sorry for the long winded story but thought it was definitely worth the mention! - I didn't know Hollywood nails existed until I had a nail disaster somewhat over a week ago!.. I had my nails done in another nail salon (acrylic/shellac) in preparation for my wedding the following day and paid £60 for the privilege (I shan't name any names, although perhaps I should) but I didn't leave happy with perfect and beautiful pre-wedding nails as I had hoped!. Instead, I was in desper...ation in finding somewhere that could now rectify my disgusting and overpriced, horrendous looking "wedding" nails!. Not only was it a shoddy acrylic, they were thick, too long and uneven, the paint job was horrendous, and my cuticles cut, sore and bleeding!..Hollywood nails came highly recommended from a local beautician after scouring the streets in find of somewhere that could help me, and fast, and I set about getting there ASAP, and I'm so glad I did!.. They took me in (no appointment necessary - also bearing in mind this was over the Easter bank holiday weekend so everywhere was busy) and dealt with me so efficiently and needless to say very professionally!. They could clearly see my upset and desperation!..The guys and girls sat me down, looked over my horrendous nails and after only 20 minutes, having helped choose the right colour, and everything else that entailed - my nails were pre-wedding beautiful! (As they should have been in the first place)!. For that I Thank you guys very much!!
