I fell in LOVE with this place when they first opened and have sent MANY people here since. I come every month for an acrylic fill with gel and often come for pedicures with members of my family. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be returning. My last time going in, I was called after making my appointment to try to move it to a later time because of a conflict on their end. That is fine, I obliged and we moved the appointment. 10 minutes before leaving my house for my appointment, I received another call trying to move my appointment to the next day. I responded no, as I would not be available the next day. They then offered another technician to do my nails as the one I was booked with was no longer available because she was running behind. I agreed as this was the only day I could go in and my nails were long overdue. When I got there, they were not running on time and when I agreed to the glass of wine they offered, the front desk girl forgot until more than half way through my appointment so I reminded her(this happens frequently). I was encouraged to get an entirely new set of acrylic nails which was probably good as mine were old. My nail technician after listening in on a phone call with my best friend, proceeded to tell me that "I know you're married but you act like you're single" just because I still hangout with my girlfriends. Not that I owed her an explanation but I informed her that "I am very very very happily married" to which she responded, "I know you're happy but is HE?". When I got up to the front to pay, I was asked to pay full price. I am not the type of person to demand discounts or even write this long of a review on a facebook page BUT.... after what I experienced and being a regular customer who has sent MANY referrals, I felt as though they should have given me a discount or SOMETHING to compensate my negative experience. Mind you, I am comparing my experience to a nail salon I have gone to previously(the one I should have never left) to which they are constantly going above and beyond to keep their customers happy. I made a comment about the "rescheduling nonsense" to which the front desk girl giggled and ran my card for the full amount anyway. Although I have enjoyed the peaceful, spa like atmosphere, and usually like my nails, these things simply cannot make up for poor customer service and rude nail technicians. I will no longer be referring people to LuxeCares.

If you want to have a wonderful nail set with a nice conversation, LuxeCares is your place.
If you want to hear a lot foreign language and get no idea what technicians are talking about, LuxeCares is NOT your place.
This place won me over by the nice, lean and modern design with the professional manner that have dreamed about a nails spa should be. The color selection closed to endless and the pedicure chair massages my body like a private massages therapist. The price is a couple dollars higher than the surrounding shops; however, the decor, the soothing environment, the fresh air and the quality of product and services is worth 10 times more.

The reviews were so great I decided to make an appointment which was super easy through yelp, the manager responded quickly and fit me in for a next day appointment which was magical...omg magical. This salon is beautiful. I thought I walked into the wrong place at first! The receptionist is super friendly and takes good care of you. My Nail Technician did a great job and we had a nice conversation while he gave me a new full set. The nails turned out perfect and he was really easy to talk to about my wishes for my nails. After all that I was sure my full set was going to cost a lot more than I bargained for but nope, prices totally reasonable. She even gave me a 15% discount for using Yelp even though I had forgotten to ask. Top notch service, very classy and relaxing. I've already scheduled a fill, so happy I found such a gem of a salon so quickly . Thanks guys!

I called to see if I could get a pedicure appointment within the hour (it's a Thursday so I hoped they wouldn't be busy). First, they were very warm and pleasant on the phone (unlike many shops) and second, when I arrived they welcomed me. Then I was shown the nail polishes to choose from and taken to a very peaceful and calm place for the pedicure. All done with a smile! They even offered me water or coffee. All and all a very relaxing experience and most unlike most nail salons today. Their prices are comparable but maybe a few dollars higher, but hey, it's worth it!! And this would be a very special gift for a friend or loved one.

LuxeCares is by far the best salon in the area. Kelly is amazing! The atmosphere is relaxing, the place is extremely clean, no strong odor of the acrylic liquid. Another great thing is the pedicure chairs are separate from the nail stations. If you're looking for a great nail salon, go here! You will be happy that you did!

I went to this nail salon today for first time. Nice decor but unfortunately my pedicure experience was not worth the 50.00 dollars I paid (manicure and gel removal). The lady who did my nails was a bit rough on the feet. She hurt me a few times by filing down cuticle to the skin. Sometimes she filed the nail so fast that it actually burnt. At the end she put some liquid (believe it was acetone to take off extra polish) that literally burned. As you can see in picture my toe was damaged. I have throbbing pain now. You should not pay this price point and come out from a "relaxing" experience in pain. Don't recommend.

This by far the nicest nail salon around the Tampa / Clearwater area. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their business and truly care about the experience they provide. It's very relaxing. They take their time here to make sure your nails look great, unlike other places that just try to get as much turnover as possible. They also have an amazing color selection!

What a find! It's like a real spa when you walk in the door. Great atmosphere and concierge service. It's very zen like throughout and no yucky fumes like some places. When you arrive the front desk receptionist goes through your options to make sure you understand the pricing and what's included in the different levels of manicures and pedicures and other offerings. From there the back of house is just as sleek and clean. I had a fill with gel polish and I was super nervous being out of town and seeing someone new. But Jen did a terrific job and perfectly sculpted my nails. Even the express pedicure too is quite nice but if you have extra time, you should check out the other more fancy pedicures. I also requested the appointment on Sunday morning at 9 am and they responded right when they opened at 10 am through yelp to confirm an 11 am. We did not wait either to get service and our services were not rushed. It was a great experience and I would most certainly be back when I'm in the Clearwater area. I live in Winter Park near Orlando.

Great customer service and ambiance. I came in to get gel acrylics and a gel pedicure and both technicians did an amazing job. Nail tech listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy before she moved forward. Salon is very clean and everyone is nice. I do wish they had a no cell phone policy. I was getting my nails done and a girl sat right next to me and started talking on her cell phone, very rude and annoying. They also need to fix their speaker system. I was getting a pedicure and kept cutting in and out which is annoying to hear for an hour LOL

The atmosphere in this salon is fantastic. It is very clean and relaxing. I really love that part and is why I'm giving 3 stars. I get acrylic nails and have honestly never gotten the nails I want in the 6-7 times I've been. I just want short round natural looking nails. I've settled for Square the last couple of times because the nail techs seem to not want to make them round, it's so odd. I always get a new nail tech as there seems to be a LOT of turnover at this salon. It takes over an hour for an acrylic fill. It's really close to home and convenient which is why I keep hoping things will get better. I also get questioned several times on if I want gel polish. Sometimes I do want it but most of the time I don't because regular polish stays for the 2-3 weeks between fills. They try really hard to upsell gel polish because it's an extra $20 ($15 for gel, $5 to shave down the gel next time you're there). But, come on, you don't need to pressure me and tell me how much better it is and hand me the basket of gel to choose from. You'll lose a potential long time client like that. One time I was getting a fill and I said I wanted regular nail polish and picked the color. Then the tech said they had it in gel and I said no thanks. Then he started shaving down my gel and got trough 3 of my nails before leaving to do someone else's nails. The girl from the front desk told me someone else would come finish my nails. I was so confused. I really don't understand what happened. I went once for a fill, was talked into keeping the length instead of trimming and then 2 nails broke in the next 2 days. When the first nail broke I went back to have it fixed and got an attitude from the nail tech who told me I can't complain because I broke it. Only it was just the acrylic that cracked off, my real nail was still long underneath. And I wasn't complaining, I was just sitting quietly. And then she painted my new nail with a gloss top coat instead of matte and I had to go home and repaint them all myself. I could go on.. BUT I really do think if you go in to get tips, gel polish and a matching pedicure that you will be a valued customer and get fantastic treatment.

As a licensed nail tech, I'm super picky. I've been out of the business for a few years and wanted a full set of pink and whites. After I finished one hand, I wasn't happy so I made an appointment here to get mine soaked off and a new set done. I was impressed with the ambiance in this place as soon as I walked in. Everything is nice, relaxing, high end, and beautiful. The manager checked me in and immediately offered me a bottle of water. I was seen right away by Amy, who looked over the set I had on my one hand and started the soak off procedure - no prying up with a nail tip. The nail area is separate from the pedicures, which is very nice. Relaxing lighting and relaxing music playing, along with images of fish and other relaxing things on the tvs. Amy worked on my one hand while the other soaked, periodically stopping to file some of the soft acrylic off. She made sure to ask what type of pink I wanted (intense pink) and let me know they use CND as well (which is what I had on). She asked how I wanted the white instead of just lumping it on there and making deep white (I prefer the more natural look so I was very happy). She did a fantastic job - a full soak of one hand and a full set of pink and whites in an hour and a half which is perfect timing. She didn't use the drill as a crutch, she had really good brush work. Prior to licensing, I've had plenty of techs pack huge amounts of acrylic and then just use the drill to shape. She used the drill to refine, which is what you're supposed to do.They turned out amazing and she even finished with a small hand massage, which usually doesn't happen with an acrylic service. I will definitely be back. The prices are right on point for the level of service and the materials they use. I'll be back for a super relaxing pedicure next weekend!

Nice place on the inside, but I'm extremely unhappy with how my nails turned out.

I've been to a lot of different places and I always get coffin shaped acrylics and everywhere I go it seems like no one pays attention to details but this places it perfect. Kevin did my nails and but I'm so much time and effort to make sure this size and shape was absolutely perfect on each nail. I was so impressed. And the pedicure was amazing as well with much attention to detail as well. The place is gorgeous, very relaxing, so many color options to choose from, the customer service is outstanding and I couldn't be happier. 12/10 would recommend.

This is a great place to relax & rejuvenate because it so peaceful & relax. Another client said "it is like a high end night club"; I would like to put this facility like the high-end spa where soft music, professional services. We got the Deluxe SpaRitual Pedicures, it is an hour long to unwind in the pedicure lounge where we actually can be "free" due to the peaceful atmosphere, calming environment with fresh air constantly refresh. My girl friend was really happy with the choice. It was a soothing Sunday.

Don't let the strip mall plaza outer appearance of Luxecares fool you. This salon is truly "lux-urious". It's not your typical run of the mill nail salon. My mom and I were on a mission to enjoy a nice relaxing mani/pedi together. We didn't intend to come here at first, but found it by accident after eating breakfast next door. Since they offered a 30% grand opening discount, we couldn't say no.From the outside, it appeared closed, but indeed they were open, so we went in to check it out. The lobby is very dark, relaxing, modern and fresh. This is just the beginning of a 5-star rated environment. We were immediately greeted by the manager, who explained the services and informed us he had an availability to help us both right away. We were whisked away back to the pedicure area. This salon has such an amazing ambience! From the lighting, to the decor, to the music. It is peaceful and relaxing while still feeling very upscale. The pedicure chairs were comfy and we got to start soaking right away. They have an amazing selection of polish colors here. Including matching shellac-regular polish sets, for people like me who want shellac on hands and regular polish on feet. The tech who did my pedicure took her time and did a great job. Next we moved on to manis. This was the only area where I could see a slight need for improvement. The tech who did my mani accidentally clipped one of my cuticles, causing it to bleed and hurt for a few days. A bit more caution could be taken there. My mom said her mani polish was done a little sloppy. Still looked nice but not totally perfect. Overall we consider this to be one of the best salons in the area that we've been to. We'd definitely go back again for nail services and also want to check out the massages and facials at some point as well

I had a french manicure with gel polish, the girl did a marvelous job, they were shaped beautifully, the polish was not too thick (as some places have done). I thought this was going to be my new place. Unfortunately less than two days later the gel polish was lifting drastically! I really wanted this to be my "go to" nail salon because the young lady did such beautiful work, but whatever product they are using just did not stick to my nails.

This is place stands above the rest on all levels. From the soothing spa decor to the professional greeting at the door. Everyone is genuinely friendly and cares about your experience. The selections of drinks is a great touch. The rose I had was nice. The shiatsu pedicure chairs were soooo fabulous. It actually felt like a real massage. There was NO smell like regular nail salons. The owners are extremely professional and kind. This is the place to go for nails in Clearwater.

Luxecares is a great place to visit & spend time. Everything was smooth from the online messaging to the client consultation & pedicure. The facility is designed as a high-end spa (which Belleair did not have for a long time) where i can relax without any interference. It's clean, the polish choice is endless. The staff members speak English very well. The ASZ sterilization system was a plus & a necessary for the pedicure because it can sterilize the pedicure basin in the real time. A good place to spend time.

I fell in LOVE with this place when they first opened and have sent MANY people here since. I come every month for an acrylic fill with gel and often come for pedicures with members of my family. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be returning. My last time going in, I was called after making my appointment to try to move it to a later time because of a conflict on their end. That is fine, I obliged and we moved the appointment. 10 minutes before leaving my house for my appointment, I received another call trying to move my appointment to the next day. I responded no, as I would not be available the next day. They then offered another technician to do my nails as the one I was booked with was no longer available because she was running behind. I agreed as this was the only day I could go in and my nails were long overdue. When I got there, they were not running on time and when I agreed to the glass of wine they offered, the front desk girl forgot until more than half way through my appointment so I reminded her(this happens frequently). I was encouraged to get an entirely new set of acrylic nails which was probably good as mine were old. My nail technician after listening in on a phone call with my best friend, proceeded to tell me that "I know you're married but you act like you're single" just because I still hangout with my girlfriends. Not that I owed her an explanation but I informed her that "I am very very very happily married" to which she responded, "I know you're happy but is HE?". When I got up to the front to pay, I was asked to pay full price. I am not the type of person to demand discounts or even write this long of a review on a facebook page BUT.... after what I experienced and being a regular customer who has sent MANY referrals, I felt as though they should have given me a discount or SOMETHING to compensate my negative experience. Mind you, I am comparing my experience to a nail salon I have gone to previously(the one I should have never left) to which they are constantly going above and beyond to keep their customers happy. I made a comment about the "rescheduling nonsense" to which the front desk girl giggled and ran my card for the full amount anyway. Although I have enjoyed the peaceful, spa like atmosphere, and usually like my nails, these things simply cannot make up for poor customer service and rude nail technicians. I will no longer be referring people to LuxeCares.

This place won me over by the nice, lean and modern design with the professional manner that have dreamed about a nails spa should be. The color selection closed to endless and the pedicure chair massages my body like a private massages therapist. The price is a couple dollars higher than the surrounding shops; however, the decor, the soothing environment, the fresh air and the quality of product and services is worth 10 times more.

This salon is beautiful. I thought I walked into the wrong place at first! The receptionist is super friendly and takes good care of you. My Nail Technician did a great job and we had a nice conversation while he gave me a new full set. The nails turned out perfect and he was really easy to talk to about my wishes for my nails. After all that I was sure my full set was going to cost a lot more than I bargained for but nope, prices totally reasonable. She even gave me a 15% discount for using Yelp even though I had forgotten to ask. Top notch service, very classy and relaxing. I've already scheduled a fill, so happy I found such a gem of a salon so quickly . Thanks guys!

I called to see if I could get a pedicure appointment within the hour (it's a Thursday so I hoped they wouldn't be busy). First, they were very warm and pleasant on the phone (unlike many shops) and second, when I arrived they welcomed me. Then I was shown the nail polishes to choose from and taken to a very peaceful and calm place for the pedicure. All done with a smile! They even offered me water or coffee. All and all a very relaxing experience and most unlike most nail salons today. Their prices are comparable but maybe a few dollars higher, but hey, it's worth it!! And this would be a very special gift for a friend or loved one.

LuxeCares is by far the best salon in the area. Kelly is amazing! The atmosphere is relaxing, the place is extremely clean, no strong odor of the acrylic liquid. Another great thing is the pedicure chairs are separate from the nail stations. If you're looking for a great nail salon, go here! You will be happy that you did!

I went to this nail salon today for first time. Nice decor but unfortunately my pedicure experience was not worth the 50.00 dollars I paid (manicure and gel removal). The lady who did my nails was a bit rough on the feet. She hurt me a few times by filing down cuticle to the skin. Sometimes she filed the nail so fast that it actually burnt. At the end she put some liquid (believe it was acetone to take off extra polish) that literally burned. As you can see in picture my toe was damaged. I have throbbing pain now. You should not pay this price point and come out from a "relaxing" experience in pain. Don't recommend.

They take their time here to make sure your nails look great, unlike other places that just try to get as much turnover as possible. They also have an amazing color selection!

What a find! It's like a real spa when you walk in the door. Great atmosphere and concierge service. It's very zen like throughout and no yucky fumes like some places. When you arrive the front desk receptionist goes through your options to make sure you understand the pricing and what's included in the different levels of manicures and pedicures and other offerings. From there the back of house is just as sleek and clean. I had a fill with gel polish and I was super nervous being out of town and seeing someone new. But Jen did a terrific job and perfectly sculpted my nails. Even the express pedicure too is quite nice but if you have extra time, you should check out the other more fancy pedicures. I also requested the appointment on Sunday morning at 9 am and they responded right when they opened at 10 am through yelp to confirm an 11 am. We did not wait either to get service and our services were not rushed. It was a great experience and I would most certainly be back when I'm in the Clearwater area. I live in Winter Park near Orlando.

Great customer service and ambiance. I came in to get gel acrylics and a gel pedicure and both technicians did an amazing job. Nail tech listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy before she moved forward. Salon is very clean and everyone is nice. I do wish they had a no cell phone policy. I was getting my nails done and a girl sat right next to me and started talking on her cell phone, very rude and annoying. They also need to fix their speaker system. I was getting a pedicure and kept cutting in and out which is annoying to hear for an hour LOL

The atmosphere in this salon is fantastic. It is very clean and relaxing. I really love that part and is why I'm giving 3 stars. I get acrylic nails and have honestly never gotten the nails I want in the 6-7 times I've been. I just want short round natural looking nails. I've settled for Square the last couple of times because the nail techs seem to not want to make them round, it's so odd. I always get a new nail tech as there seems to be a LOT of turnover at this salon. It takes over an hour for an acrylic fill. It's really close to home and convenient which is why I keep hoping things will get better. I also get questioned several times on if I want gel polish. Sometimes I do want it but most of the time I don't because regular polish stays for the 2-3 weeks between fills. They try really hard to upsell gel polish because it's an extra $20 ($15 for gel, $5 to shave down the gel next time you're there). But, come on, you don't need to pressure me and tell me how much better it is and hand me the basket of gel to choose from. You'll lose a potential long time client like that. One time I was getting a fill and I said I wanted regular nail polish and picked the color. Then the tech said they had it in gel and I said no thanks. Then he started shaving down my gel and got trough 3 of my nails before leaving to do someone else's nails. The girl from the front desk told me someone else would come finish my nails. I was so confused. I really don't understand what happened. I went once for a fill, was talked into keeping the length instead of trimming and then 2 nails broke in the next 2 days. When the first nail broke I went back to have it fixed and got an attitude from the nail tech who told me I can't complain because I broke it. Only it was just the acrylic that cracked off, my real nail was still long underneath. And I wasn't complaining, I was just sitting quietly. And then she painted my new nail with a gloss top coat instead of matte and I had to go home and repaint them all myself. I could go on.. BUT I really do think if you go in to get tips, gel polish and a matching pedicure that you will be a valued customer and get fantastic treatment.

As a licensed nail tech, I'm super picky. I've been out of the business for a few years and wanted a full set of pink and whites. After I finished one hand, I wasn't happy so I made an appointment here to get mine soaked off and a new set done. I was impressed with the ambiance in this place as soon as I walked in. Everything is nice, relaxing, high end, and beautiful. The manager checked me in and immediately offered me a bottle of water. I was seen right away by Amy, who looked over the set I had on my one hand and started the soak off procedure - no prying up with a nail tip. The nail area is separate from the pedicures, which is very nice. Relaxing lighting and relaxing music playing, along with images of fish and other relaxing things on the tvs. Amy worked on my one hand while the other soaked, periodically stopping to file some of the soft acrylic off. She made sure to ask what type of pink I wanted (intense pink) and let me know they use CND as well (which is what I had on). She asked how I wanted the white instead of just lumping it on there and making deep white (I prefer the more natural look so I was very happy). She did a fantastic job - a full soak of one hand and a full set of pink and whites in an hour and a half which is perfect timing. She didn't use the drill as a crutch, she had really good brush work. Prior to licensing, I've had plenty of techs pack huge amounts of acrylic and then just use the drill to shape. She used the drill to refine, which is what you're supposed to do.They turned out amazing and she even finished with a small hand massage, which usually doesn't happen with an acrylic service. I will definitely be back. The prices are right on point for the level of service and the materials they use. I'll be back for a super relaxing pedicure next weekend!

My nail tech was awful, her hands shook while doing my nails and they had to call over another tech to finish doing my nails because they looked awful. Won't be returning here. Nice place on the inside, but I'm extremely unhappy with how my nails turned out.

I've been to a lot of different places and I always get coffin shaped acrylics and everywhere I go it seems like no one pays attention to details but this places it perfect. Kevin did my nails and but I'm so much time and effort to make sure this size and shape was absolutely perfect on each nail. I was so impressed. And the pedicure was amazing as well with much attention to detail as well. The place is gorgeous, very relaxing, so many color options to choose from, the customer service is outstanding and I couldn't be happier. 12/10 would recommend.

This is a great place to relax & rejuvenate because it so peaceful & relax. Another client said "it is like a high end night club"; I would like to put this facility like the high-end spa where soft music, professional services. We got the Deluxe SpaRitual Pedicures, it is an hour long to unwind in the pedicure lounge where we actually can be "free" due to the peaceful atmosphere, calming environment with fresh air constantly refresh. My girl friend was really happy with the choice. It was a soothing Sunday.

Don't let the strip mall plaza outer appearance of Luxecares fool you. This salon is truly "lux-urious". It's not your typical run of the mill nail salon. My mom and I were on a mission to enjoy a nice relaxing mani/pedi together. We didn't intend to come here at first, but found it by accident after eating breakfast next door. Since they offered a 30% grand opening discount, we couldn't say no.From the outside, it appeared closed, but indeed they were open, so we went in to check it out. The lobby is very dark, relaxing, modern and fresh. This is just the beginning of a 5-star rated environment. We were immediately greeted by the manager, who explained the services and informed us he had an availability to help us both right away. We were whisked away back to the pedicure area. This salon has such an amazing ambience! From the lighting, to the decor, to the music. It is peaceful and relaxing while still feeling very upscale. The pedicure chairs were comfy and we got to start soaking right away. They have an amazing selection of polish colors here. Including matching shellac-regular polish sets, for people like me who want shellac on hands and regular polish on feet. The tech who did my pedicure took her time and did a great job. Next we moved on to manis. This was the only area where I could see a slight need for improvement. The tech who did my mani accidentally clipped one of my cuticles, causing it to bleed and hurt for a few days. A bit more caution could be taken there. My mom said her mani polish was done a little sloppy. Still looked nice but not totally perfect. Overall we consider this to be one of the best salons in the area that we've been to. We'd definitely go back again for nail services and also want to check out the massages and facials at some point as well

I thought this was going to be my new place. Unfortunately less than two days later the gel polish was lifting drastically! I really wanted this to be my "go to" nail salon because the young lady did such beautiful work, but whatever product they are using just did not stick to my nails.

The selections of drinks is a great touch. The rose I had was nice. The shiatsu pedicure chairs were soooo fabulous. It actually felt like a real massage. There was NO smell like regular nail salons. The owners are extremely professional and kind. This is the place to go for nails in Clearwater.

Luxecares is a great place to visit & spend time. Everything was smooth from the online messaging to the client consultation & pedicure. The facility is designed as a high-end spa (which Belleair did not have for a long time) where i can relax without any interference. It's clean, the polish choice is endless. The staff members speak English very well. The ASZ sterilization system was a plus & a necessary for the pedicure because it can sterilize the pedicure basin in the real time. A good place to spend time.
