Hanna does my pedicure - I love how she shapes them!! This place is clean, I see them all cleaning after a pedicure. I get dip sometimes, sometimes I get a full set, sometimes I get pink and white. I do coffin nails which take time to shape. Always “yassss girl”. Ambiance is relaxing and quiet. A lot of places are loud but here I hear the soothing acoustical playing., I also bought a couple $$$ in gift certificates as a gift to my work besties to treat them here (this place is near my offices and nice for an early afternoon pedi). One of them went all out for the services and she told me they treated her well and offered her drinks and wine. That’s pleasing! Gift certificate well chosen! I went here Saturday for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. Very disappointed. I spent $93. For that kind of money they SHOULD have been flawless. They look like garbage! All are shaped different and the gel polish is not smooth. I attempted to have her reshape a few nails and she was making them worse. Pissed beyond belief. I would NOT recommend this place. Super expensive and I just had the dip done and it was the worst job ever. I had pointed out that a few nails didn’t look rt and she could care less. This was the owner!! I received a gift certificate and completely forgot about it until it had almost expired. I called to explain this and told them I wanted to make an appointment for 9am on Saturday morning. She never asked for my name, so I asked her if she needed it--she said, oh yes. I arrived at 9am the next morning (keep in mind the hours for Saturday start at 9am) and nobody was there--the door was locked. I stood there until 9:20 and nobody ever showed up. I love Lynn, Linda and the team here!  I drive over thirty minutes just to get my nails and pedicures done at Forum Nails!!!   Cleanest place I have ever been too, so many options from standard, acrylic, gel and dip.   The customer service is beyond 5 star as well, so accommodating and as someone who is big on customer service as an Director of HR, this is hands down the BEST place ever.And no, they are not paying me or giving me any free/discount services for this posting. I finally found my nail home _ Forum Nails & Spa. It was very relaxation! I have never been so disappointed with their services. My technician is so cute! Forum Nails & Spa is where I need to start my day with friend. Every experience that I had very wonderful. Easy online scheduling. I was surprised that the regular mani lasted about two weeks. All in all, it was a great experience.My boyfriend surprised me with a gift certificate at Forum Nails & Spa. I'm new to Clearwater and was looking for a nail place where I would receive great service. I found Forum Nails & Spa on the Google and after reading the reviews I decided to check it out. The salon is very clean chic and modern. They offered me a choice of beverages and was very nice. I had on tech working on my hands and the other on my feet. They both did a great job. I'm very happy with the results. They took their time and I did not feel rushed. The salon is beautiful and extremely clean. Truly a disappointment.  A friend and I went to get pedicures.  She went in first and got her nails done and I was next door getting some waxing done.  I entered, told them I needed a pedicure but that I could wait so we could get one together.  They were still finishing her nails.  I looked through a book that had $38 or $48 pedicure options.  They included a lot and were worth the price but I was just wanting a basic pedicure.  No long massage, paraffin wax, oils, gels, or hot stone.  My friend asked and they kept pushing the more expensive options. Saying "try this it's better".  Finally they said fine and sat us down.  The water was started and a technician started on my friend.  We waited for a while but no one came to work on me.  Two other people where doing other things in the salon.  Moving towels, one kept walking back and forth and talking to a third technician that had just finished someone else's manicure.  It felt very unprofessional and wrong how long they made us wait before starting.  I couldn't believe how they stood around talking before they started on me.  As soon as they finished my friend they started on me. They started a basic pedicure ame it took twice as long as my friends.  It almost felt like it was on purpose.  Have a little consistency.  A 26 min. Pedi and a 53 min. Pedi?  I have never had such a bad experience anywhere.  Neither of us will be back here.  Sad since it had great ambience.  (Except for the employees) Read Less

This nail salon is one of the best I've ever been to! The first time I visited it was closing time. Lynn and Jen stayed open and did a mani/pedi. The salon is clean --- perfectly clean. The staff is friendly and the longest I've probably waited is 5 minutes.I have had great experiences with the staff: when I've been in a rush, they've done myMani and pedi at the same time!Highly recommend this salon as the staff is the best, clean, comfy chairs and tons of color options! The atmosphere was very nice,  clean and everyone was pleasant except for my lady" louse".She pulled my seat forward so much it felt like I was in an airplane seat the entire time, very uncomfortable . The water was lukewarm though,  I could have said something. Louse never spoke to me other than to provide commands. Her service was really poor. One leg she exfoliated for a couple minutes and the other leg less than a minute. The massage was like someone just laying their hand on top of your calf and foot rubbing it up and down, never underneath. The service was really poor. She also called another employee over to look at my nails and make a comment, then the other technician hit her, laughed and walked away. When I was ready to pay, the manager? Came over and asked how the service was. I said the nails looked good but, the that was it. She pressed the issue seeming concerned. I then told her the service was not good. She told me next time that it would be better with another employee. I left thinking but, why did she not do anything about this time? Then my nails smudged. The polish I have used a million times was applied to thickly. I spent 40 dollars plus a 15 percent tip for poor service all for nothing. I would never suggest going here. Had been coming here for 3 -4 months and was pretty pleased with the service until today.  My mom and I were getting our pedicures done and they were getting ready to start mom's manicure when the manager asks my mom if she could wait for her mani so that she could pull the young lady to do someone else's pedi because they had an appt. . That was NOT our problem if they were short staffed. We were already there and in the middle of our services. They didn't even offer us water today either. If I were a new customer I would have been upset, but being an existing customer, I was outraged. Not happy with my shellac manicure . I stopped in because I was supposed to go next door to European wax , but they unexpectedly closed for TS . anyhow decided to get a black tip shellac manicure and the nail tech "Lauren " was kinda rude . She either didn't like her job , or she wasn't happy to be at work . She grabbed my hands , literally tugged at each finger as she worked on each nail . I really hate to go on here and give a bad review. I haven't done it before but this place is so unorganized. Beautiful salon and the people are nice but they sat me and my husband down and left us for about 30 minutes before starting our pedicures. Mind you, I had my nails done first (AND had an appointment). This seems to be the practice here. 2 ladies got up and left after sitting for 45 minutes soaking in the water waiting their turn. They put people in the pedicure chairs and go take a walk-in for nails first. Ridiculous. 3 hours for a rebase and a pedicure was a waste of my time. My niece is STILL in her 11:00 appointment just to have her nails dipped. The gal did a horrible job with a simple starfish design and then smudged it. So my niece is waiting to have it redone. I have been having the sns (powder dip) mani for nearly 6 months and my natural nails were healthy and beautiful.  I moved quite a distance from my regular place and was having difficulty finding somewhere that did this.  After a total disaster with another nail salon - she ruined my natural nail and let me walk out a mess I found Forum.  Hesitantly I went in and found Tammy.  First of all the place is beautiful and so very clean and the staff very welcoming.  Tammy was able to do some damage control to the mess that had been made and gave me a beautiful mani dip.  Pricing was right in line with what I had been paying and I enjoyed the conversation during the whole process.  Forum has a new customer and I have shared their brochure with everyone at work.  Thank you Read Less

A new nail spa, they've only been open since just after Thanksgiving.Inside, they're very chic. Very relaxing, and comfortable. Warm tones of orange, brown and stone, it looks upscale and high end. My reason for going there was to get my nails done for the Yelpies. Seems that Gel likes to peel off of me within a few days.They asked if I wanted a powder manicure, I had no idea what they meant.. So, sure why not. I'd try it.  Well, I was in for an experience. First step was to remove the old polish, then to file and dremel down my nails, then came the application process. I'll save the details, but it really is a powder. A glitter really well.. several times this is done. It's very interesting and involved. In the end, it seems to be a more involved process than a normal paint manicure, but, my nails have never been shinier and it's been a few days, and there's no hint of chipping. I cheated on my usual nail salon and instead came to Forum Nails, as I was tempted by the 20% off Grand Opening Sale sign out front. This salon is located in the Kohl's plaza just north of Countryside Mall.My mom and I came in for a mani/pedi in the middle of the week on a quiet afternoon, so there was no wait. Our original intention was to get the "usual" - a shellac mani and a pedicure. However, the manager of the salon kept telling us repeatedly about a new and "healthier" alternative to shellac called dipping. It's basically where you dip your nails in powder (similar to acrylic) and the powder is colored so there is no need for polish. There's also no need to sit under a lamp or dryer, as it dries immediately. I was initially hesitant, but after the nail tech basically pestering us into trying it, we decided to give it a go. I must say, I'm glad I tried out the dipping manicure. It's much more durable than shellac and so far is lasting way longer. Yes, it was about $5 more, but worth it in my opinion. It took about 45 minutes for that, then we headed for the beloved pedicure chair next. I usually just get a basic pedicure at my other salon, but they had at least 10 different kinds of upgraded options here. It had been a while since we had the chance to go to the salon, so we decided to splurge. We both got the thai pedicure. Let me say, this was the most relaxing pedi I've ever had in my LIFE. It included hot stone massage on the legs, paraffin wax dip, extra long lotion and oil massage on the legs and feet AND the nail tech took some extra time to fix some issues I was having with my toes. She offered to fix them without me even asking and I really appreciated her taking the extra initiative.The environment in the salon is definitely a step up from the typical mall nail salon. It was well decorated, classy and a very relaxing atmosphere. The techs spoke English well and were very easy to communicate with. This salons prices are a bit higher than average, but the experience and quality is better, so it was worth it in my opinion. I can definitely see myself returning here in the future. Read Less
