My toes are already crooked enough, they didn't need to make them look worse by making my nails jagged and uneven. Then, they missed about half my fingernail with shellac, and they cut them so short, it hurt when they were filed. I will never go back here again. Read Less

I had a very relaxing mani pedi and enjoyed the massage chair.  The man who took care of me made sure I was happy each step of the way and went out of his way to find the right color off white to use for my American "French" manicure. I don't like the harsh contrast a traditional French has and so I've enjoyed the American look. A bit more natural & more me. I'm definitely going back. I went in 30 mins before closing. The young lady who did my pedi was nice and did a good job, but the older lady who did my mani was a bit rude only because she spoke in her native language the entire time to the other lady, which made me feel like I was being talked about. Went in for a mani/pedi with my girlfriends yesterday. We called the day before and made an appointment for 4 people. When we arrived, only 3 people were available to do our nails. The polish on my toes looks nice, but less than 12 hours later and my heels are still rough. It seems like they rushed through my pedicure because I was the last to go and the rest of my girlfriends were well into their manicures before my toes were even started l.When my toes were done and it came time for my manicure (which one of my girlfriends was already done and drying), they clipped off my entire nail even though I had asked just for the longer ones to be clipped. He also rounded the nails completely even though I had asked for square with rounded corners. He tried to fix it, but because he already clipped off most of the length they just kept getting shorter and shorter. I ended up leaving without polish on my nails because all of my friends were already done and waiting, and because I was so upset about how my finger nails had been handled. Clearwater Beach Nails and Spa is a wonderful nail salon located on Gulfview Blvd. in the strip mall opposite the foot of Sand Key Bridge on the Clearwater Beach side. The salon is very clean and the owner and his employees are very nice and friendly. When you walk into the salon and tell them which service/s you want and hear, "Pick a color", the standard response in all salons, you're not rushed as is the case in other establishments. If you're unsure about the color, employees will help you decide, offering expert advice on wear and longevity. I go there for pedicures and occasionally for a mani-pedi. Their pedicures last for at least 4 weeks, sometimes longer if your nails grow slowly. I've also never had the polish come off or chip in between pedicures. I love the massage chairs, leg and foot massage and the painstaking attention given to my feet. You've heard the term "happy feet"? Well, that's how my feet feel when I leave the salon! Read Less

The worst manicure for my 20 years experience! I did shillac manicure, and a woman, she is the owner,put each layer 3 times, included the lamp-three times each layer and when I asked her to apply as it should be by technology, she began simply exasperated yell at me (!!)As a result,the entire nail cringed and polish went in waves! As a result, instead of herself,she landed another manicurist, who offered to remake manicure.Still continuing rudely shouting,she said that I would never not come to her again,that I am too beautiful(!!) for this place and better for me to find a place where the proper manicure provided. This nail salon is amazing for the friendliness, professionalism, and value. My wife and I decided to get pedicures for while on our honeymoon. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous, which goes a long way with us. They treated us like we were regulars, which a few entered while we were there and the staff knew them on a first name basis. Probably the best nail salon I've ever been to! I was a little hesitant at first because the look of the salon didn't match the ratings so I thought I was at the wrong place. But never judge a book by it's cover!! My acrylic fill in came out amazing and the guy knew exactly what I wanted. I had the most wonderful, relaxing, professional, lovely pedicure from Sandy at Clearwater Beach Nails & Spa! I hadn't had a pedicure in a few years and my feet were in terrible shape--especially my heels. (You know what I mean!) Sandy soaked my feet for a looooooong time and then worked tirelessly on each until my skin was soft and smooth. I also got a long and luscious massage on my lower legs and feet, all the while sitting in a vibrating massage chair. I finished off with blood red polish and I can't stop looking at my feet!The shop is clean and bright, and I noticed that the other customers all seemed to be in a good, happy mood. It made for a lovely visit. I only suggest a radio/CD player for some soothing music, and some sweet smells (lavender maybe?) to make the spa experience complete.The little shopping/restaurant village the shop is located in is picturesque. I came here when I was on vacation in Clearwater Beach for an acrylic fill in. I also wanted to go from my square-shaped acrylics to oval ones.  I was helped right away (I went in around 3 on a Saturday and I think everyone else was at the beach still) and the man who did my nails was super friendly. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he went about filing them by hand into perfect ovals. He made sure they looked the way I wanted, did the fill, and then made sure I liked each one when he did the final file. I think the ovals are probably easy to mess up and I was so happy he took so much time to be careful and make sure that they all looked even and symmetrical and the way I wanted. I have been getting my nails done regularly for YEARS and I have never had anyone pay that much attention to detail (even though I think everyone should ).The cherry on top was the great prices. I think the fill with regular polish  was only $17 before a tip. I can't recommend this place enough! I wish I lived in Clearwater Beach so I could go there all the time! Read Less

Fabulous! My daughter, my MIL and I walked in, seated right away, and taken care of. My MIL received a wonderful pedicure, I had gel and my teenage daughter, acrylic. We are all so happy with the customer service, and professional job that they do here. When we are in Clearwater next year, I'm totally waiting to have my before vacation mani/pedi done here!!
