By far my favorite nail salon!  I've been coming here for at least 5 years now and continue to come even after moving to the opposite side of town.The staff are all amazing and experts at their profession.  My pedicures and manicures last the longest (pedicures at least 4-6 weeks, gel manicures a guaranteed 2 weeks).  I usually get the regular pedicure which is pretty much everything you would need or want for $25.  For $10 more you can get a deluxe which is a little more intensive treatment for removing calluses, scrubs, aromatherapy and wine.  There are a couple other options as well for nails (see menu pics).  Try the callus removal for an additional $5. The spa chairs are great with the newer ones in the back towards the restrooms which "cup" you for closer massaging.For manicures, you can't go wrong with the gel or new dip powder.  Those are $35-$45.  They always have the newest colors and OPI collections to choose from!The salon also offers special services for waxing, threading, and hair removal alternatives.  They will let you try the threading for free or discounted the first time.  They offer special deals from time to time so don't be afraid to ask.The weekends especially Saturdays get really busy so book an appt if you don't want to wait.  Otherwise you should be ok unless you come towards closing time.  I like the extended hours, cleanliness, friendliness, affordability, and quality of Lee Nail Salon.  The staff really gets to know you and they have been here for years so you know they are happy here and love what they do.  Don't go anywhere else! I've been to a lot of nail salons and this one is the best by far! Anna is amazing! She is very friendly, professional and talented. You can tell she takes pride in her work and has customized her business based on her experience and knowledge. She goes above and beyond to be sanitary which is not something you see all the time. Her designs are done by hand and amaze me every time. Anna is the best and I can't imagine going to anyone else. One tip for new customers...make sure to book her in advance since she's very popular! I went in to get a brow wax and fill.  Despite the wait, which I excepted with it being a holiday weekend, everything was going fine. I don't like having long nails and have acrylics so that I don't bite my nails. She told me long nails were pretty and would not let me cut them short. She then proceeded to file my nails down crooked. When I corrected her she said she understood and proceeded to make the situation worse. When I corrected her again she got upset and still did not see her error. I got up to wash my hands and she talked to the girl next to her in another language. I assume it was about me since I got up to wash my hands. When I came back she filed my nail about and proceeded to not see that the nail was square and all the others round. When I asked for the nail to "match the others" she handed me the file and told me to do it myself. If I wanted to do my nails myself I would. She then got frustrated with me and started to laugh at me. I asked to leave because I felt uncomfortable. As someone who is in the service industry, it is NEVER polite to laugh at someone who is paying you to provide a service. I've been to many nail salons in the Orlando area and I will not be back to this one. I will also never recommend them.  There are FAR better establishments in Orlando that will give you better service and actually listen to you. Read Less

I stopped by here for a wax. They were able to take me immediately and the price was on par with other salons in Orlando. I only rate this 3 stars because the place I went to in The Loop waxed my hair out based on the way it grew, where as here they just waxed it off regardless. I put 4 out of 5 stars because I love most things about this establishment. Both times I have gone they have been walk-ins. Christmas week I went in and had a gel manicure and eye brows done. The woman who I had (I forget her name) was very efficient but my gel manicure did not last as long as they have from other locations in the area. Yesterday I went back and was able to get an eye brow wax from Nina. She complemented me on my brows and helped clean them up. I loved the shaping she was able to create and I was in and out in under 15 minutes even though I was a walk-in. It is a great little place with very friendly staff members. Read Less

Huge scam!!! If you get a gel fill, they charge $22. After they are finished, they ask if you want a gel top coat, for an ADDITIONAL $25. If you say no, they put a regular top coat on top of the gel which doesn't work. It is rough and sticky. I have never heard of any nail salon not including the gel top coat let alone charging an additional $25. They did that to me and then to my daughter a few days later. They are close to Disney so they take advantage of all the tourists, regular customers are irrelevant. There are three more salons less than a mile down the 192. SKIP THIS ONE. Read Less

Was really hoping to love this place.  It's in a convenient area near lots of shopping and has great hours.  Unfortunately my experience wasn't good at all.  I walked in around 11:00am on a Monday and the place seemed fairly busy.  As I did not have an appointment I knew I would probably have to wait a bit.  I was greeted by the nearest person who was working on a manicure. She told me the wait would be just a few minutes. Another couple ladies walked in.  They were each told the wait was a few minutes.  We gathered closely in the tiny seating area and waited.  And waited.  And waited. It almost became a joke that anyone who walked in was told a couple minutes when clearly it would be longer.  Suddenly a woman who told me her name was Tracey left a client she was working on and approached me.  I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed. She took me to a dimly lit room in the back. She was done very quickly and showed me a mirror that also appeared dirty.  I felt rushed as she quickly ushered me out of the room, back to the front, and back to her client after I paid. I left, noticing the same women still waiting, and got into my car.  That's when the sunlight revealed a minimal difference in the appearance of my brows.  It was as if nothing had been done but a few hairs plucked. I will not bother going back to donate any money for the lack of service I received. I wondered why there weren't many reviews for this particular business and now I understand.  Buyer beware. For my new job, I couldn't have the stiletto nails I'd grown to love. Tracy did a great job with my nail trim and refill. I am not a fan of short nails but she made mine look wonderful. I went thirty minutes before the shop was about to close and she took her time and even fixed one nail that I'd messed up when digging for my keys. I must say I am a fan of this place but it doesn't get 5 stars. I went on a Sunday afternoon around 1:45/2:00 as a walk in and was taken within 10 minutes. The salon was nicely decorated, two tvs, plenty of magazines and the nail stations were clean and well kept. Cammy did my nails and was quite nice made convo and worked quickly. I like how my nails came out but they weren't perfect. The lines aren't even in some places but not noticeable is you're not picky about your nails. I got a gel French manicure and was done in about 20/25 minutes.  paid $35. Wouldn't mind going again but not my absolute top choice of salons in the area. Read Less

I would give this place 0 stars if it would let me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I went here for a few months it's close to home and I had gotten Tina a few times she was good and very nice. The last time I got someone else didn't catch her name. Wasn't crazy about my nails (I get gel manicures) but figured in the future I'd be sure to call ahead for Tina. Within 5 days they were chipping. I was  busy at work so it was exactly one week I went back and told them. When it was my turn they tried to tell me that it would be a regular gel manicure bc and I quote "gel manicures only last about a week" after arguing my point the lady started talking about me to her client (rude I'm right here even if you think I'm wrong fix my nail and I'll be back again) they said they could go 1/2 off a polish change (which would have been about $7). Whatever just fix them please. The lady who did them was nice they looked fine go to pay hand her my card she gives me the form to sign she charged me $15. NOT OKAY.  I asked to talk to the owner "he's not here he'll be in tomorrow."  I went back the next day he wasn't the same lady was Rude and ignored me wouldn't tell me when he was going to be in wouldn't tell me how I could contact him. I would never come back here.  I used to drive one hour each way when I lived in PA to my old salon because of the great customer service.  You could not pay me to return here.  The person who did my nails did a terrible job and spoke poorly about the person I went to for five years before I moved to Florida.  She cut me twice, which concerns me because they don't clean their drill tips between customers. I've come here several times last fall... Thought the service was great, all the techs were warm and friendly... It's been a year since I've been in the area and have a business trip to prepare for this week so I thought hey it would be nice to pay Lee Nail Spa another visit for a regular manicure... Stepped in and recognized most of the ladies working there and asked for a regular manicure. Immediately I received the poorest of all attitudes simply because I was only trying to communicate with one of the ladies working there. After telling me to pick out a color, she sat me down and started filing away at my nails without looking at me so I politely asked her if she could file my nails in a squared fashion, not rounded. She gave me yet another attitude so I stopped everything right there to try and get to the bottom of what was happening right there and told her I was only trying to communicate what I would like to see out of my manicure, that I am spending my hard-earned money on by the way, and that was what I received? Before I knew it, she turned me over to another women to do my nails. This was one of the most unpleasant, most uncomfortable experiences I have ever had to face... Really disappointing too to see how they treat their loyal (and paying) customers. I am sorry if they were having a bad day but honestly? Leave your problems at home and start treating your customers the way we deserve to be treated... With respect and understanding. Yes, I'm a guy and I got my nails done.. So what :)So this was my second time ever getting my nails done...  I went in with my wife while she got her manicure and was asked if I wanted a manicure too.  I said, sure why not.  The staff is very friendly and were joking around with me.  I was surprised how non painful and relaxing it was to get a manicure.  They have lots of TV's to watch, or you cant chat with your nail tech or play with your phone...My nails look great..and will stay that way as long as I don't bite them!The kicker is I actually got a pedicure too.  Yes, don't judge.  I was there, had the time..so why not.  Let me tell you..It was freaking awesome.  I loved getting my feet and legs massaged and they now look like a million bucks!  The chairs you sit in also give you a pretty kick ass massage.The cost for a mani and deluxe pedi was only $45.  I am guess that is fare.  Definitely worth it for me.  My nail person was Hana..I will be sure to make an appointment with her if I ever decide to do this again. Was looking for a place to get a pedi while in town after one place telling me the wait would be 30 mins I walked out and found this place by chance. Was greeted and sat right away. I mostly always get French pedis and am very particular (I like a thin white line that looks more natural over thick strip that takes up half the nail and light pink color instead of clear polish) every place I go to I have to tell the nail tech I like a thin line and after a few tries they finally get it right... That was NOT the case here. Gracie did my nails and did a thin line without me having to say anything at all on my first time there!  She took her time. Got a mani and pedi here. The nail tech cut me during the manicure getting blood on the nail file. It obviously pained him to have to throw away the nail file (even though it had blood on it). That freaked me out so much I refuse to return. Read Less

The service here was ok. The nail tech that took care of us did a great job. My only issue was the process of making an appointment. When we called the man who answered the phone told us to come at 1pm then 1:30pm. We ended up making an appointment for 1pm but showed up around 12:30pm just in case there was an opening. Luckily because by 1pm all seats were full and another lady who had an appointment at 1:30pm showed up and was told that it would be an hour wait!! Really? I would have been so upset. The lady left without being served. I like to give constructive criticism so that being said I think that this spa could really benefit from hiring a receptionist to answer the phone and control appointments and walk ins properly Read Less
