I have been coming to Ocean Nails for 4 years now and I have to say I respectfully disagree with the negative reviews posted on this site. Lisa and her staff have always been professional and look to ensure all customers leave satisfied.  Over the years there have been opportunities where either myself or daughter have messed up or broken a nail and Lisa took care of it right away.I encourage anyone to give Lisa and her staff a try... I went here this past weekend to get a manicure. When I walked in it seemed like the typical Asian run nail salon. We were promptly greeted with a nice smile and asked what services we would be getting. I had gel done previously at another salon so they started by soaking off the old gel color. I'm not sure why but it seemed like my lady was in a rush. She left the foil and acetone on for about 2 minutes then proceeded to take them off and just file away at the nail polish instead of allowing it to detach from the nail itself. I've had gel multiple times and I've never felt like my nails have been ruined like this time. Then I soaked my hands in the given water bowl for all of 30 seconds before the lady started jamming my cuticles back. It was quite painful. After filing my nails I noticed some areas that were uneven or had tags and pointed them out and the lady seemed annoyed. Like hello I'm paying you to do the job right so don't give me attitude... anyways the lady went on painting my nails and I got lost in conversation with my mom. I didn't see my nails really till they were "done" but the lady legit painted over my cuticle on multiple nails and the edges look uneven and the paint doesn't even cover the whole nail. I didn't want to seem rude to the lady or to my mom since she was the one who took me and said she loves the place but I was pretty unimpressed to say the least. When I get my nails done next time I'd rather pay and take my mom to a place that pays attention to the details. I would not go back unless I didn't have another option and I'd for sure watch every coat painted to ensure proper polish placement. This location is closed. There is a sign suggesting you go to the other location across S.R. 436 (right across the street) which I did. I waited for about 25 to 30 minutes to be attended and it was actually my first time getting a full set in well over 8 years as I'd had a bad experience with Salons in the past. I wanted to love this place, but sadly I don't. I went at around 4:45 PM and I felt like the job was rushed. I even brought to the lady's attention that there was a huge gap between my natural nail and the fake nail and instead of redoing it, she just added glue. :-( I was not pleased or impressed with the service. I've walked in on three different occasions and never been seen. There's always one lady with one customer, and the salon was Empty. No other time or appointment is offered for you to come back. Customer service is quite poor. It's a shame because it's a quaint little spot which could do well if it had more employees. Read Less

I just got my nails done here and I love love love them! I had a wonderful experience here and I will definitely be coming back. Everyone was warm and friendly to me and there was great conversation the entire time I was there. I can't wait to go back! Read Less

Very happy with Lisa Nails.  Pedicure chairs are amazing. You just close your eyes and relax. Very clean.I also had my nails done and very happy with it. The price was great. I will be back. I went with a friend and she too said this was one of the better places she has been.My nail tech was LeAnn I liked her alot however all the ladies were very nice! Read Less

Lisa Nails is in my circuit of 3 nail salons and I'm a bi-monthly pedicureaholic! LOL I've been a client since 2005 and Leann has done my pedicures & manicures since 2008. I keep coming back for 3 reasons: quality of service, stability of staff & top of the line massage chairs (literally put me to sleep). Plus the accountant in me appreciates a full pedicure for $20!! If you need status or glam, sure, go elsewhere. Lisa Nails has consistently been a good experience in a pleasant & clean environment (never had a fungus issue!) and where conversation with any of the technicians is enjoyable. Read Less

I liked going to this nail salon because it was close to home and I liked the massage chairs.  I typically got a decent relaxing pedicure. BUT the last few times I went  the woman sliced the bottom of my feet, I could barely walk and even though she used OPI it chipped the next day.I was also there for an 1 hour and 45 min because she kept getting distracted by walk-ins, the phone and shiny objects. They have another location across the street.  A little bit better and cleaner but I wasn't pleased with my pedicure there either. I referred friends there and they are mad at me. Read Less
