Rude, rushed, impatient, and SLOPPY. Where to even begin, I went in for a pedi/ gel set. As I was getting my pedicure this larger older woman walked in, I could hear and see the workers laughing. The young guy who attended her treated her extremely rude -it made ME cringe as I sat next to her. He complained about her nonstop. I could tell the woman felt uncomfortable as she told him she was diabetic, You would think he would be more compassionate but he only got worse. Next was my gel set the lady went on to cut my cuticles and When I noticed the acrylic nails weren't being glued on I questioned where they were. She told me that I had said that I wanted a manicure made a big scene due to her misunderstanding. To make matters worse she didn’t even want to work on me and traded me for another customer and made me go with another nail technician. As if that wasn’t terrible enough the other nail technician shaped my nails crooked and blamed me for having “crooked fingers” ( i’ve never had this issue before, or heard such a lame excuse). The entire time I could tell they were complaining as they looked at me and spoke in their native tongue. After leaving I had to go get my nails fixed at another salon. Went in to get a fill (didn't have anyone there to do pink and white which is all I usually get) and ended up getting gel on top of my acrylics with a simple glitter design. The lady was in a rush because she was running behind for her following appointment so she didn't do what I asked for and I ended up hating the design. The VERY NEXT DAY my gel started to chip and peel. They are very overpriced for both acrylics and pedicures. My pedicure was very short and she applied no pressure when massaging and didn't even use any sugar scrub like they usually do. DON‘T GO THERE! Never saw something terrible as this. Did acrylic nails and every nail has different shape and lenght. They didn‘t check if they all have the right lenght or shape. And the work it self is really bad. My nails just lock ugly! Read Less

I have been treated with nothing but respect since I've had my nails done. I have been to several nail salons in my area with terrible results. But, since I've found this lovely hide away I am completely satisfied. I read some of the reviews and there were complaints of cleanliness...really? These are obviously people who enjoy putting good businesses down just to make themselves feel better. Read Less

I came here for a pedicure.As a new customer, I didn't feel welcome.  I was mostly ignored and was only spoken to as necessary.   In contrast, their "regulars" were welcomed warmly by the entire staff and often hugged by their nail tech.  I wasn't looking for a hug but, like I said before, I didn't feel welcome.The biggest issue I had was that my left big toe had a HUGE polish chip after only three days.  It was almost the size of a quarter.  I ended up going to another establishment that day for a re-polish. I like the ladies here but had a really bad experience with the man who runs the place. My usual girl wasn't in so I saw him. Not only was he rough and now my cuticles are sore on several nails,  he actually raised his voice to me impatiently when I didn't hear him the first time he spoke to me because I was reading my magazine! I told him his tone was unacceptable and he was nicer after that but it was a very uncomfortable situation. I see in another review that he was gruff with another customer. I hate to leave a bad review but I took my daughter for a treat to each get gel manicures.  I did not wear my glasses and didn't see what a really terrible job they had done till I got home.  The polish was not put on up to my cuticles and was uneven, to boot.  It looked like I had a week of growth.  The guy (Danny?) that did my daughter's nails was very gruff with her, barking commands and getting frustrated with her because she could not understand him.  Her nails turned out better except the ring fingers that she wanted a little design on.  They were smeared and looked awful.  Generally, gel manicures last a good 3 weeks on me but mine started peeling after 12 days.  My daughter's started peeling after 10 or 11 days.  Also, Danny tried to overcharge us when we left, which I caught and had to explain to him twice before he agreed he was not doing his math, with a calculator, correctly.  Sorry, we won't be back. I have gone to Xpo Nails for several years. I request Paul but all of the nail techs are excellent. I have been getting gel nails for some time and periodically take a break from the gel and my own nails are still strong. It's in the removal technique that Paul uses that does not damage my own nails. Clean, efficient place. The owners are always there and the staff is friendly. Read Less

I have been a regular customer of Xpo Nail & Spa for several years.  I switch between a regular manicure and gel nails.  I call ahead for an appointment with Paul.  The technique he uses to remove the gel does not harm my nails.  I have gone to other nail salons and the gel removal damages my nails.  Not at Xpo Nails.  It's clean, relaxing with massage chairs, and the staff is exceptional. Very friendly, great service, quality nail service, and very reasonably priced.  I'm from New England and have been searching for a decent nail salon that's close by to where I live.  I think I have finally found it!  I'll be back for a pedicure soon, for sure. Read Less
