I recently visited Top nails. Cindy gave me a pedicure and I really enjoyed it. she helped me to feel relaxed and pampered and I enjoyed my pedicure! she did a great job!I thought I had a good pedicures before, but this one was outstanding! she also asked me how I would like my legs massaged. I have gone three times and the only time I got some decent set of nails was my 1st visit. Went yesterday waited an hour and a half and Left with the worst nails ever in my life. LISA refused to lesson to me when I explained what I need and refused to fix my nails because she was to busy. Never again will I go there. Read Less

This is our first and last trip to this salon.  During our visit we received pedi's along with fills.  This took 3 hours which we received minimal service while they juggled between customers.  Then to top it off a woman came in demanding service and calling someone other woman in the salon names, this continued for 45 mintues.  Both women were calling each other white trash, etc..  Really did not feel safe, and least of all relaxed.  After receiving a $15.00 discount for the both of us, it was so not worth it.  Our nails were just not what we were accustomed to, higher quality. After I read all the reviews we decided to go with top nails.  Totally disappointed.  I Sat with feet in water for 30 mins before anyone started pedicure.  My sister had her pedicure start immediately and then when he was done with the massage he walked away and had a smoke and soda, left her sitting with her feet in Cold water.  They were busy and other people were waiting just as along.  We asked if they could do both mani and pedi at same time nd they said yes.  After 45 mins pedis still aren't done.  Pedi is Marginal at best.  They should say its going to be a wait.  Don't waste your valuable time coming here. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Went here with my mother for some mother/daughter bonding and pampering. I got a full set while my mother got a pedicure(we weren't in the mood for the same things that night) The staff was AMAZING, very polite, funny, relaxing all at the same time, while still doing excellent work. The place is CLEAN the pedicure bowls are lined, tools are sanitized, the chairs are all in great condition and working just right for the automated massage. Now about the treatments. My mother is one PICKY person with HIGH standards for a pedicure. This was THE BEST she has gotten in her life (I'm not disclosing her age cause it'd mean the end MY life) Misty was WONDERFUL, got her feet silky smooth, a hot stone massage on her feet and calves, followed by a hot towel wrap. My mother in HEAVEN! Lisa did my full set, I like nails SHORT and oval. Lisa did wonderful, she didn't go deep on my nails, no cuts, no burns, and managed to get nails the length I like and oval AND have them look good; which most people can't seem to accomplish. I too got a nice hand massage complete with a hot towel wrap as part of my full set, speaking as a massage therapist I can say: LISA'S GOT SKILLS!Now, the part that was quite nifty, both the full set and pedicure started and ended AT THE SAME TIME! Nobody was stuck waiting around for the other. The truly astounding part: BOTH services PLUS tips for each, was less than just the cost of a spa pedicure at lesser locations!!! This is a very clean, nice place. The chairs are new and everything seems very clean and well put together. My major complaint is that during my pedicure the woman cut the inside edge of my big toes. All week the insides of my big toes hurt and now my right toe has a bruise and pus coming out of it! Wouldn't go back just because who likes wAlking around with their toes hurting? Read Less

Update:Still extremely happy that I switched to Too Nails. Price is always consistent and everyone is so friendly. Nicole does some amazing, fun and new nail art. A year later and I'm still as happy as I was on my first visit.Switched to here after my regular nail tech left Nail Art & Company and couldn't be happier. Lisa is amazing! I bring her pics from Pinterest and I'm never disappointed. My nails don't lift and I can go extra time between fills if necessary because of how good they are. I have been going here for close to two years and recently stopped. They're overbooked constantly...I ALWAYS make an appointment and request the same lady yet every single time I wait up to 35 minutes just to sit down and her to start. I can't think of a single time that I haven't waited even with an appointment made well ahead of time. But, honestly, I really loved how my nails turned out once I left so I just dealt with it and kept going until recently after I hadn't gotten a pedicure in about 9 months (recently had a baby) I went in 3 times - 2 weeks between each visit. I noticed a couple days after my last pedicure that my heel was hurting and looked at it and saw about 15-20 planter warts/corns had developed on my foot. I don't think it's a coincidence. I've never had them before and believe it's because their tools are not being properly sterilized which wouldn't come as a surprise to me, being that they are rushing to get to the next customer I don't see how they would have the time to properly sterilize their tools...the "cheese grater" they use during pedicures in particular. I'm seriously disappointed and upset that I now have to treat my foot and live with embarrassing, painful planter warts when all I wanted was to relax and be pampered! Read Less

I am very disappointed with this nail salon. The woman who did my pedicure did a wonderful job. However, when I went to pay using a gift certificate from 2008, they wouldn't take it. The certificate has no expiration date on it. The man showed me that their current certificates don't look the same. Obviously they could've changed them since 2008. He told me it was from the old owner. I think what bothered me the most is when he asked me why I waited so long. It has no expiration, so it truly doesn't matter. If he really is a newer owner, but nothing about the business has changed, he should've honored my certificate. With many other choices in salons, I will not go back there! Read Less
