I was here Saturday and left extremely disappointed. My nails came out horrible. I got a set of acrylics done and they’re all uneven and way too thick. They’re longer than I wanted and when I told him to cut them more he refused. I don’t recommend the guy who sits by the door because he’s always distracted and looking around at everything but my nails. The nail polish is bleeding into my cuticles and there’s nothing I can do about it because it’s Gel polish. Overall I’m just extremely unhappy with my experience and I’m going to have to go somewhere else to get my nails removed and redone. Also I’d like to add that for a solid 24 hours my nails were in such extreme pain that I could barely touch anything or do anything. Read Less

I went here for the first time and I LOVED IT! I brought my boyfriend in for a pedicure for the first time. They sat us next to each other without me even asking to. He was extremely impressed and he will go back to cutting his own nails! I got a mani/pedi and it looks amazing. My nails look like gel even though they are just regular polish. The staff was really nice and friendly. It was also very clean and had a lot of polish choices. I will definitely be back! Read Less

I have used this salon just for me, with my sister, and all female relatives. They are wonderful. I personally like Tracy and Jimmy the best... I do French and American manicures and French pedicures... while my sister does the gel nails. Going on three years for me and linger for my sister. I have been going to TK Nails on and off for over 5 years. The only time I do not go is when I have a financial set back. I am gearing up to get my nails started once again and I plan on going back to my favorite nail place on Sunday for Mother's Day! See you all when I get there. I love this place! I've been coming here every around every 2 weeks for almost 2 years. I have acrylic stiletto nails and have almost always had a great experience.It's a professional, clean shop with the best prices in town, hands down. They also take care of you in a timely manner and have an impressive selection of colors in both gel and regular polish. They're also on top of trends and able to give you chrome, holo, coffin, stiletto, or any other kind of nails that you can think of. While all of the techs are amazing, Van is especially wonderful. He does a great job, is fast, and just a nice guy. As long as I live in the area, they'll be my first choice. Read Less

I never go to restaurants with less than 4 stars on Yelp and should have known better than to try this nail salon. Honestly I do not understand how this place is still in business. I ended up walking out after 45 minutes of waiting. I can understand and appreciate how busy the salon was for a Saturday during season, but the level of unprofessionalism and terrible customer service was almost incomprehensible. Do not go here. I went in for a pedicure. The salon was ok as far as cleanliness. They had a sterilizer for the pedicure tools which I liked but the girl did try to use a cheese grater on my feet which I do not like! As far as the staff goes they made me feel uncomfortable. As I was sitting in the pedi chair an Asian man burst in the front door and immediately started yelling in his own language. It was clearly some sort of argument that he and his woman coworker were having. Then he sat down and started working on some poor customers nails while still yelling. I took my mom there and we got pedicures and manicures with no polish. They gave us a coupon price of 30 each and we paid the tips in cash (10). The girl at the salon put an extra 5 on the credit card slip. It was not so much the 5 dollars as it was the fact that she thought she could get away with it, plus it was probably not the first time she did it.The place is dirty and she was very rude after I called her out on the 5 dollars she said she was going to call her lawyer because I accused her of stealing and then she said it was a mistake.There are too many nail salons to ever go back there again. I went to this place for a pedicure with my daughter and walked out. There was a dead roach on the floor where they have their supplies and 3 crawling around, on the wall. When I got and said I am leaving and r u going to kill them, their answer was oh! Don't worry they will die...Really.. After they multiply.. It was disgusting. Read Less
