I have been going here for years and love Rose. If you are lookin for a great, basic, mani-pedi, this is your place. They do a great job. Don’t expect a lot of frills or great nail art. They have matching Gel and nail polish if you don’t want to get a gel pedicure and also have the dipped powder. I would recommend! Read Less

The mean older lady is horrible! Won't be going back. She scolds and is entirely unpleasant. Instead of a relaxing pedicure I had a confrontation. The pedicure was rushed with no attention to cuticless or scrubbing.  And I'm even more upset that I tipped her! Read Less

The first time I went here I had practically the best pedicure ever, but the second visit was a disaster! Don't let the older lady near you! She is rude beyond belief. I slowly moved my feet in the warm water to enjoy it and she said THREE TIMES don't move your feet, why you move your feet... In a scolding voice and said, "you spill water!" Which I didn't. I'm a Grandma for heaven's sake. I don't need to be told how to behave. Also it was the fastest pedicure ever and she barely bothered to pretend to do cuticles or the foot scrub. Worst pedicure ever. I love t nails. They always have me walking out happy with my colors and the service and to top it off they last way longer than any other nail place in the cape. Honestly this was the Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. They are close to my house and were closing in an hour so I tried their service again. 3rd time to be exact. The lady stopped my pedicure to go to her nail desk to answer her cell phone. She used the drill to completely remove the shellac on my toes and the metal scraper to force the polish off. While doing this she jabbed the metal scrapper between my toe and it started to bleed. A little later she cut in the same place with her cuticle cutters. The last time I tried this service they cut my nail cuticle until it bled. Wanted to charge me $47 for a shellac pedicure and when I said you know she cut me twice, should you be offering a discount. The guy took $5 off. She had apologized when I point out to her that she did it twice. She was smiling and says does it hurt? Hell yeah it hurt. I am bleeding and she fixed that by pouring alcohol on it and squeezing it. I told them I would come back tomorrow to do my nails as it was getting late. She got excited about that and said thank you. Thanking me for leaving and not completing the services I went there for. Never again! Never! Read Less

On top of that they charge $15 for fills and an extremely $17 for gel polish!!! I have never in my life heard f this and I'm from NY! What a shame rip off place. Giving 1 star because zero is not an option. I have been getting my nails professionally done for years and this was the worse experience I have ever had. I recently moved to the area and decided to give this place a try because it is close to home and the place I used to go to was a small diamond in the rough. I was hoping this place would be too. Unfortunately that was not the case. I should have realized when the people were not pleasant as I walked in, but I tried to give them a chance. my pedicure was rough and painful, not at all relaxing. I asked a couple of times if the had any special pedicures. One said yes but didn't offer any additional information, the second guy snapped at me to be patient, I would get a message at the end. More like a limp application of lotion. I should have left then but I really needed a fill. This was even more unpleasant and painful. So, the space is clean and organized. The pricing is definitely right. The location is perfect because it is right by my house. The people who work there though, they're just different. They're very quiet, very introverted, and kind of awkward. I sat in the salon with my Mom, looking around, and staring off into space. Literally no one was talking. Not even the customers. It was so strange. It was like everyone was too worried to open their mouths for fear of everyone staring at them and listening to their conversations.Other than the awkward hour at the salon, my nails seem fine. I got acrylics and they're thin, short, and squared. I'll be back to see how they do next time and because the location is perfect for me. I'm hoping my nails last because I do want to continue going. The pricing and location is perfect. The service was not personable but they all did their jobs. There was also a perk to the fact that none of them talked. They didn't try to talk me into upgrading my choices. Decided to try this nail place as it was closer than my normal nail salon and would NEVER go back.  I took my mother-in-law for the full treatment (Nails & Pedi) and what I thought would be a relaxing time for her due to her stressful life only to be abruptly thrown out by the owner (Very rude) before our nails were even dry.  We felt like we were in an assembly line.  Three days later our nail polish pealed off!  Way too much money for the service delivered. I am giving T Nails the benefit of the doubt since the pedicure was good.  But the rest I wasn't overly thrilled with.  I can here on a reco from a bunch of women who come here for mani and/or pedis and for the distance.Not an overly large selection of polished to choose from but enough across the spectrum.  Just a few OPI, others were a brand name I did not recognize.All the tools were sterilized, but they do use brushes and pumice over again after being washed.  The pedicure chairs only have massage with the hard ball, there is no vibration only like some higher end pedi chairs have.I would say stay away from waxing here.  I attempted it even though I hemmed and hawed with my inner self.  I should have listened to thus self.  I asked for a brow cleanup and explicitly stated multiple time to not share or take away from the shape and my eyebrows ended up much thinner and shorter than normal.  The wax also was pretty hot and I didn't feel that there was any evening out done post wax (and I wasn't about to ask for it in fear it would make it worse).There is a sign in sheet when you enter so they know who came in what order.  Takes credit cards.  Mani: $10; Pedi: $22; Mani/Pedi: $30; Eyebrow wax: $8.Pedicure Overall - 4 stars   Pedi Chair -2 stars   Color Selection - 3 stars   attentive to nails - 4 starsEyebrow Waxing - 1 starMastery of English - 2 stars (some spoke well, others needed translation)If I do come here again when I'm in town, it will only be for a pedicure.
