20 min after my $40.00 pedicure incomplete still have cuticle. Waited I. Chair 20 min no water in tub. It was not that busy. But when it came time to do my nails the man went directly to a woman who just walked In! He told me to go to the front and wait for another tech! Mined you I have an appointment to go to buy the lady who just walked In didn't have to wait! Rude and unprofessional!!! It took an hour and a half to get a basic pedicure. If you like paying for incomplete work and waiting a long time until some of the regular customers come in so they can ignore you this is the perfect place. I would not recommend it nor will I ever step foot in that Salon again. When I was checking out I told him I couldn't wait any longer I just need to go ahead and pay for my pedicure the owner didn't even acknowledge that I had been ignored but told me to come back tomorrow. I have used this salon just for me, with my sister, and all female relatives. They are wonderful. I personally like Nancy and Kayla the best... I do French and American manicures and French pedicures... while my sister does the gel nails. Going on three years for me and linger for my sister. My first visit today and won't be returning. Got a mani-pedi, the sign outside says hostone massage with pedicure. The stone was used on the soles of my feet. Instead of wrapping my legs in hot towels one towel was stretched around both, smh. She only did 3 cuticles on 1 foot and 2 on the other. Onto my manicure, my nails were soaked in cold water for 30 Seconds! She then rushed through the rest with lotion on my hands, no massage whatsoever. The icing on the cake was when she polished my nails. She was on her phone the entire time holding it on her shoulder with her face. This salon isn't clean, no music and the tv is on mute. I went here 2 days ago. This guy did my toes and I was very happy with it. Then he started on my nails. He cut my cuticles with tool and cut to much on my thumb. I started bleeding, so he used eye drops to stop it. He rubbed the tip in my blood, then put it away. I was so DISGUSTED. I told him my blood was on the end of the tip and he acted like he didn't see it. Now, if he didn't that to me, just think about how many other peoples blood was on that tip. So NASTY!!! I didn't finish my nails and left. I will never go there again. I will never let someone cut my cuticles again.Read Less

If you are visiting from out of town and you are looking for a nice experience this is not the place. The technicians just stand over you and carry on with full on conversations over your head...in another language might I add. The polish selection is limited and the lady who did my nails seemed too lazy to scrub my feet even though I paid for a spa pedicure. I didnt even finish drying my toes before the technician asked me if i was ready to go.... Just ghetto!I considered getting a manicure and a massage but I just had to pass on it. First visit went well.  The girl did an excellent job with my pedicure.  Second visit...not so well. Had older gentleman who was not friendly at all.  Unfortunately,  I picked a polish that I didn't know was almost empty.   He added a ton of acetone to it to get the polish out.  End result,  very thin,  weak coat.  It literally chipped two hours later.   Complete waste of money.  Would have gone back to get it fixed but was afraid I'd get him again...it wasn't worth it. Went in today for Mother's Day for a mani pedi, these people are over priced and the job is horrible. I don't mind spending on my nails if it's an awesome job but it was just an unpleasant experience. I feel like they rushed the job and that's why it came out ugly. I'm defiantly not returning here.
