Went there for the first time with my daughter. I went for a manicure and pedicure. the lady asked me what I was there for and I told her both. She did my pedicure then had me go sit to have them dry. Once they were dry, she came back and I mentioned again that I was there for a manicure, and she said "I asked you that," and I said I told her I wanted one. She couldn't seem to understand what I wanted done on my nails, I had to repeat it a couple of times, and she acted like I didn't know what I wanted or that I kept changing my mind, but she was the one that kept forgetting. Had kind of an attitude. I was not impressed with the end results, but after what I went through with her, I didn't think it was worth it to say anything. I just wanted to get out of there. Everyone there is really talented and does a great job!! Sometimes I mess up the pedicure and they go way out their way to fix it for me and are always really helpful!! Love the SNS powder, acrylics with gel, whatever you get, it’ll look good. My nails never lift and they look good for weeks. Love signature nails.Read Less

Extremely unprofessional. The smell is very strong here. Men are very rude and no one asked how we were doing just spent time on their phones and watching television. So many people warned me of this place but I didn't listen. I had my toes done and after two hours the polish was still not dry-it was super goopy because the woman put about 4 layers of polish on my toes. The woman on the phone when I called to tell them about my experience got angry with me and started yelling at me. I wish there was an option to put less stars on here. If you want a professional good mani or pedi don't waste your time at this place. If something goes wrong they don't hold themselves accountable for their mistakes. I've had to take the polish off not even 2 hours after my pedi because the polish rubs off and is getting everywhere. So much for the nice painted toes I wanted. Read Less

AWESOME SALON! I have been looking for a salon in the Cape that does SNS nails and I hit the jackpot! The salon is very clean, friendly and totally accommodating to their customers! So glad I found them!! I pass quite a few 'nail salons' to get there, but it is so worth it!!! Read Less

Amazing job!!! I had my graduation nails done weeks ago and not only did I have a great first time experience, the nails held up great! Today I had them filled and painted again and still love them as much as before. I love the crew there they are kind, helpful and hilarious. Supposedly got a manicure with gel polish. My cuticles weren't touched and when I asked about it I was told no. No cuticle oil, lotion, massage, etc. (I watched another girl get a hand massage while he painted my nails!). I also asked about ombre color since the website says it's available. I was told no to that too. The SNS is supposed to be thin. My nails are thick and look like chiclets. First time in over 20yrs I've left no tip when getting nails done. Read Less

As of today I will never return went in to get my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure walked out with one eyelid burnt and red as can be even after 4 hours still burning! Still not sure why she waxed so far down on my lid but even after complaining and it being so obvious they still had the nerve to charge me! This is not the first time this has happened my mother in law came home with burns on her face but they blamed it on the wax. Wise words steer clear. If I could I would post a picture for you.
