Well there are so many nail places in Cape Coral it's hard to know where to go. I went off the advise of aLocal. I was not impressed with the shop. They really need a good air filter to help with the odor. They were not very personable. Just felt like I was another customer. They spoke poor English. And their language to each other frequently.  And I got tired of all 3 tv's playing the DNA court. I had my 9 yr old daughter with me to have a spa day while on vacay and I didn't think she needed to watch the immoral show. Have to say it was the worse manicure I got not bad pedi. My daughters polish all lifted off by the next day.It cost me $85 for a gel mani and pedi plus my daughters polish on toes and nails. I was recommended to Rosie's place too. We were in Cape Coral on vacation and didn't know where to go to get manicures and pedicures. We ended up coming here based on the good reviews. And it turned out to be great. TOO BAD. SO SAD. NEVER AGAIN. online says $35 for manipedi. get there nope it's $40. $10 extra gel nails. LAMEST mani pedi ever. took less than an hour for everything. what? a pedi is supposed to be an hour and half my cuticles are still hanging. seriously? sanitation is questionable at best. watched owner put tools back into open sterile packaging and watched lady reuse them on next person as if they were sterile. my poor kiddo got gel nails and he got the polish all over her cuticles causing her to get burned and crusty cuticles. when i asked and showed him he said no it's ok and i refused his offer to redo it again..really? like id let i redo her nails. not happy at all. so sad that it's so difficult to find a good nail salon here. wish i could post photos. Just left this salon. My girlfriend and I had a horrible experience. We popped in around 5:20 there was one lady and a man working. The lady who wasn't working on any clients or customers told us to come back at 6pm.. COOL No big deal we go next store to the bar grab a drink let 40mins go by and head back to the Salon.  By that time 2 other customers walked in after us and were serviced before us     ......   WOW     ......    we waited and we were patient we were understanding and then Jose the guy worker had a visitor come in and ask him what was taking him so long. This was at 6:30 the salon wasn't supposed to close until 7pm so my girlfriend and I just left.. we were very embarrassed, they had horrible customer service and this situation makes me very angry.    There are way to many salons around to be treated in this manner, they clearly didn't care how they treated us do not go here it's not worth it. Last time we were visiting Cape Coral we weren't able to get in this nail salon on a time crunch and ended up going somewhere (I won't name where) terrible. We made appointments this time and walked right in and were seated right away. I LOVED that they use the liners in the pedicure bowls. The place is clean but it's just an added bonus. My sister and I were both very impressed with our pedicures and the price. My niece came with us and they painted her toes as well! She loved it! I would recommend this place for a pedicure (since that is all I had) and call ahead to make an appointment if possible! They do have a lot of gel colors as well which is nice to know before going to get a no chip mani! Read Less

Worst experience of my life. When I get there I was told it would be 20 min... Well 40 minutes later.. I'm still sitting there and 3 people who walked in after me were taken before me. Even after I was checked on twice and was told not much longer.. When I said something.. The lady apologized and said she could get to me in 5 minutes but could only do my pedicure and wouldn't have time to do my nails or eyebrows. Needless to say I will never go back there. Read Less

I scheduled an appointment here to pass a little time while my car was getting serviced in South Cape. It is located in a small plaza right off of Cape Coral Parkway, next to Nevermind. The salon looks clean and I was greeted right away. No complimentary drinks were offered. I told the technician that I had gel polish on my toes before we started. Typically the salons I've gone to will soak off the gel polish, but she pulled out the grinding tool for removal. I've never seen that done before. She apparently didn't do a good job with it because I can see where the old polish was under my new polish. The massage chair was typical for a nail salon, nothing special. I always judge a pedicure by the quality of foot/leg massage and sadly, she didn't put much time or effort into this part of the service. The one thing that impressed me was once she painted my big toe she asked if the color I picked was OK. I'm glad she did, because I wasn't happy with it, so she allowed me to pick a different one. However, the rest of the service was completely under average and I probably won't go back. There are many similar salons in town that do a much better job for the price. Read Less

internet price stated $35 for mani-pedi, but when I called they told me it was $40.  Still thinking this was o.k. I went to salon.  I wanted shellac polish and was then told it would be $50. I was still o.k. with this. went to checkout - bill was $63!!!  "Oh you got french tip done, so more.  Really?!!  $13 dollars more?  And the guy who did my shellac got it all over the sides and cuticles, which causes a hardened "ridge" of sorts, that when nail starts growing out it catches and tears on things and pulls polish off nails.  I've only had the polish on for 5 days and it looks horrible!! Worst shellac mani I've ever had, and way over priced.  There seem to be tons of nail salons in this area so I'd look around and not go here!! Read Less

This place is horrible! My nails started lifting and popping off after 1 week! I go back to see if they would fix them, they charge me full price! Less then a week again they are breaking off and I have what looks like a fungus on my nail!! I hate this place!! Read Less
