I got my eyebrows microbladed by Thai. AMAZING! She was very helpful to answer all my questions. I never gotten a tattoo before and she assured me that I'll be fine. They came out exactly how I wanted them. She kept in touch during recovery because I would feel unsure about the process. I can't wait for my touch up, super excited! Got a mani/pedi with Lena who is awesome and soo sweet! She made me feel extra special and welcome. She kept offering me complimentary drinks (water/coffee). I also got my lashes done with Phi Phi and they look amazing. So many people have given me compliments, I also went back to get a refill. They did a decent job. Had the sanitary plastic cover for the soaking tub for your feet. Here is where the problem lies. If I come in to get my nails done, I don't care how you think I should do them, you do them how I am asking you to. No argument. I wanted to soak my hands in water because I have dry cuticles that hurt when cut. NO, I do not want the chemical, cream or anything you put on them to soften and cut. I wanted to soak in water. DO IT! No questions asked,no telli...ng me why or what I need done. Especially when I have politely listened and then told you that I understand but still want to soak my hands and do it my way. It took for the nice lady to take over the conversation and agree to what I was asking as her male colleague kept arguing. I have been getting them done this way for 30 years. Do not try and tell me better. Also, when I tell you I don't want chemicals and I do not like the sun lights to dry my nails. Don't tell me you know better and that it is harmless. Not the most relaxing 'Spa' experience to go in and have you 'question and lecture' the client all the while telling me that you were a registered nurse in your country and that is why you know better.
