If there was a negative star I would give it to this nail salon . I have never felt so uncomfortable and unhappy with a nail salon that I had to feel the need and leave a review. The staff is unprofessional they make uncomfortable remarks about you and them going out and sleeping together. Yesterday I went to get a gel fill but only got my gel nails taken off and my own nails cut off , the guy wanted to do his own thing. At first I thought he was fixing a nail but then he was just guy breaking my nails, by that point I was so upset I could not react. I tired to just accept what he did and let him finish what he was doing since he kept saying “dip better for you “ . Need less to say I didn’t like it and had him take it off. After all that they were all talking in Japanese about how I didn’t like the dip and how come I didn’t say anything to him when he started, but I did 3 times he was just not listening to me because he just wanted to do his own ideas. I have been going here for quite some time when the owner's name was Tim. I have not seen Tim in the last few months... And it definitely reflects in the quality of the establishment! I'm really not even sure who's running this place lately, as the prices change from technician to technician and it seems as though they make up whatever they want. I went there twice and was disappointed both times. The first time I left my ring there and called immediately when I left and was told my ring was not there. The manicure was okay but I have had better.The second time I went in for a pedicure, The technician barely touched the the cuticles and dead skin even though I kept telling him to do a better job. Average experience. First of all I got right in without an appointment, however I recommend an appointment because they are very busy. The workers are nice and talkative. I got a full set acrylic for $26 which is affordable! However, I had them done 3 days ago and 3 nails are either broken off or air has gotten under them- making them come off. I’ve never had this problem before since coming to this place and this was my first experience at Nail Art III. I visit this place yesterday with my 7 year old daughter for one kids pedi, luxury pedicure for me and acrylic full set. I have the worst experience ever! The front desk lady it was very friendly but first she told me we are going to do your acrylics first, ok I sit and this men ("the nail technician") ask me what I want, from the beginning he was really rude! I show him and he says no! I ask him what do you mean, he only said no nail art😳Omg then the caos start, talking in another language all of them, like I'm stupid! The front desk lady comes to me and telling me, we are going to do your and your daughter pedicures first, Ok, i move to the pedicure chair with my daughter, again the "nail technician " talking and acting so disrespectfully. The massage was horrible, the nail polish application a mess. The lady who was doing my daughter pedi It was talking in her language and laughing all the time, how you can relax? I ask for two color and they don't have it. At this point no nail art, no the color !🤔 I let him finish my pedicure😠 And we move to the nails table, he grave my shoes And throw them on the floor, I had to ask for sandals for my daughter so that her nails would not be damaged. Again the "nail technician very rude. Now he can s doing my nails, he was super mad because he need to remove 2 broken acrylics nails. He use the drill in very high speed it was burning! I am being overly generous in giving this place a 1 star rating.  My technician seemed like he could care less and that is the result of the pedicure I received.  It took about 12 minutes from start to finish!  I had to ask him to go back and trim my cuticles - last I looked this service is standard service for a pedicure.  He did not do scrub the calluses on my feet, and in general it was a waste of money.  Don't waste your money or your time. Never again!  Totally unprofessional.  The receptionist and one of the technicians had a screaming argument in front of a full nail salon!  The nail tech should have fired on the spot no matter how big her following is!!!! Called at 3:30 hoping for a same day appointment, and they scheduled my mother and I for pedicures. I had Kelly as my tech and she did an amazing job. My feet had been sadly neglected for a loooong time and I was in desperate need of the works. She literally transformed my feet! Gave a great massage-not too short not too long, but when she saw how much I was enjoying it she started really giving it her all with different techniques reflexology etc. She did some really cute nail art on the big toe and my mom was jealous but liked hers too, they were just different. I feel like I got a 60 dollar pedicure for 30 dollars. After seeing how great Kelly was I asked her if she would take care of my (also sadly neglected) brows. She did such a good job and offered to do my lip for me which I needed. My mom's tech was good too don't get me wrong, but when she saw how Kelly goes above and beyond she wanted to schedule an appointment with Kelly to get a full set, but she doesn't do acrylics natural nails only- IE: manicure, pedicure, gel nail polish, etc. The rest of the staff are very friendly and accommodating my only advice is that they offer drinks to the clientele. Employees were having a VERY inappropriate conversation that made myself and at least two other clients very uncomfortable. I picked a dark blue color (shellac) for nails and toes and noticed when I was getting my nails done it was the wrong color. At that point I wanted out of the salon so I did not say anything. First time here and what an experience. I took my daughter to get her nails done and I looked down at my feet and said what the hell might as well get them done. Its star is beautiful Amanda who cheerfully treats my nails and hands to delightful care about every three weeks. Never a hang nail. Not too short or too long...just right. My daughter and I visited this salon for manicures.  Given that the name of the establishment is 'Nail Art' I was under the impression that they could accommodate my 'tween's nail design request which was basically a few green lines over yellow polish to resemble a pineapple.  The tech acted like we were requesting something outlandish and laughed in my daughter's face and said it couldn't be done - beyond rude.  My tech used the coarsest file that I have ever encountered on my nails leaving the edges ragged and misshapen.  The attempt to buff the top of my nails resulted in a HUGE amount of top layers being removed to the point that I had to ask for the 'buffing' to stop.  The cuticle treatment was a hack job - drawing blood twice.  The crowning blow was the utterly dire paint job that looked like a 5 year old performed it.  They didn't even apply a top coat.  Too bad this was such a bust since it is under a mile from our vacation home and would have been convenient to visit when in town. As a last minute, I walked in early in order to get a simple pedicure and shellac manicure. I have gotten shellac manicures for the longest time, and I figured they were simple enough to get them anywhere. My pedicure was great; realistically, it wasn't anything too spectacular. I was mostly disappointed by the horrific excuse for a shellac manicure I received. I chose a simple, plain black nail, figuring it wouldn't be too much for the manicurist. Before she even got to painting my nails, I knew this manicure was headed in a downward spiral. She spent little to no time filing my nails down, and even less time than that whittling down my cuticles. I peaked a glance at my unpolished nails to see them ragged, uneven, and poorly cleaned. The cleaning and filing aspect of the manicure took less than 5 minutes. I was quite surprised seeing as, normally, this is the longest part of the process. The actual painting of the nails was a real life horror story if I've ever seen one. She was sloppy, uneven, and rushed about the whole endeavor. Half of my nails were not fully painted, and the other half were covered in gloopy, uneven coats of polish. After she finished "solidifying" the polish under the UV light, I looked down in horror at the botched job. The polish was bumpy, clumpy, and peeling off within minutes (scratch that, seconds) of me leaving the salon. It looked as though the top coat had sealed, but the bottom remained a fluid mess. It still felt wet to the touch and was full of lumps and bumps. The standards of excellence for this place are subpar at best. Even as a last minute choice, I'd never set foot in Nail Art III again. There are SEVERAL other places in Cape Coral that would give me a $25 dollar shellac that's worth paying for. Read Less

I should have known this place had low standards when I saw how badly kept their polishes were.The manicurist spent no time filing my nails and I have never seen cuticles hacked at so fast. She was about to paint a top coat when I saw my nails were only half painted. She put on her glasses and sloppily finished the job.
