No one ever answers the phone when I call, could just be me, who knows. So I reached out online and they asked for a $20 deposit for new clients. I've never heard of that before and to me that's very sketchy. No one should ever be paying for a service up front. I've worked in 4 salons and that is not a professional practice. Braids.. I really wanted to like this place but it just was not up to the task I had requested. When I made the appointment I asked for specific braids to be done on my daughter (double dutch braids) I was assured that it could be done. When we arrived the stylist seemed nervous then asked my daughter if she wanted something else she didn't know how to do what she requested but could do something similar .We agreed. While it was not the stylist fault she didn't know how to do it we should of never been placed with her when we specified a hairstyle. We were the first appointment so when we came in I was a little shocked to see it was on the dirty side . Maybe it was just an off day for cleaning. But very frustrated my daughter was not 100 % happy. So we will keep searching for a salon that can do braids. Read Less

The decor is really cute and Bethany is excellent with what she does in regards to nail designs, but the prices of services constantly change and the staff I've come in contact with were very unprofessional and rude. I've had to wait even though I had an appointment and God forbid if you are late or need to reschedule it is almost a month's wait. If you get your lashes done know that your natural lashes WILL fall out!!! and Owen is quite rude my last appointment he was late, he was on the phone and his laptop the ENTIRE time and he had the audacity to tell me a higher price than what he initially stated and he also changes his prices and what he says to expect for your lashes will also change.I will not be going back.
