Yesterday Debbie did my body wave/perm - haven't had one in years! I have fine hair, so my hair has to be cut and handled just so. Debbie made sure she understood what I was trying to achieve and made suggestions toward that end. I am so pleased with both my perm and cut - she did an EXCELLENT job! Debbie is a true master at her craft, and I like that she mentors the younger stylists. I've had my nails done by Grace who does a fabulous mani and pedi! Went to have my nails done, (I had gel polish on)the nail tech wanted me to soak in a bowl of remover and I said usually they put it on cotton on just the nail and wrap in foil ,she said oh, I can do it that way, she proceeded to scrape off old polish with HER THUMB NAIL vs the tool, then she took a file and kept filing back and forth over the nail bed until I said stop I won't have any nails left. I didn't have her apply polish, I was too disgusted. They charged me full price even though I complained, owner(?) didn't seem to care. My nails burned for a week and they are so thin they are sharp.  I'm worried. NEVER AGAIN! Read Less

I'm always a little hesitant trying new salons and spas but was a pleasant relief. I had my hair washed, cut and styled by the owner, Melissa. She listed to how I wanted my haircut, followed a picture but also used her experience and judgment based on my thin hair to cut the way she did and it looks awesome! Very very happy. She also was very detailed and methodical in the way she cut my hair-that's important to me. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the cut. Also showed me ways to style it and the product to use. I also had a bikini waxing and eye brow waxing. I saw Sophia. Very nice and pulls the waxing strips super quick which makes it hurt less. I found High Maintenance Salon & Spa on Groupon and purchased a pedicure. I was very impressed with my first experience at this salon. Grace took me right on time for my appointment. She was friendly and easy to talk to. I must say that it was nice to get a pedicure at a place where English is spoken instead of a language that I do not understand like most other shops. Crystal cuts my hair. She's awesome.. Met Crystal a few years ago. I prefer to have my hair cut dry and she gets it right every time. I used her last hair cut for my realtor photo on my business cards and all marketing material.A friend convinced me to have my color done elsewhere. Needless to say, it did not work.I explained to Crystal what happened and she was very classy about it and did not hold a grudge because I tried a new colorist.Soooo now, I explained to Crystal that I again would like to try color. She explained that she would do foils and do multi color  blond combination. Sold, so next week, I will call and schedule my color appointment. Crystal dry cut my hair last week and I'm excited to get the new blond color mix that I have envisioned. Read Less
