Did not use liners in pedi baths, did not use sterilized or even clean tools. I watched them rinse pedi tools and put them back into the kit for the next customer. Same with the pumice stones. The man doing my nails gave me a cut with the dremel, which again, the bit was not cleaned. Very little English spoken, which is understandable, but the tech and his wife were speaking Vietnamese in front of me while looking and laughing. I'm usually very comfortable with non-English speakers, as I am coming into their place of business, but it was obvious they were talking about me and it came off very rude. I used to go to this place I  used to receive OK service but yesterday I missed my appointment at Profiles which is in same plaza  and decided to come in there with two little girls who were excited about getting their nails done we were treated very rudely the one guy was on his phone and burning my feet and the girls were rushed and treated a bit harshly for little girls.  The management needs to see this and make appropriate changes I know that this is probably a family business and how they support their family but I also cannot have my family being treated badly I would never come here again I will stick with profiles where I am always treated nicely. Also a guy that was doing my daughters nails sneezed bc he was sick.... it was the same man who was texting while burning my feet with hot water -and he did not even bother to cover his nose and that's just gross. I've visited Elite Nails 40+ times over the years. They have updated and fixed up the salon very nicely. The staff is always friendly. I have had issues with my nails not turning out 100% how I'd like, but Brian always does them perfectly. Prices are great too! Read Less

When your instincts tell you no you should definitely listen! This place is dirty not sure the guy that gave me a pedicure is licensed was told he did not know how to do manicures? Really don't you get licensed for both? I have been getting pedicures for 30 years (obviously not here) and yes ended up with an infection for the first time. Never will I be this desperate for a pedicure again. Wishing I would have taken pictures, but you can bet I will be turning them in to make sure they are licensed properly and obviously they do not sterilize properly........shame on me! Awful place and rude people!Went the first time for a set and some of the nails were crooked!Then figured I'd give them a second chance...picked out the color (which I liked) and then they put this crazy top coat on it and it gave my nails a blue tint!! I told them to fix it or give me my money back and they wouldn't do either...30$ for dark pink nails instead of the red it was supposed to be before that terrible top coat...the man that sits in the first booth was absolutely rude! The only reason I gave this one star is because yelp is screwed up and makes it mandatory  to give something that is horrible a star. This place does not deserve a star at all . It appeared everyone of the employees in the salon spoke perfect English however they chose to chat amongst each other in their own language the ENTIRE time I got my pedicure . Their attention was clearly not on the customer(s) at all . They were also eating (at the pedicure chair, gross ) in between pedicures while their children were running around the place pointing toy guns at several different customers. stopped in for mani/pedi because I was right in the parking lot.It was an okay mani/pedi, but I will never go back.The pedicure water was luke warm. The massage chair was overly agressive, I asked the lady how to adjust it, she didnt know and I ending up shutting it off. She gave me an okay half hearted massage on leg.Same with my manicure. it was half heartly okay, but I would not be back, there are too many great nail places in the Cape. Read Less

Went here with my sis in law for pedis ,the lady that did mine was a little roughI could of did a better job and my paint job ,my 4year old would of done better ...then in the middle of my manicure some other lady came and finished it ,which I felt obligated to tip her too (which I don't mind ,but just sayin) and she painted my nails better ,but I will not return ,when it come back (Florida ) here for sure ;( Read Less
