1/2 a star won't show up.... After 8 years of being a faithful customer, the past few weeks have been horrible. I continued to go even though they are over priced respectfully, but they have been rushing and not doing a good job. My fake eyelashes started to fall off after a few days and they will not replace them, I gave a $5 tip on a $6 dollar waxing only to get home and realize how horrible of a job they did and several other tiny mishaps. Maybe they are having a bad month, but they lost a good tipping customer today. WARNING:THEY WILL CHARGE YOU IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE! Im telling all family and friends that go there. Read Less

If I could post 0 stars I would . I went and got a full set and a day later the gel polish chipped and the nails were so uneven . A week later I saw something nasty under my nails and I took all of them off and I had FUNGUS UNDER ALL OF THEM. !!!!! I am a lisensed nail technician in Florida and I would never go here again . When I took my nails off I drilled them off and the odor was HORIBBLE ! Which means the products are not good quality . I would not recommend this place to anyone . Read Less

I love this place.  Its right on my way home and usually my last stop of the day so its a nice treat. The pedicures are amazaing.  Even if I go in and its busy they always take their time and do a great job.  Never had my nails done here but I don't have them done anymore so I can't rate that.  They offer tanning, facials, teeth whitening and eyelash extensions too.   Love this place! It's too bad this place isn't clean because if it was I would give them a great review. They do a terrific manicure and pedicure but there isn't a clean area in the whole place. You feel grit when you touch anything. You see dust everywhere you look. Read Less

I went to this place for a shellac manicure on a recommendation from a friend.  It was terrible.  I would never go back.The lady doing my nails didn't pay any attention to the timing of the gel, didn't tell me when to switch my hands in the dryer, cut my nails WAY too short down to the nub, and cut me and made me bleed when cutting my cuticles!  Needless to say the SAME DAY the gel polish chipped off.  I've never seen or heard of this happening before.I returned to the salon a few days later when I had time.  By this time 6 of my nails had chipped completely off.  I approached the woman who did my nails, she wasn't surprised at all.  Just said she's never seen it before and blamed it on the polish, I told her she didn't time the drying and she denied it.  I let her redo the 6 nails, this time the polish looked much better but didn't match the other 4 she refused to fix.  It was a mess.  I went to another salon to fix it.  Don't go here!  It's not worth the time, pain and aggravation!! I am new to the area so i needed to try a nail salon to see what sw florida had to offer when it came to pedicures. This place had 2 decent reviews so i gave it a try. The place is outdated and the decor is dusty. You will not be offered a beverage and you will sit on old straight back chairs as you wait for your service. The pedicure it was lackluster. They place plastic in the pedicure tub and call that sanitized. Im not sure they truly sanitize between each person. This was a huge red flag for me. I allowed them to paint my toes. The polish was put on incredibly thick and there was polish on my skin around the nail. Which was removed with a brush and polish remover. This process took a long time. My toenails are ok. Nothing special. I also worry the polish wont dry because it is very thick. I will wait a few hours and see.I wouldn't recommend this place overall. Took too long, unsure or sanitation and minimal customer service. There has to be better in the area. Ill continue my search... Read Less

I will never go again !!!!! I paid for a tanning service and she didn't stand by it.Three month of tanning for $ and after a month and a half she said I have to pay more money. BAD BUSINESS !! She said she takes appointments and then she doesn't. She did this once before to me and I let it slide. The place is close to home .I've been going here for a while ( 2 years, it was convenient ).Always had a small problem here and there but we worked it out. I WILL looking for better service elsewhere. We need better service in Cape Coral , but this is not the place. Read Less

Really like this place. Not overly busy with long waits. Service is friendly, Not had an issue once with getting my fingers bit (we all know how painful that is ). Place is clean and lots of choices! Try them you will like them! Also they open at 9:30 which is not listed on this site. Read Less
