I was referred here by a friend. I was going there for months, mind you I live in Naples. I travel an hour to do services with the man named Andy. After today I will not return. Even if you make an appointment, they’re not on time and when it’s your turn they rush your services so they can serve the next appointment. Prices changed today out of blue, they charged me $10 extra to soak off my shellac that THEY did on my toes my previous service, when shellac is a “soak off” nail polish. This is my go to nail salon! Andy, T, Shushi (Sorry if I mispelled) are just amazing. A manicure by T is like having butterflies dance on your fingers. She is SO gentle and relaxing. Her and Andy do the most amazing things with your nails and they are perfectionists who really cares about their final product. Shushi makes my Ogre toes look like Fairy feet. I went there for one thing and got something completely different. I wanted long coffin shaped nails and ended up with sharp crooked daggers. I asked her to round the tip off and she told me no. I wanted my ring finger to be all glitter and she didn’t do that. These are the worst nail sets I’ve ever received. Update: Got in contact with the Manager or Owner, not too sure who. Talked and discussed my nails and how they weren’t what I wanted. He agreed for me to come up and would refund me what I paid. When I arrived and told them this. They all took turns looking at my nails telling me how good they were. That I should have stopped her at any time, but by the time I noticed they weren’t what I wanted she was more than halfway through them. I was knicked a couple times and when they removed my old set she pried them off with another tip after I had told her I had issues with my last nail salon doing that. My fingers are in pain still, 8 hours later. The nail tech said she never heard me tell her I wanted coffin and glitter, and argued with my mother and I. I only wanted to be refunded my portion of the purchase, even said the nail tech could keep the tip I left. High Displeased by this Nail Salon and how they handled this situation. Read Less

I feel awful leaving this review because everyone there was so nice, however, I am not super pleased on my mani/ pedi. I moved to Cape Coral about 8 months ago and I am very picky about my nails so I have been doing them myself but for Valentine’s Day I wanted to get pampered. I went in on Tuesday to get my nails done for Valentine’s Day on Wednesday. The salon was very well kept and very sanitary. When it came to the manicure, the cuticle was not removed properly, if at all, and I do a better job at a polish application myself. The gentleman cut my finger while attempting to remove the cuticle which is fine cause accidents happen but he cut the same area in 3 different places and there was cuticle all over the place which was all chopped up so it made the cuticle look worse. The polish started chipping the next day, usually when I do my own nails they last about a week so I do have a point of reference as to how long my polish usually lasts. The pedicure was fine and nothing out of the ordinary, the polish application again was not the greatest but whatever I’ll live with it until I do my own pedicure. Again, I feel bad writing this review cause everyone was so nice and the salon was very nice as well but I’m thoroughly unimpressed with the quality of the service. Read Less

I have gone to this salon numerous times. They are busy because they do a great job. They are polite and friendly and care about good service. It is a quiet place, with relaxing music and TV shows about home makeovers. This is much more than I can say about the other local nail shops which blare TV news about politics and hate crimes and who keep employees' children in the shop after school, allowing them to run around or take naps on furniture. Ace is the shop I choose because they are consistent and keep a relaxing atmosphere where customers can escape the grind of everyday life. Remember though that they are human too. At times they are very busy and must answer phones while working on customers. Also, physical labor, especially with pedicures, can strain their muscles, eyes, and senses. These folks work like 60, 70, 80 hours a week, so please be kind. They want you to look and feel your best. If something is wrong, politely let them know and they will fix it. No one asked me to make this recommendation. I'm just a regular customer, but I think we should all want small businesses to thrive and therefore, I will keep going to Ace Nails. Usually Tony does my pedicures and nails, but at times I've had work done by others and they have always been good and have always corrected any mistake. Read Less

My nails are damaged because Debbie kept acetone on them for over an hour. I asked a few times if it was on too long and she told me no. When she took it off, my fingertips were in pain. Another staff member said that it shouldn't be on longer than 30 minutes and that Debbie did not understand my question because she doesn't speak English. Read Less

I was on vacation visiting my aunt and really needed my nails done. I went in as a walk-in and the staff was really friendly. They saw my right away, and I did the spa massage. I asked for the Deluxe Pedicure, and it was so relaxing and amazing. They let you choose what type of lotion you want. I did the cucumber. I had a foot scrub too. The nail police is still on after a week, and they did such an amazing job. My feet feel really smooth. My nails look nice and fresh too. I definitely recommend this case. The price is reasonable.
