When I first started there they found fungus under several nails. They clean them up and now no problems. I never have a problem with appointments. They are prompt and kind. They lacked knowledge of their product. Hardly trimmed the cuticles but cut u when they did. They did not take care to clean the nails, or ensure they were very even. They rushed through painting your nails. Standing while applying the nail color. They care for infants while doing your nails and are very distracted. They were nice enough to my 6y/o daughter...but it felt like I was in someone's dirty home! There was a playpen in the salon and their babies were crying...I'm really surprised state hasn't shut this place down - so, so gross. After I thought that Amer sounded high & I was running out of time so I opted to just pay 3 more for reg polish instead... low & behold now all of a sudden I'm going to have to be charged 5 extra for machine filing he did... then another 3 for color... bringing it to 23... 2 flippin dollars less than the price with the American originally was. I question it & he gets smart mouthed... I question again (louder) telling me I can pay 15 & just leave which I opted for rather than be futher ripped off... nails look awful and I'm not going to leave without doing so. As I leave, he screams... "Welcome to America" Would love to know his status in the land he feels he gets a pass to rip people off. Read Less

Very good I had went in without an appointment and they still took me. I show them a picture of how I wanted my nails done and they did them exactly like the picture. I had also got in my eyebrows waxed and I love them. They are very nice people with friendly service. :) I would definitely recommend it. Read Less

Very rude! Worst pedicure I ever had! Gel on my thumbs wrinkled because it was not applied properly. When I went back they told me it was my fault. My nails looked like like a 3 year old did them . I went else where to have them fixed. Do waste your time there. Read Less

I have not had a manicure in 20 years and received a French manicure with gel. I am so impressed at how well it's holding up! I would certainly go back.I had a pedicure as well and am also happy that the roughness in my heels has not returned. Read Less

I can't even give this one star. I went here on someone's recomendation in August and when I got there the door was open. I told them if they didn't have the air on I had to leave so they shut the door. They also had a dog running around inside the salon and because the door had been open there were lots of flies. This nail salon does not even deserve a single star. I came in wanting a beautiful natural looking French acrylic set of nails. I told the woman I wanted the white on the nail to be thin and natural looking. She then proceeded to make it what she thought was thin, and I politely asked if she could make it thinner. She then makes it thinner, and replies with, "That's barely a line, that's a waste of money." I told her that I liked the look of natural nails. She then told me, "you are stuck in the Stone Age." Excuse me? How unprofessional to be rude to a customer like that. She had already made me pay before all of this happened, so I, had already given her a good tip unfortunately. She made me bleed on three different nails. All of my nails hurt so bad, and I've been to so many different nail salons, and never once have they ever hurt. She did a very sloppy job. The salon itself is very dirty, and NO AC. Hello we live in FLORIDA. On top of that, there is a little girl in the store that my nail lady continued to yell and cuss at. How UNPROFESSIONAL. I have heard alright things about this salon. I work pretty close to it so I have heard some good things. So today is my birthday and I wanted to get my nails done which I do about 5 times a year. I like to find somewhere that does a pretty good job because I don't get my nails done often. So when I thought I would give this salon a try. With pinterest ideas on full blast, and pinterest being the number one source of nail design ideas, I wanted a simple cheetah design. Not thinking it would be so difficult. Seeing that it is their job to ... you know... design nails. I would think that they would be keeping up with the most popular nail designs and practice these simple designs. I purchased a full set with my first and pinky finger a solid baby pink and my thumb middle and ring fingers painted gold with a cheetah print with pink instead of brown. My nails looked TERRIBLE. Very sloppy and they looked like a 3 year old painted my nails. And of course she asked me to pay her before she actually painted my nails. I know that isn't uncommon among salons but still the cherry on top of this encounter. I went home and repainted them which looked 10 times better than what she did.
