I went last night for a pedi, the lady almost cut my toenail completely off with cuticle trimmers (she was trying to get my old polish off), I told her to use the grinder and she said that my nails were too thin for that (which is funny b/c I went to another salon just a couple of months ago and she told me I have really nice strong nails). I told her that I didn't care just use it anyways. Then she cut the side of my toe with the cheese grater thing and proceeded to use a pu...mice stone on top of the cut. When is came to color I usually get sparkles. She told me that the sparkles I chose would need a base coat b/c they were too light. I told her to just use it anyways. Long story short, the lady was argumentative, hurt me, my polish is missing sparkles on one of the toes and I didn't get a 2nd top coat like I had asked for 3 times. Never had a problem . Always very nice. SAMMY IS AWESOME. Everyone in there is nice. Being kind makes a difference. You go anywhere with an attitude and demands then you feel like you weren't taken care of properly. You're a client, not the queen. Read Less

I would give them no stars if I could... I have abrasions on my foot from an accident two weeks ago that where scabbed up the lady doing my feet asked if I wanted a deluxe pedicure after refusing and wanting just the basic she acted like she was upset then rubbed my feet where the abrasions where so hard they fell off then she cleaned her tools in the same water my feet where still in then put her tools back in the drawer without sterilizing them this "Nail Salon" is disgusting!!! They did an amazing job ; actually they re-did what another salon completely messed up on ! They literally saved my sanity cause I was going insane looking at the mess up the other salon caused me . This place was amazing fast and quick and perfect thanks to Winnie !! Love it !! Read Less

Horrible experience. A simple eyebrows wax and shape up turned into half my right eyebrow waxed off. When she showed me I was in total shock. I refused to pay and would never return to them again! Poor service and they didn't care at all. Read Less

Within a few days my the acrylic was lifting off of my nails and they didn't listen to what I wanted at all. They would take people that came in after me because they would prefer to do pedicures. I went here because it was closer to home but I will start going into back to my old salon again. I'll drive the extra distance for better quality product and service. Read Less

Well, this Regal Nail salon in the Walmart is better than the one on Broad St.  They aren't very friendly at this one.  However, it's very clean.  Major improvement from the Broad St. branch.  The guy that did my nails was horrified at the condition of my acrylics and complained that he knew the 'old man' at the Broad St. Walmart location and said he did bad work.  He then suggested we take off the nails and start again.  I agreed.  From then on, he wasn't too nice.  He was rather rough and hit every one of my cuticles with the dremel!  OUCH!  I have burned skin on every finger.  Currently (it's been a few hours) my fingers are just plain sore!  The primer seems to have soaked through my nail and is causing a chemical burn.  It's happened to me before, and should stop hurting by the morning.  The French manicure look is fine, but I have a few "bubbles" under the top coat of gel polish.  I was in enough pain that I just wanted to leave.  I also was sort of fearful of pointing out the bubbles, as he wasn't very friendly to start with.  I probably won't go back.  I need to learn to NOT go to Walmart.  He was also very irritated that I was paying by credit card.  Caveat Emptor!  I'll read some more reviews and find a better salon!  It was also fairly expensive!
