They offer services on the paphlet that they actually don’t have. I said I wanted an organic pedicure and she brought out a couple 2oz cups of things like lotion and a salt scrub that I know were not organic. It was a mediocre pedi and definitely not organic when I went to pay she tried to charge me for the organic one but I said “was it organic though?” and she said ok and charged me for just a deluxe pedicure the language barrier makes it hard to get what you came for here. I thought the service was excellent. It was a bit pricier than other salons, but a very relaxing, well decorated place. I payed about $120 for two pedicures and my other two daughters to get their fingers painted. Yikes! I would have given a 5 star if ANY one that worked there spoke any English - it was extremely awkward having to say “huh” a hundred times and playing charades to tell them what you want because they don’t understand you. Yep. Made a 4:30 appointment. At 5:05 as a lady was seated either side of me I asked why. I was told regular customer on right and no explanation for the left. Yep. I sat with my feet in cold water and ignored. Not the way to attract a new regular customer. I have been here four times since I moved here. First and last time I will be treated like this. I just tried Orchard’s for the first time today, I got a pedicure and a full set of nails. Hands down, BEST pedicure I’ve ever had! My nails look fabulous too! Super relaxing atmosphere and everyone was really pleasant and professional. Read Less

To be honest, I used to love having a pedicure on a regular basis at Orchid, but in the last few months there's been a big change and it's not for the good. The techs are pleasant, but the prices are higher and the pedicures have just been so-so. Read Less

I wasn't completely happy about how the gel lifted on my nails but I do have my hands in a lot of water so it probably wasn't all their fault. My pedicures are always fabulous and last forever. I love the ambiance and the service. Read Less

Deceived , shake their head yes like they understand but deceive you in the end . Pay for a manicure didn't get it instead charged 25.00 each for a paraffin wax? Will not come back here ! Me and my friend Tracy have had our pedi/mani day here a couple of times before, loved it. But sometimes you venture out trying new places. As of yesterday we both realized it's our favorite place by far. Staff is so amazing, atmosphere is relaxing. No rushing, no random chatter or bickering by the staff. I am so sad I used to really love this place but I just can't get over the experience that I just had with the lady that just waxed me... this lady first off didn't put the baby powder on my lip when I told her clearly to put that on there because my skin is extremely sensitive she put wax on my lip then ripped the thing off then put baby powder on my lip and then re-wax the same right side then that's not the best part after she waxed me she put hand sanitizer on my lip which contains alcohol...that's like putting alcohol into a brand-new fresh cut it hurts like hell.. That's not  even the best part she then wiped off the hand sanitizer put aloe on my lip and then wiped it off with spray alcohol ....now tomorrow I have a big event to go to because it's Fourth of July ....my lip is completely swollen up and it looks like she burnt off the first layer of my skin I am so upset.. I went here for a pedicure, and during the pedicure it felt like the tech was digging her nail into the side of my big toe toenail. I was about to say something but she stopped. A few days later I had a huge well of pus in the exact same spot. The infection would not go away! After treating it for several days it was getting worse and worse. I ended up going to urgent care. After 10 days of antibiotics, I still have some weird nasty infection going on! It seems to be dying down now. I had had a few other pedis here before and really liked the service. But there's no way I'm going back now. With the intensity of the infection I could have lost the nail if it had gone untreated, or worse. Read Less

I've been to this salon a couple times before and they were always AMAZING! Today unfortunately was a different experience. We did not have appointments but a friend and I got in right away for spa pedicure and basic manicure. Great! Pedicure was great and the techs asked if they could do our manicures in the chairs. We didn't see why not so we said sure! What I didn't think through was the fact that I had to lean forward in my chair while my tech painted my nails (I apologiz...ed to him that he finally had to stand up but it was really hurting my back to sit that way in the chair!) and because they did them in those pedicure chairs, they never soaked our hands, cleaned the nails, trimmed the cuticles, etc. Just filed them really quick and painted them. I'm disappointed in today's experience and even my husband saw my nails and asked what they did. I know this is not the norm for them and hope to try it again and have a better experience. Orchid Nails is owned and operated by the sweetest and most accommodating couple. Before I get into services, I want to share that unlike most other nail salons, you will not find caddy chatter or inappropriate conversations amongst the technicians or the clients. To me, this is important as I left two other salons for those reasons. Nasty technicians and clientele can ruin a good nail spa experience faster than anything. Also, if you call and make an appointment, they honor that appointment (unlike many salons who take walk-ins despite having another client 20 minutes later!) Beginning with the salon's pedicure room; it is very clean and after each pedi, the technician scrubs each basin before moving on to the next client. It is tastefully decorated with new comfortable leather massage chairs and soothing & modern lighting. Their pedicures range in pricing but begin at $35 for a "deluxe." All pedicures include a hot stone treatment and they are divine! I'm not too familiar with their finger nail services but my mother quickly became a fan of their quality work. In addition to nail services, they have a full time esthetician for facials. I've had several facials at other spas but Ginny at Orchid is by far my favorite.
