I started coming to the salon about a year ago and absolutely love it. I am greeted by name as I walk in and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. After a swift phone call from OMG after leaving a VM of my unsatisfaction, they were very helpful and adamant to rectify what I was unhappy with. Unfortunately inside the salon the lighting did make my hair look outstanding but when I got home the next day it looked completely different. I was looking for a new hairdresser for a complete restyle and chose OMG after reading the reviews and seeing the fab before and after photos. I booked with Laura and I wasn't disappointed, it's a lovely salon, professional, friendly and very welcoming. I'm new to the area so googled the salons & OMG seemed the best by miles based upon reviews. I had a colour & restyle today & was so impressed with my stylist Vicky. She really listened to what I wanted & did an excellent job. All too often you go to a salon & come away a little disappointed that it wasn't quite what you'd like , but not this time. Honestly the best hair salon I've ever been to! Such a nice team, and Salym made my hair look so gorgeous! I went to her after having a bad experience at my previous hairdressers, which I then tried to fix by bleaching at home, which resulted in a patchy yellow mess, and she gave me the most stunning colour I've ever had! Salym looked at my skin, eye and natural hair colouring and was so informative about what tones would suit me and what cut would suit my face shape, I'm never going anywhere else again! They have new owners that are very polite and they are very family oriented! Stacy is working there now, she's Trina's daughter...she speaks very good English and so do the new owners' daughter! The wife gave me the best pedicure I've ever had! I spent $70, but give a $10 tip, equaling $80 for a deluxe pedicure and pink and white nails with clear gel topcoat. My nail looked natural and they didn't even lift. The new owners don't speak good English, but their daughters and Stacy can translate! Read Less

I got an infection about two years ago while going to this place. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt so I went back. The owner cut me three times then did a horrible job on a French pedicure. I've never complained at any salon but this was so bad I asked him to take it off before I left the salon. He had the nerve to charge me $15 even though I was bleeding and all of the nails were cut uneven. I'm reporting them to the health department. It is a shame. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. THE TECH CUT ME 3 TIMES IN THE SAME SETTING. I ASK HIM NOT TO CUT ME AFTER THE 1ST CUT, THEN HE CUT ME 2 MORE TIMES. JUST ABOUT THE TIME I WAS READY TO GO OUT THE DOOR, HE SAID "ARE YOU UPSET WITH ME?". I SAID YES I AM". THEN HE SAID "I GUESS YOU WILL NOT BE BACK". I ANSWERED "YOUR ARE RIGHT, I WILL NEVER BE BACK". they're HORRIBLE ! i got my eyelashes done for prom and they charged way too much, they look like crap, and they made my eyes swell up and it even hurts to blink. the only thing is they said i could come back and they would refund my money and take them off for me, but after this there is no way i'm going back and i wouldn't advise anyone to go there. I went to this nail salon to get a manicure because I have a job interview next week. The technician was unbelievably awful. He tore my cuticles, clipped but did not shape my nails and did not apply nail polish.I was really upset. I wanted my hands and nails to look nice! Instead my nails looked like I had bitten them off!I complained and another man said he would fix it after he got done with what he was doing. He got done with that and took someone before me. She said it would be okay if he helped me out, but he shrugged. I had been there for over an hour by then. Finally I left.I was willing to let them fix the mess the one mad had made, but letting an upset customer sit out front is not okay. Also, when I complained, the technician who worked on my nails first put his glasses on. Which indicates he can't see very well. Also, there is a language barrier, so in future I would only deal with someone would didn't need help to understand "clip, shape, polish." Read Less

I have been to this establishment on several occassions. The one gentleman does an excellent pink/white. Other than that this place is awful. I have never had a worse pedicure then this place, the first time I thought maybe I just got someone on an off day, so I tried again. Not only was it just as bad if not worse, the over charged me -- charged me for deluxe when i only received standard. I swore at that time to NEVER get another pedicure there again. One day I needed a manicure in a pinch since i have removed acrylic, I was very reluctant, bet they were there empty and convenient. Very BAD decision on my part. The man cut my finger so bad the blood kept filling up under my nail and the cuticle was swollen and tender to the touch for a week...... to add salt to the wound, he changed my polish, cut my finger and cahrged my for a manicure ---- in my experience, you at least get the fore arm and hand massage -- not at this joint!!! I was so mad I stormed out.... a couple hours later I called to complain about the service and had realized i was over charged AGAIN.... Keep in mind, I was the ONLY person in the shop..... the man played stupid and said come back in "i fix it" --- fix what?? i just wanted to be charged for polics change only not manicure i did not receive...if you chose to go here, check your bill twice and bring some antisptic..... since then i tried the nail place in walmart located right down the road ---- excellent job on manicure, pedicure & pink/white.... not to mention, friendly, equally if not more convenient, competitively priced and i have yet to be sliced up by them.
