My daughter and I had an appointment and they got us right in. The staff was nice and held polite conversation the whole time. Our nails turned out horrible though. They rushed through our full sets just to be able to take the walk-in's waiting. They left glue on our fingers and big chunks under our nails. I got my nails done on sunday at this salon. I asked for almond shaped acrylics using solar gel. At first i was impressed of their knowledge of the differences of gels (some salons use a dangerous version of solar nails that is banned by the fda. This salon does not: they use the name solarnail gel).I sat down and they glued the tips on. When i told him i wanted my nails short, i was scoffed at and told 'why dont you grow your natural nail out, then?' I replied 'If you dont think youre capable of doing it, then dont bother." Of course, he went ahead and clipped them. Apparently he clipped too short, and got frustrated at ME, because he was would have a hard time shaping them almond shaped instead of the typical, unattractive, box shape most clients apparently ask for. After shaping, three nails are crooked looking. When he applied the solar nail he over applied and over lapped the glue over the acrylic tips. When i showed what color i wanted (black with gold glitter ombre), he painted my nails black and painted thw gold glitter on the tips french manicure style. Theyre cute. .not what i wanted.I would not recommend this salon to anyone wanting anything more than a box shaped, one color nail. Read Less
