One of the worst nail salons I've ever heard about! None of their nail techs are personable with guests. The first time my lady went in there to try and get my nails taken off and my eyebrows done they told me they didn't have enough time she waited almost 2 weeks came back for the same thing to take off the same exact nails from the first time they gave her the same excuse as the first time they can do her eyebrows but could not take her nails off the whole atmosphere of the nail salon she said felt gloomy they've seen her more than once and she even works nearby... I have a feeling that they just did not want to take care of her she nore do I think I'm better than anyone but we do work in customer service & would never treat a guest this way she felt like she was being judged because every time she would go in there for something they tell her that they can do one thing but not the other it's like they want to take her business but only half of it how can you treat guestsg this way she was going to stay and do eyebrows but the employees made her feel unwanted & unwelcome so she decided to leave and never ever come back! they may get business from everyone else that walks in but they will never get business from her ever again!!!! First time at this nail salon and I was very satisfied. Very friendly and very professional. Was very shocked when I realized that the previous nail salon I had gone to was cutting corners on the process of powder dipped nails. Which how should we know. We’re not nail technicians. Explains why they never lasted and lifted before two weeks. They are the same price and lee nail salon does it the correct way. I found my new nail salon. So I spent a year or so traveling the county for a nail salon that did my nails well enough that a week later they where not lifting. Finally I found Lee nails! Not only do they not lift but they never break. I live on 5 acres and spend a lot of time doing yard work so this is impressive. They might cost a few dollars more than the next place but you get what you pay for! They are clean,friendly, and have quality chairs. Read Less

Worse experience ever... so done with this place!!! Very rude (AMY) I had nails done 5 days ago with AMY 7 out of 10 are lifting... I go back she tells me not her problem cause I had my nails done in NY last time.. I told her she touched them last, still not her problem. That's MY problem she said. The first time I went to le nails they did great...no problems I did a walk in and a nail design that I actually picked on the internet and brung in. when I came back is when they were sooooo rude im still in shock. Yesterday I did a walk in and the lady said it wilp be a 25 min wait I said sure she asked what I wanted and I told her a solar fill in she said sure just have a seat and will be with you soon. I waited and waited other walk ins came in with no app and sat right down, I just kept it to myself and waited patiently. A hr and a half passes and finally she tells me to come sit down. I grab the polish and design I selected of the wall area that I picked while waiting and sat down. I gave the polish to her and attempted to show my design I wanted, it was a very simple.zebra print design, she then cuts me off and.says I dont have time for polish or a design. I said what do u mean, I been waiting for over a hr and half I want to get my nails done, she said I could do a fill in but nothing else, I said so you want me to leave with clear nails, who comes in to get there nails done with no polish, she then states when u said fill u should of said polish or design thats time consuming and I dont have time today I was so upset that I waited patiently this long and then get treated so rudely. like im at a nail shop of course I want color, then as we were arguing a lady comes in and says the same thing fill in. I then decided to just let her do them and I would do my own polish when I went home dont know why I even stayed I think its hard enough for me to find someone to watch my kids so I can get my nails done, that I waited this long I got to get something done while my kids are being watched. She then finished I walked to the front to pay, as im doing this the lady that was waiting for her fill in sat down after grabing her polish and begins telling her everything she wanted on her nails...i am speechless because this caucasion nice lady has no problem with her requests and the nail lady tells her sure. I then interupt and say and why do u have time to do hers but when it was my turn no polish....no answer I felt so disrespected, just never ever go there you never know how u might get treated obviousley its because of the way I look.
