No good!!!!! First of all, i had a design in mind and i showed them the one i wanted. They said they didn’t do it so i thanked them and left. The lady called for me in the middle of the street and told me they can do a similar one and she called “the best”. She did a HORRIBLE job!!!!!! It was nothing like it. I got my nails done on friday at 2:30 i got A fill in and by 4pm that same day my "gel" nails were all peeling /chipping off. Same thing happened to my daughter in law as well. Prices are cheap, but clearly so is the product. Read Less

I had driven past T-Nail & Hair Spa LLC many times and knew that they accepted walk-in clients, so I decided to give them a try. As a first time customer I must say that I am beyond satisfied with my first experience at T-Nail & Hair Spa LLC. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I received nothing short of excellent customer service. I was greeted and welcomed in a very kind and professional manner immediately upon entering the salon.Christine was the service provider who completed my manicure, she is beyond amazing!! She displayed outstanding customer service skills, she was genuinely kind and extremely accommodating not to mention exceptionally talented and skilled! My manicure turned out perfect. I use to like it years before because everyone spoke English and it was just real easy to communicate, it's changed somewhat lots of people only speak Spanish now, but I still go because I feel comfortable here the owner is nice and everyone does a good job. Read Less

Love it here been going for over a year now get wax, lashes, pedi, and full set or mani. my nail tec Carmen is the best I don't go to anyone else! And Kathy does lashes and wax and she is the best had people mess up my eyebrows and she fixes the right way!!! DON’T GO FOR LASHES!! I had been going there for over 2 month for lashes and though I was blown away, I was content. One day I go (by a previously set appointment) and the tech was clearly in a rush. I paid $50 to get my lashed done and within 5 days half had fallen out!! I went back expecting her to at least offer a discounted refill since I had not done anything differently to cause the lashes to fall out in such a short period of time. Especially since let her tell it, th...ey last up to 4 weeks. NOPE!!! I was told my lashed fell out because of my oily skin and a refill for $35 was needed.....Really!?!?!?! Who in the heck pays a total of $85 for 2 weeks’ worth of lashed??? Have you lost your mind! The lashes I had gotten there before that lasted at least 3 weeks and now suddenly I have oily skin that causes them to fall out within 5 days??? You just lost a customer!! Good bye! I have used this salon for gel nails, they have more colors to choose from than I'd ever need.... Cathy does all my wax services, and I send my parents there for their hair cuts.  All around, this is a great little gem in Brandon.   Massage chairs during your pedicure too! Read Less

0 stars. I went there only a week ago to get a full set of acrylics and not even a week later they started falling off one by one. I don't even use my hands a lot, I don't work I stay at home with my baby and it was little things I did that took my nails right off with no hesitation. Everyday things like shutting the car door and doing laundry. 5 of them have came off already. I called complaining because I was fuming and all they had to say was they "can't promise the nails won't fall off or stay on well" and they wanted me to pay an extra $15 to fix them. Other nail salons have always fixed any problems I had for free if it was within 2 weeks. Not them. They don't care about their customers. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They didn't seem to care about my issue AT ALL. Didn't apologize or anything. And keep in mind I have had acrylics on constantly for the past 5 years I never have anything but acrylics and I have NEVER ONCE had a nail fall off and i have even gone 4 weeks without a fill in. Quickly seated at a station but my experience went down hill from there. My technician, Hathi, squared my nails of unevenly despited repeated requests for her to fix this. I paid for, but don't believe I received a manicure. Very disappointed and will not recommend. My daughter's experience was the complete opposite, her technician Thao Ngoc Thanh, was amazing. Super friendly and informative. Can't help but to rave about her. If you must come here, then I definitely recommend her. She's at station 7. Read Less

I went to this salon on April 4, and Kathy Hong the owner/manager claimed she was great at this application and my lashes would last for 3-4 weeks. Needless to say, I had to return the next day because 50% of the mink lashes had fallen off. Kathy stated I had blinked too much during her installing my lashes. Ridiculous I know however....3 days later I had to return again because 70% of the lashes had fallen off. I had more lashes on my pillowcase and cheek than on my eyelid. I returned again to the T-Nail Spa and asked for a different person to complete a repair or my moneyback. Kathy stated she was the only one and that they didn't refund money. I asked to see a copy of her State Board License because at this point I didn't think she was qualified. She screamed at me saying she wanted to see my driver's license because I might harm her. Lady I am the one lying on a table with my eyes closed...I refused to show her my driver's license and she refused to repair and refused to return my $50. She even called a Sheriff on me who was so polite to me and told her I didn't break any laws and she should have her policies in writing for customers to read. This woman is an imcompetent eyelash tech and doesn't have great customer service skills. Took pictures of my eyelashes and voice recorded entire event to prove it! Read Less
