If I could give it zero stars I would. This is the 4th time I came and it is the last. They don't know how to file or apply acrylic and ALWAYS have paint on my skin. The file the sides so much that each time they make my fingers bleed. I keep going back due to convenience, but this last time the owner "andy" made me feel like I was bothering him with my business. It's okay I'll go and spend my money elsewhere. The CRAZY part is, I tip well over 30%. My nails were glued to my skin and the cut that Andy did on my thumb is attached to the glue now. $35- $45 each time to get a refill is RIDICULOUS. Customer service need to be better. The chick tried to charge me $13 for eyebrow, then changed it to $8 and kept my. Change until I said something. They was not that friendly. I've had better service from my regular salon. Only reason I stopped in was because it convenient at the time. I've been here 5 times now. The most recent visit was on a Sunday and Justin (who only works on Sunday's) did my nails. HE. WAS. INCREDIBLE!!! I'll go on Sundays just to get him. Bad experiences with the two women I've had so far. Last one cut me (to the point of bleeding) 3 times. But Justin and Andy have been my pick. I won't go to the women from now on lol. Read Less

I see Tim or Andy three they are my pick but have given anyone a try I stay with what works for me.. The place is clean and all the people are so nice.. They do a lot more then just nail.. Waxing ..Eye Lashes.. You'll love it there.. The massage chairs are awesome Thumps Up in My Book !! Read Less

This is the worst place I have ever done my nails.  I called before my daughter and I went and was told to be there by 6PM because they close at 7PM.  My daughter and I arrived at 5:30 for gel manicure and pedicure.  The nail tech seemed so rushed she didn't trim my cuticles or anything and had me soak my hands in a bowl of used nail polish remover to take off the existing gel.  When I asked if she could trim my nails she seemed annoyed and just start clipping away then ran the file over them so quickly, she left them all jagged and sharp on the edges.  She told me to smack my hands to get the file dust off.  She then proceeded to polish right over the existing polish dust meanwhile my nails were all jagged and crooked.  I then proceeded to get my pedicure and that was the worst pedicure I have ever received the water was burning hot and she rushed right through that as well.  I ended up paying more than the sign advertised as well.  My daughter complained the man who did her nails hurt her really bad.  Three days later my gel was lifting and cracking.  I ended up picking it all off.  I called and told them what happened they said to come back in.  When I arrived they said it was the polish or the product, that I had.  I told them i used their polish and product all I brought was my nails.  They said it was because it was gel.  Basically it was all my fault.  The lady who did them over for me rushed through again leaving nails jagged and smudged.  I had to go home and file again to smooth them out so they would stop snagging on my clothes.  Somehow the lady who did my nails ended up putting polish all over my finger which she didn't even clean off.  Once again they polished over the file dust and nail polish remover that was left all over my hands.  The tools are unsanitized as well as the pedicure bowls.  I will never return to this salon EVER.  Worst service and experience I have ever had.... I'm giving this salon and their owners a Zero!!! Not only did the nail tech... Drill my cuticles but she completely filed all the acrylic off in one area. When I pointed this out to her, she had the audacity to tell me I was getting gel over the acrylic so I shouldn't worry about it. When I insisted that she put acrylic over my nail..(isn't that the point of an overlay...) she put such a minuscule amount and then filed it off... She changed the color of the polish that I chose to something I didn't want... I chose a pearlish white... And I wanted a black line. She put a white polish and then put glitter over the top. The she told me she wouldn't do the black line. She thought it wouldn't look good. At this point, I let her know that I have never had such POOR service.... I have been here twice and felt compelled to review since no one else has yet.  Here's the deal, I have been in the area for a little over a year and am still trying to find "my" nail tech.  I want someone I always go too and would recommend to others.  I ran in here the first time just for a shellac manicure about a month ago.  They had a sign out front that said a shellac manicure was 20 bucks so I thought yay!  The nail tech was friendly we talked most of the time and he did a pretty good job on a basic french manicure.  I did notice it was sssuuuupppppeeeer clean which made me happy and they also do a savings card where once you get five stamps you get ten bucks off which I also like.  However, somehow my mani ended up being $35?  I didn't say anything paid and tipped and went on my manicured way.  Well yesterday I decided while at work that I was tired of my nails always breaking and decided to go for a full set.  I got there around 530 and it was really busy but they were nice and had plenty of techs so I only waited for a few minutes.  I ended up getting the same guy I had the first time and we chatted away about football while he applied my acrylic set.  I got a pink and white french manicure with sparkly tips nothing crazy and it was $45! Am I missing something??  I looked at their price menu thingy when I came in! The prices on their price board have now not matched what I was charged twice!!  And my nails are mehhhh.  I should have looked more carefully but the tips are supercrooked and he cut my thumb when he was buffing and filing. He also didn't fill all the way down to the cuticle so it already looks like I am like a week away from needing a fill already!   I can't decide if I will go back....I feel like I keep getting overcharged for something one of my friends could probably do better sitting at my house.  I wish I could see what other people thought of this place!
