When you call to make an appointment an appointment is scheduled but that doesn't matter if there are people that come in after you that have appointments later later than yours then they will take them ahead of you. Small place for great nail service. I've been to this salon for 5 times so far since I moved to this area. No hustle nor noisy, I can relax while my nails being fixed. I really like dip, they do the great job. One hard thing is get the nail technician that you like. I've been jumping 2-3 technicians already and just wish to settle down one for long time. Over the Last 2 months, I wanted to treat myself and was getting mani/pedis every 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I received a toenail fungus. This is the only establishment I used, which was a no-brainer to conclude that I received it from PIP. Sonny does not respect his customers time!  I had a 5:15 appointment.  Arrived at 5:10.  He was just finishing up with a customer.  He put her at the drying table and as I stood to sit at his station, he told me to sit back down and that he would be back in 10 minutes, as he had to pick up his daughter.  I wasn't happy because this happens more times than not, but I decided to wait.  Waited 15 min. and he wasn't back , so I left.  Not good business practice and the sad part is......they don't care!  I'll never go back!n Read Less

If I could give this a negative -1 star I would. Rude and unprofessional. Also, I was coming back to give them a second chance because a month ago I came and the same crappie service. This time I just came in to change my toe color and there was only one person in front of me. Then two people come in after me saying they each broke a nail... makes you think of the work and quality. Guess what he does, he takes them before me, I had enough! After a year going regularly I would make appointments with Halee the owner and she would be over book and I would have to come back or see another nail tech who was pretty new and less experienced. Mostly recently I decided to go back after 5 month's and allowed the second owner Halee's husband to do my nails and either the tool he was using to push back my cuticles was to sharp or he was to rough and sliced three of my fingers on the sides causing them to bleed. I promise when I say sliced I mean sliced to the white meat. Now you would ask how did I allow that to happen and not leave after the first finger. The first two fingers I pulled my hand back because it did hurt and soon stuck my hand back in water becsuse I was getting a manicure and soon look down after they started stinging and notice they were bleeding while at the same time he was working on my second hand and and then sliced my third finger! They were bleeding so bad that he said it was scarring him and I told him me too!! The owner did get some green solution that suppose to help stop bleeding and pour it on my three fingers and applied a cotton ball and alcohol which burn like hell. But I would rather have that then an infection (I thought). Only reason I finished getting my nails done is because I was going to be in a wedding that Sunday. In 20 years of getting my nails done on and off I have NEVER had this happen and the explanation that was give was your skin is thin!!! I will never go back or refer this location to other people. In addition I was charged full price and with days I ended up with infection and antibiotics for day 7 days from med express. No lie! Still have the medical bills to prove it. Read Less

I'm giving two stars because of my cut up finger due to slipping drilling.. I also waited over 30 minutes before being attended to, but I wasn't in a rush so it's not a huge deal. I wish the polish would've  covered a couple of my nails all the way to the edge. Also, their selection of color changing polish is VERY limited. I came here not only because I was in the area but because it was cheaper according to their price list, but for some reason I ended up spending the same amount as I do at the location by me in ft.lauderdale (Gellac Nails and Spa) . I have gone twice now and both experiences were wonderful. I I went in and got my acrylic filled and and he even replaced a nail for a good price. Then I went in the second time to have them all replaced and it was done fast. It's now my regular place. An appointment might be for others but both times ice gone I got good service fast. They do a great job and are really reasonable with pricing. If you make an appointment they honor it and don't keep you waiting forever. Everyone is really friendly and they are fast without making you feel rushed. Read Less

My mom likes this place. Awful customer service bad at setting appointments at correct time but hey I guess they know how to clean nails. My only thing is you have a business you know how long it takes to do nails just make your appointment at appropriate time. Read Less

Great service, very clean and friendly. It is the only place I go to. Love the pink and white gel nails. Very cool and cute. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you like going on the weekends I would make an appointment, they get pretty busy. They have many regulars, I'm one of them. They care about you and always remember you. PLEASE READ: I would not advise anyone to come to this establishment unless you like sitting around being ignored even AFTER you've made an appointment! I made an apt. For 1:30 arrived 5 min, Early, Signed in, and still had to wait forever! After an hour passed I just left at 2:30. If I hadn't I'd probably still be waiting now smh terrible customer service. I wasn't the only one waiting either. Ladies were standing up everywhere. I feel sorry for those who chose to stick around. No mani is worth that. You're better off going elsewhere. Stopped in for a shellac mani and pedi on a Monday afternoon around 3 pm.  Places was actually really busy. I waited about 25 minutes for a technician.  There were a lot of older women in here getting fills which surprised me.  Most people at other salons opt for gel now.  With that being said the place has an almost overwhelming chemical smell.  It was so bad I almost left!  The mani was great, the tech applies the polish al the way to the edges, which many don't.  They offer 3 types of pedis I opted for the one in the middle.  All in all an excellent experience!  I don't normally like to chit chat with techs but this guy was really intelligent and we had tons in common. Do not go here unless you have plenty of time to waste. I called and got an appointment for 12:30 for and repair and fill. I waited until 1:00 and no one came to take me back, so I have no idea how much longer I was going to have to wait. I have things to do so I do not have time waiting around, which is why I made an appointment. So I have no idea what kind of work they do. Based on the other reviews they do very good work, but apparently you have to have plenty of time to waste to see it. Read Less

Amazing service! No hesitation or judgement whatsoever since I am a male. The staff was very polite and made sure that I was comfortable.They were not pushy with upgrades on the service I requested. I had a deluxe pedicure and it was very nice. The tech was very methodical with my pedicure. My toes have ingrown nail problems occasionally, and she made sure to get everything carefully. It didn't hurt at all!I am very happy that this place did a great job. It's hard to find good service like this. My wife loved hers too; we will be back again for sure. Read Less

I absolutely love this place! Make an appointment they have so many regulars! I get my pink and white gel nails there. They are always on point. I have been going to PIP for as many years as they have been open.  They are clean, personable and do a terrific job. Anything I have asked for they have accommodated me. I have tried many salons in the area and nobody else compares to PIP. Read Less
