Never again will I be attending this nail salon. I have been getting a pedicure here for 3 years but have never done my nails till last week. I had a full set done last Friday and already have 3 nails that came off. I have always done my nails with a friend of mines st another salon and my nails always last 4 weeks. It’s only been a week and I’ve slready lost 3 nails. I called them to see if they can fix it and the manager told me I had to pay for another refill when I just paid $48 for a full set a week ago. Mind you I pay $25 when I go get my nails done at my friends salon so I am very upset. They will never see my face again not even for a pedicure. They use cheap products on nails and are over priced. I don’t like giving bad reviews but I’ve been to nail pro a couple of times and each time I had an issue. They have horrible customer service, all they care about is getting your money. They keep bugging you to get gel polish even after saying no 3+ times. They’d hover over me while putting my pin in for my card and while filling out the receipt. My nails would be crooked and uneven. I was cut multiple times when getting acrylics and pedicures. My fingers and toes would be sore for days after going there. I hadn’t been there in over a year so last week I thought I’d give them another try. I just got a manicure and the basic pedicure, the lady rushed the whole time and got an attitude when I asked for her to put a second coat. The polish started chipping off before I even got home. I see other reviews about their saniterness and they are NOT sanitary!!!! 2 days after my pedicure I had to go to the doctor because the pain in my toes was so bad. Come to find out i got an infection!! Ive had to go to the doctors twice and now I’m being sent to a specialist. I don’t recommend anyone going there and I absolutely will NEVER go back to nail pro after this experience!! Read Less

I’ll never go back. Went in a few weeks ago for acrylics... the end product was a full set of nails lifting from the acrylic, a crappy shape, and a left thumb nail that was nearly bleeding before application from the filing down. When I asked her to fix the lifting she simply cut down two of the nails on the inside and then left them. I had to go to another salon and pay $60 to get everything fixed. Won’t be able to wear acrylics for quite some time with the nerve damage in my thumb that need to grow out. What an inconvenience. Read Less

The girl I had was super sweet but I'm not sure of the cleanliness of this place. I paid a little extra to get gel and the next day it started chipping I went back to get it fixed, that evening another one started to chip. I don't have time to keep running back there to fix my nails So the quality of this place isn't there either. Read Less

1 star is too much. I got my nails done 8/2/17 and by 8/3, two of them have already peeled off. I got them painted with shellac. She didn't do a base coat she just went straight to the color and they are all starting to peel off. My mom got a pedicure done and got the basic package where you get a massage, well the lady didn't even do it. Save your self your time and your money. Go someplace else. Read Less

One ⭐️ Is about 10 times the amount they actually deserved. I've never gotten a mani/pedi on a garbage barge before but I'm sure this place isn't too far off. I asked for a simple manicure and pedicure. What a received was an hour long sales pitch for gel nails and 'royal pedicures'. After the third salesperson hounded me about the stupid gel, I said "I'm a nurse so even if I wanted gel I'm not allowed to have it at work." Then they started trying to up-sale my pedicure by offering stuff that should be done in a standard simple pedicure! They got pissy when I said "That's already in a pedicure. Right?" The glass sign on the wall said $32 and when I finally got to check out it changed to $37 beause of 'extra services'. I almost walked out without paying at all. My nails and toes looked like pure half-assed crap before I even left the place. One day later, the polish was chipping and peeling off. They didn't even do the cuticles. I paid 45 bucks to have the shitiest job done to my nails! Every single one of my nails is a different shape. I asked for oval and got both of my pinkies oval but the rest are cat looking stubby nails. Some are longer than the others. I was so focused on the girl next to me who was complaining about her nails being crooked that I paid no mind to mines till I left. This is the second time I got my nails done here. The first time was with Joyce and she did an AMAZING job but she wasn't there this time and so I got stuck with an older lady who looked like she knew what she was doing but I was WRONG! I don't have experience at doing acrylic nails but I can bet I'll do a better job then she did. Send her ass to school ASAP. Or you'll be loosing business. Read Less

I had the dip nails done yesterday. I chose black and at the end my hands looked dirty, caked in powder. Also, the lady had injured me twice! I have two cuts just under my nail from where she used a drill to file my nails and let it sit too long. After I paid, I complained to the guy who sits at the front who apologized and told the nail tech to clean my hands. She scrubbed at my hands and they still looked bad. They're very misshapen nails too. I will add a picture of my cut and these lumpy nails. I hope I don't get an infection from dirty tools. Read Less

If I could give it 0 stars I would! My friend and I came for pedicures and it was the WORST I have ever had! The ladies were rude and did an AWFUL job! No massage....that's extra?! You are paying $20 to dip you feet in water, cut your nails, and have them painted. Never again! Read Less
