Got ripped off. I asked when I went in how much a gel pedicure was and they said $40 which is on the pricey side. I was in a hurry so I said OK. When I went to pay they told me it was $45 and I said they had told me $40. They then replied, “you had gel on. To take gel off cost an extra five dollars.” I have never been charged to take off gel polish before. If that is a policy of theirs, which I don’t think it is, then they should ask you when you’re getting your quote if you have gel polish on. They just lost three customers. Very nice owners,and people. Prices don’t reflect service received. The owners do good nails but the people they hire don’t. Gone here multiple times,and have gotten crooked nails,messed up designs,and forgotten about. I feel that the people they hire don’t reflect there work & should be trained better for the price you are expected to pay. Worst place ever, very bad service, I went for a gel manicure (shellac) and the girl was doing a horrible service putting gel polish all over my skin and cuticles, when ask her to clean it and fix it she stop the service and walk away with out finishing my nails... very rude!!! Person Read Less

absolutely love nikki and shawn!!! shape is always uniform and perfect, they truly are nail specialists. not to mention they actually strike up conversation with you. Make sure to call for an appointment because they have so many people that come just for them!! Read Less

Went in for pedi first time they tell me to pick a color nail polish - polish isn't in any kind of order just thrown on a shelf finally get something similar I sit down and she starts off filing my nails with a USED nail file VERY UNSANITARY -  after filing she's cleaning under toe nail and digs to deep not to mention she only did 1 foot - massage wasn't bad probably the only good thing and I still have grit on my legs $35 for a deluxe pedi and the polish job would have been done better by a 10 year old! Will NOT be back NOT WORTH THE MONEY at all!!!!! Read Less

Got a gel fill in with Jennifer. She did a great job. My nail chipped shortly after leaving and she fixed that quickly. Very clean salon. Very happy with my service and will go back again. Prices are comparable for the area. Read Less

I got a pedicure and the lady did not work on the rough spots on my feet, no massage of my legs and then left my legs wet with a towel over them....I was freezing...when I left I was cover with lint (from the hot towel that came the cold towel left on my legs). This was my second time in there, tiring to give benefit of the doubt but I will NEVER go back!! Read Less

These people are fucking jokes I called, gave them my name and they said they had an opening immediately. I asked them to book it for me that I was 5 minutes out and then they gave it to someone else. I left and then called to speak to a manager and the "receptionist" hung up on me as soon as I said manager. I hope this place goes out of business. Read Less

My mom and I went in for manicures and pedicures. The girl that did my moms pedicure was laughing and talking to the other workers behind her, not even looking at my mom's feet. She then took her cell phone out and began texting with one hand while the other was rubbing a pumice stone on her feet. Later during the manicure, a man was doing her nails and stopped in the middle to get another girl to continue. The new girl said that the guy wanted to go to Publix. We will never go back here and don't recommend anyone who wants a relaxing, quality experience. Read Less

I stopped in here for a manicure.  I was taken aback upon entry as it smells so bad, chemical smell.  My tech barely spoke English which may things a bit difficult.  She gave me a mani, one of the quickest I have ever had!  All in all she took care of my cuticles & polish looks good but it was $15!  A bit steep for a basic mani that took her all of 20 minutes from start to finish.  There was another client in the shop who was a bit obnoxious I wish they would have asked her to pipe down. I have been going here for about 15 years and won't go anywhere else. Amy the owner is professional, friendly, kind, sweet and always goes out of her way to greet everybody by name if known. All the nail techs are always very nice, quick, efficient, friendly, creative, and do a very very good job. They all speak English, some with an accent but completely understandable. They have very loyal patrons like myself due to the ambiance and people who work there. They offer lots...mani, pedi, waxing, tanning...best beds and prices also. I have been going to Nail Country off and on for over 5 years, so I was surprised to read ratherbboating comments. Yes I have waited too, but I don't usually have an appointment. I have always found Amy to be friendly and professional, in fact, it amazes me she will greet me by my name after not having seen me for months! Many of the girls do speak American with very strong Vietnamese accents and some of the girls speak fluent/accentless American. I must say I have never noticed the place to be anything but clean. Even though I made an appointment, the tech was 1/2 hour behind and the owner ""Amy"" (like that's really her name), who greeted me, was rude and unapologetic. She actually compared her business to that of a doctors office where one might have to wait an hour to be seen and insisted how valuable HER time was when I'm the one who had to leave work early because I couldn't have an appointment for any later than 4:30. Don't be fooled by the post below, everyone except the front desk girl is speaking Vietnamese, English is not fluent there. The place looked dirty and the help is rude, I went somewhere else!
