Went there for a couples massage and was immediately greeted with friendly service. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Visited this place last Wednesday (first time) to get a fill-in & American Manicure.  By Monday, I could see the powder ridges from my previous fill in. Went in this evening in hopes of having this corrected and Christy (who did my nails initially) told me I would have to have tips removed so the ridges could be filed down real thin. Well, uh.....why didn't you file them down real thin when I first came to get my nails done? She said when I came back she would use a pink powder to better cover ridges but didn't offer to make this right  tonight. Guess this will be my Christmas look! I scheduled a couples massage at Zinc Day Spa and it was amazing. I have been for many massages before this one and it was my boyfriend's first massage. We are both still raving about how wonderful it was and how we can't wait to go back for another one. Our massage therapists made every second of our massage perfect. We didn't want it to end. 2 stars only for the pricing. Normally go to another higher priced salon, needed a new set (have dipping powder over real nails) and had to budget this week. Will NEVER do that again.1- only one tech at time I showed up, no I did not have an appointment but I was literally the first person in the door when they opened in the middle of the week. Tech started to soak off old set, while waiting they called another tech (#2) to come in.2- tech (#2) never fully took old powder set off by filing it away. Had glitter on previous set and was still on when she dipped me for new set.3-asked for French with THIN white (have medium length nail bed.) Instead have HALF of my nail white. She tried to file some away when done but it ended up getting down to my real nail. And to make that worse, the white is completely uneven, and in spots, not even on my nail.4- she put the nail polish coat (#4) on before the powder thinking it was the base (#2) (for powder to adhere to). She did 3 nails before I had to point out her mistake.5- she filed my skin multiple times with the electric drill. My "ow" and flinches didn't get noticed until I literally had to pull my finger away. 6- and now the worst for me, I asked for a little shorter in length. She decided to file them down completely and THEN ask if they were too short?? How exactly will you make them longer now? (She didn't file them until she had finished the dipping powder saying the length helps in applying the white. Not sure how since half of my natural pink is now covered in white.) I am hard on my nails, so maybe not having any length at all will be OK for few weeks. Previous set was 2 days shy of 5 weeks and I really only needed a fill in, but didn't want the glitter any longer. There will be no way this set lasts that long. With spots missing already and nail polish used as base. I am more than likely going to just paint over these so I don't have to look at them. I am so disappointed.  This is my one guilty pleasure for myself and now I have cut and irritated skin, barely there nails and funky fat looking fingers. Read Less

I've been going to Good Nails & Spray for about 6 months now and I'm always pleased with my nails. In my experience, everything went well. Even though my services lasted until after their closing time, I didn't feel like an annoyance from them. I have had regular and shellac manicure and pedicure. They have pricing comparable to other salons in the area and the service is always top notch They were so carefully doing my nail and I've never seen other nail salon places can do as good as customer service as here. They serve tea for you when you come in. You can feel every nail manicurist here are very sincere to help you out with your nail. What a surprise ! We have a weekend place in here and I am thinking this might be my new nail shop. The shop is spotless! It is very light and airy, nicely decorated and smells like a spa. The owner's daughter is precious. She greeted us, seated us, brought us a bottle of water, and checked in on us throughout our visit. She made light, welcoming conversation and was just a delight. The gel product is different; they use "Gel II" and it doesn't require a base coat. The colors to choose from are great - not the same OPI that you see everywhere. The nail-setting-lights are nice; the lights go all around your hand so you don't have to raise your thumb, in that awkward position, for the gel to set on your thumbnail. Nice! I came in on a whim and WOW what a pleasant surprise! Kim is the owner. She's very careful and did a terrific job. I had a nail that had a very low break, and she fixed it by putting a little acrylic on it. What a great idea! No one ever did that before. This nail salon should be called GREAT NAILS. It's very clean, professional and  friendly. Linda took special care of my 92 year old grandmothers feet without hurting her. Seems to good to be true from the sign out side and thats because it is. They charge for other things that are normally free with out telling you. Lucky for me I caught on to that before I was forcefully coerced to get things done that would be an up charge.Very rude and treat new customers like second class patrons. Not a good business plan.
